I was referred to Royalty Towing by another towing company (that speaks volumes) due to my specific needs. From the moment I was greeted on the phone by Eddie I knew this was going to be a smooth process to an already stressful situation. I have a classic Jaguar which needed to be transported. I scheduled the appointment several days out. I was called beforehand to confirm and Miguel, the operator was incredible. Dont let his young looks fool you. I had such a fantastic experience with Royalty Towing, on a late Friday afternoon (traffic rush) with 117 degree outside in the heart of downtown . They came exactly on time by communication with phone and texting (with GPS coordinates). My car was T-boned and the back air suspension was deflated, Miguel (attendant) took every precaution to lift and elevated with 3 ramps to avoid scratching the back of my car. I was really impressed. Even the following day Eddie from Royalty Towing has extended a communication line to the body shop and assured to me that my car is stored in a safe place and be brought to the body shop after Labor Day. From the beginning to the end Royalty Towing has gone beyond my expectations, they do have your best interest from service to customer care. Thank you again, Miguel and Eddie.

I was on my way from Phoenix to Boise when my Toyota Tacoma broke down in Las Vegas. I called around looking for a tow truck all of which were several hours from getting there. I was then recommend to call Royalty Towing to which I did. They said no problem and would be there in about 15 minutes. 20 minutes later the tow truck arrived. The driver was very professional and so excited about the company he worked for. You know a good company when the employees without solicitation rave about where they work. He kept apologizing about his truck not being spotless, to which I stated. “Are you kidding me your truck is damn near pristine.” I have only had a couple of tow’s in my life but that was the best. Royalty also recommend an Auto Repair Shop that provided excellent service. If you need a tow around Vegas or a recommendation on an Auto Shop I strongly suggest calling Royalty Towing.

These guys are absolutely awesome. Eddie and his crew are absolutely awesome. I needed a flat bed truck to tow my AWD car to my performance shop and told me 30 minutes and they showed up 15 minutes later. Driver was professional and extremely knowledgeable. To top it off...and this might not sound like much to most but on the ride to my destination I noticed the truck was absolutely immaculate. In a job that can get chaotic and dirty for their driver to maintain a clean workplace was extremely impressive to me. I wont be using anyone else to tow my vehicles. Broke down on the side of the road, waited 2 and a half hours for a tow and the guy said he wouldnt be able to help me. Eddie did try his best to find someone else who was available.
