Staff was stuffy and when they didnt want to talk they say they are putting the supervisor on the line only to be placed on hold and never return to the line . No one picks up after that. Repeatedly doing the same thing because they didnt want to help. Terrible customer care and not professional at all.

Called Ewings for roadside assistance on 09/06/2021. They stated a driver was on their way and that it would take one hour. Called to confirm driver was on his way 30 minutes later and they confirmed they were en route. After one hour and 30 minutes from original call, I called the driver and they stated they were no longer coming. If you commit to a job to a customer, the expectation is that commitment is fulfilled. I had to call another company, which did come in their stated time frame.

Iheard my truck was towed there. When i called they released to someone else. I was never in formed that my truck was there until 3day. I went in to see.anagement and All the manager said to me was I got a civil siute. Wow poor business. 2003 Toyota tundra gold..

I purchased a vehicle on 08/31/2020 and I still have not received a title and in checking with DMV they state that they have received no paperwork. This is a company which I have given money to pay for my title. I will have to take this to small claims court. I would not suggest purchasing a car from this business.

Fairly sure this is akin to rating the DMV...we all know no one likes to come here so the ratings should more accurately reflect the amount of pain your visit inflicts. That said, I can tell you it will hurt less if you come prepared with your paperwork. This means proof of ownership in the form of registration, title, insurance and license. Also form of payment. Youre wasting your time if you think you can sweet talk them or give them a hard luck story...they dont care. Even if you think your registration is in your car, go on the DMV site and bring a print out. Just a heads-up...theyve heard it all and they are unwavering.

Management not good people. Gave my truck to someone else with fake title after I reported stolen. Called me 3 days later to tell myMe my truck was recovered. 2003 Gold Toyota tundra. I still dont have my truck.

I was the only customer in the office. When I exited, the employee who was sent to get my car exited at the same time. It took more than 30 minutes for him to retrieve my car. One of the employees even comented that he knew right where it was because he had just put it away. Also, I had a very crisp $1 in my console. When I picked up my car, it was gone. I would not choose this company to tow my car.

This place is a JOKE. Not only was I in a car crash but my vehicle was towed here unfortunately. HENRY the GM was violent and unprofessional. My 3 magazines for my gun were stolen from my LOCKED GLOVE DEPARTMENT. They broke into my car and I could never retrieve my items back. I asked multiple times for it and they all ignored me. I had a police report STATING that my magazine were left in my vehicle. This business should have there license taken away. This is a group of thieves... I ever have a video for the way they acted...

The truth of the matter is is that this is legal extortion. My car was towed after only being in a parking lot for 2 hours it did have an expired plate but it was on private property. This experience has cost me my job my home some of my possessions but they will own my car ultimately and sell it at auction because somehow this is legal. They will not talk they will not bargain they are bound and determined to sell my car at auction in fact they place the lien on it immediately. Which is against the law

There should be no stars for this place. Poor attitudes. They lost the keys to our vehicle and didn’t care to replace them. They wrote with sharpie on the windows all over the car saying “Hold”, they left stickers all over the vehicle. On top of paying $1400 ($30 a day even when the police have a hold on it) it was a $300 charge just for being in storage. They broke the glove department inside our vehicle. This place makes it hard for you to retrieve your vehicle. If you left any valuables in the car good luck, you most likely won’t get it back such as money as thieves work for this company. This company is horrible. If you are debating with this company and another one, choose the other one.

Ironically there isn’t a manager on standby for a 24-hour company to approve documents proving the vehicle belongs to someone. How convenient.Clerks on the phone are highly unprofessional and have a attitude when asking to verify the information needed to recover said vehicle. Was hung up on 3 times by them. If you ever have to deal with these people be warned you might have a hard time.

Business is designed purposefully to provide maximum pain to the customer. I wasnt able to get my stuff out of my vehicle even though I had three police report with my vehicle info and home address, my drivers license with the same address, my insurance card, and my previous years registration. Only a current title or registration will do. You are allowed one visit to your vehicle. I suppose if you need more than that you have to get a lawyer to arrange a visitation agreement. I assume these guys have a kickback agreement with Las Vegas Metro so they have plenty of business and dont need to care about customer service. Theres a reason for all the signage people......

I went to the silent auction on Saturday. Bid on a car for $650. No one saw what I wrote down or was around when I quietly talked to my family about it. I got a call this morning that the bid went for $659. Coincidence? I think not. And, while my dad picked up my deposit, someone else was there said the same thing happened to him a few weeks ago. He bid on a car for $650, didn’t get it, and the winning bid was $659. The other guy there asked if he got the car he bid for. They said no. Then he asked the highest bid, which was $1200. And that was the exact bid this man did. But he wasn’t awarded it. Sounds very shady of the company. I wasn’t going to write a review, but wanted others to be aware of mine, and this other mans situation that happened.

They refused to open glove department I assisted to help they said no. Complete scam contacting bbb. They then said contact my bank knowing it’s after business hours just so that can get extra day of fees

Front desk workers arent intelligent enough to tell or know what paperwork you need... they have to call Manager to ask basic questions and have to have DMV workers tell them what they are allowed to do..... they are not aware what a business license is or looks like..... just that you need one... could easily take random peoples cars with false paperwork......

Everything about these people are junk except for the drivers. I called for a tow at 5 19 in the morning. Got a call driver on there way, be there in 27 mins. 45 mins goes by i call back. Got driver change and now have to wait for them. Got hooked at 9 45. This was all in town. Decided to try again with them next day. Said it would be an hour and they would head my way. I called for update, just dropping off head that way. 3 hours later I call back and driver tried to get ahold of me. They had wrong number so called the tow off until morning. Than the lady gave me attitude when I canceled. I tried twice and never again. Stay away from this company.

My friend got his car impounded and my other friend had giving my first friend his keys to his car that was titled and left them in the impounded vehicle well when my friend called with the lost keys to explain the situation the people at Ewing bros where so rude they went as far as to say no because my friends car could be stolen it was just ridulous and very expensive and I would never trust or use Ewing bros as just a towing service they work for the police thats why they rip us regular people off . period.

With the kind of luck I have, Ive witnessed first-hand the capabilities of many tow truck companies. This job was especially difficult, and Ewing Brothers pulled it off with professionalism and style. Our tow was a 28ft Airstream motor home, wedged in between a house, a gate, and a property wall, made more challenging by a hedgerow, another fence and a neighbors vehicle. It was impossible to get the tow truck straight-lined to the Airstream, and required the driver to pull, winch, re-pick, reposition, wiggle, bring his mirrors in to not hit a streetlight, watch 3 point guards and, in general, have his head on a swivel. The fact he didnt call in air support with a helicopter lift was impressive. The driver was very responsive to nervous owners (me and the wife, plus the owners of the wall, gate & neighbors vehicle), and took the time necessary to extract our motor home without damage. Brett, our towing expert, brought cribbing, cabling, rigging and tools, and the knowledge to use all options available on his tow rig to perform precision maneuvers with only inches of clearance. I can not express enough our gratitude to Brett for his help and professionalism with our baby. Ewing Brothers truck was clean and well-maintained, the attitude of their staff was excellent from dispatcher to driver, and the results were fantastic.

Its places like this that give other respectable towing companies a bad name. They make and hide behind ridiculous rules to squeeze as much money from you as they can. Youre better off getting a new car and cutting your losses. Repugnant.

I really dont have any problems with the towing business. Its just where is justice? Your merchandise gets stolen, police dont call registered owner, they call this huge towing service company. Who could care less in informing you. Until your merchandise has gotten at least a few hundred dollars in fees. And merchandise so beat up its not worth 5 cents. 😠😠😠

My car was towed by this company after an accident. I had several valuable belongings in my car and when I retrieved my vehicle all of those valuable items were missing and I was told to have basically it was never there to begin with and theres nothing really I can do theres no recourse I can have they work with the cops on other matters so they are basically untouchable when it comes to being able to Rob consumers of their belongings.

Not mad I got my car stolen and was charged 200 by the towing company... Im mad because they couldnt find my car for over an hour. Some people who helped me were nice, but thats about it.

At 1st there was some issues that we needed to get so we could get our vehicle back and it can be frustrating, but the manager there was very helpful even when we wasnt. But we did what he told us to do and we were done in same day. (About 3 hours later). We appreciate his assistance.

Motorcycle got impounded . Went to get it and it had been stripped to the frame . They stated they dont know what happened and agreed and acknowledged the bike came to them complete and undamaged. They were trying to get $1400 from me to retrieve the frame of my bike

It would have been better if I didnt have to go there at all but since it had to be at tow yard they had the best one I ever been to so the girls are pretty and nice and I guess it was okay for what I had to do so yeah top job

My neighbors car was stolen; when the police found it they had it towed there. I drove my neighbor over to their lot to retrieve it but the battery was dead. Junior went out of his way to get the battery jumped so that the car would start and she could drive it back home. Im grateful for his help.

I would leave NO STARS for this company if possible due to the fact that they have thieves working for them. My car got towed last night and I had left my bag inside which had some things missing after I picked it back up. So far I found out that I am missing cash of around 240$ & my airpods!! I know they were left in my bag, and when I got my car back everything was taken out and left on the floor. I called the business as well to speak with the manager however all they do is place you on hold and let you wait until you hang up. I called 4 times due to this fact, and I am not the type of person to ever write reviews but this felt very necessary. Its truly sad and not right when you are supposed to feel that you car is safe and and waiting for you to pick it up when that is not the case. I am filing a report and would like to warn all of you of how this business runs their company. Beware of the the thieves they employ.

They towed my vehicle to their lot after I got t- boned at an intersection. I found a salvage company to buy it. Waited in hot sun for four hours for carrier to show up. The the towing company said it would cost $1150. to get the truck out. The salvage company refused, and I dont blame them. I only paid $2000 for the truck last year.

Been here for 5 hrs trying to get my car back that was towed illegally. their equipment is broken and unable to tow my car to the street so a real tow company has to go retrieve it. spent 2 hrs going to the dmv to get proof of registration even though its the only piece of paper in the car. Not surprised they couldnt find it. After all I dont believe anyone here can actually read or write. Dont expect any time of service from these hacks. Their only specialty is smoking crack and robbing people. Hope this place and all the workers get exactly what they deserve in life. See you all in hell.

Towed my rig from TA Las Vegas to Freightliner dealership. After engine wash, truck failed and Cost me my MCM and harness. I would highly recommend if you breakdown.

Let me start by saying, I absolutely love these people. They actually, truly saved my life. This is also my first time in Vegas under accidental and traumatic circumstances.I was pulling my 23 Airstream from Utah to California with my boyfriend and two dogs. I drive a 1 ton, Ram 3500. While going sixty miles per hour, over an hour outside Vegas on I-15S, my right front WHEEL flew off my truck. My truck landed on its rotor, shearing half of it off, careening off the side of the road, about a foot or less from high speed traffic. I couldnt get anyone out to come help me. There were absolutely no towing services that would come help and the ones that did, took my money and left us alone as the sky turned dark. We were quickly running out of water and were overheating in the truck. Semis blew past us, rocking my Airstream and truck back and forth.We called 911 and they set us up with the Ewing Brothers. Junior from Ewing Brothers showed up with a truck, with only the information that my spare needed to be put on. But with the massive damage to my truck, the weight of my truck, and the fact that we could not leave the trailer - it was unfortunately necessary that my entire rig be somehow towed off. Junior was absolutely nothing but kind to us. He was determined to find a way to get us towed to safety. He managed to rig up my truck to his, despite many challenges that less experienced towers would not be able to navigate. He towed us to the Ewing Brothers yard going 20MPH, arriving to the yard at around 1am. We had been stranded for 11 hours at that point.He went even farther out of his way and made it so that he left the entire rig set up, allowing us to spend the night in our trailer in the safety of their yard, behind locked gates and security, as we were left with no options, nowhere to go, were scared, and beyond exhausted. Early the next morning, before unhooking my trailer to tow it to a local KOA for me, Junior brought a rubber ball for my puppy to play with. I was pretty much rendered speechless at that point.Junior also had my truck worked into the shop at Ewing Brothers. The entire staff and mechanics at Ewing Brothers were phenomenal. They treated me like a human being. They meticulously inspected and repaired my truck in TWO DAYS, and price shopped for fairly priced parts. I was completely at their mercy and would have expected to be taken advantage of. That was simply not the case with Ewing Brothers. I want to extend all my heart and gratitude to Junior, Gil, John and everyone else for going above and beyond to help me.I was terrified and vulnerable in Vegas - Sin City, at that. This was the last place on earth I ever expected to be treated with such empathy and generosity and yet it happened - at the hands of tow truck drivers and mechanics! Thank you, Ewing Brothers, for taking such good care of me.As I went to go drive my truck off the lot, Junior drove by me and said goodbye. He noted that they filled the air in the tires of my bike that I had left in the bed of my truck, because they were both flat. 100/10, I wish there were more companies like Ewing Brothers out there.

The most rude and unprofessional staff was working at window 3 on 6/28/2020. First, a Spanish speaking customer came in and she was extremely rude and made fun of him to his face because he couldnt speak English. The entire time I was courteous with her, saying yes maam, no maam, thank you, etc. Once i paid she told me I needed my registration in the car and not on my phone. I told her, thank you for the advice. She immediately got mad, told me to shut my mouth and asked me to step outside. She had a demeanor as if she wanted to fight me, stating that I had a smart mouth and was rude. I was never rude and have also never been told saying thank you was rude. She should definitely not be in this profression.

This business is severely inhumane, heartless and inconsiderate to the people who got their vehicles stuck within their yard. Need to be just on their policies, rates specially when towing and keeping the impounded vehicles in their yard and the customer service they provide was way way poor down to the lowest .

Mad that I the victim had to pay 1,000 impound fees on My Stolen car. Not right. This person Calvin Tillmon who stole my car should be in jail and paying all fees back to me.
