Very poor customer service, will have you download the app and fill out every info including your ssn, they ask you to call them back, when thats done, no one ever picks your calls. My phone calls have been rejected on multiple occasions. I wonder what they are upto? This is ridiculous

People ready doesnt provide safety steel toe boots and the jobs on the app require them alot. I have been having a hard time finding jobs on there that dont require them.And People ready is most likely for people who have cars cause the locations are so far not good for someone who rides transit bus.

A different type of staffing agency that specializes in general labor, hospitality, and skilled labor. You are able to dispatch yourself to available jobs and get paid same day.

Staff does nothing. Shorted my hours made no effort to solve the issue. Have made several phone calls and I have visited the office in person only to be lied to and patronized. They take messages but do not return calls. Not very professional.

Out of the many states I have worked this is poor wages....truthfully las vegas u woukd think would pay adequately in 118 degree weather $12 to dig ditches...fork lift $13 this rent is 900 min. Here....July 2021

Their rude, and I had a hard time receiving my money, didn’t get paid when I should, and when I tried to ask about it they kept giving me the run around.. I still haven’t received my money and still trying to get a hold of someone to fix it..

I came in to get on boarded . They took a copy of my ID & birth certificate. I took a test & completed the process. & when I called in to get a job, I was basically told that the person who did my on boarding didn’t actually submit it . The lady seemed irritated & like she didn’t to be there even the person who I spoke with over the phone . It’s very insulting

Disappointed supposedly no jobs available on the app but theres job available on the website but they make excuses of why i cant work jobs from the website..... Makes no sense. I uninstalled the app and will be looking into another temp agency. Waste of time.

I make the experience my own. I was, not happy in the past with others perceptions of me. So I changed and chose to make the experience a happy one every time. Those who are not happy with their tasks of the day is not my issue. Make of it what you like. 🤠😇

Horrible company. I want to give No stars. My name and ss number is being used by someone else. I tried calling to fix this situation but they said to call corporate but no one answers from ANY if the extensions. Never had a good experience at any of there locations.

This Las Vegas, NV location is incompetent, very unprofessional when dealing with employees. Branch supervisor Danielle belittles you by speaking rudely, and has unprofessional mannerism when dealing with very serious employee concerns. This location hangs the phone up, will not allow you to talk to anyone else, plays favorites and does not care if you got paid or have the correct hours. Very deplorable conditions for communication. There’s very few jobs at this location. Ive escalated these concerns to cooperate because I believe we the employees deserve much better representation and to be treated with respect from our company, our staff, and management.

I was very disappointed with the lack of work that comes from this location. Sara always has about 10 homeless people sleeping all over the floors and the lack of hygiene will turn anyone not homeless who is currently looking for work away fast. I have been on the app for 2 weeks and have NEVER seen a job available. I called several times being polite asking Sara if there is any sort of way to get any work from them and she always says, “just check the app”. I have a car and I am willing to travel to work. I don’t blame the companies for not wanting this branch to provide workers if there sending anyone that looked like the 10 homeless at the branch. Great company very poor employees and manager.Also I called the number the owner gave me and it was not a working number!?!

I have not idea why this company keeps calling our business about some convention in Las Vegas, Nevada. I spoke to Sara last week and politely requested that our number be removed from their list, she called back today. I called Sara back and requested to be removed from the list again, she got nasty.Now they want me to go to their website or call them. I called the number they left, just a recording. Just take me off your call lists, I do not know who you are and do not want to know. Next review will be with the BBB.

Do not go to this People Ready..manager is hostile and will attempt to not pay. They have poor attitudes and behave unprofessionally. I would suggest the one on Flamingo or the Craig office..Only go to Main street if you have the energy to deal with nonsense. I would think a member of management would be educated enough not to act worse than those hes supposedly working to employ

Was told to come here then told that this location doesnt send people out to work which makes no sense BC its centrally located. Sent way on the North side only to get told I would only be able to work Id I had steel toed boots. Huge disappointment BC usually Labor Ready is a good place to go to get work and paid the same day but they seem to have no organization in Vegas and far too many people that theyre unable to give work to.

Horrible company/office they play favorites and remove you from tickets 45 minutes before you are to arrive. Vegas needs new staffing and temp companies. Please I beg anyone looking to move to Vegas because this city is growing. If you have that experience please consider opening a staffing company. Look at the reviews of these companies. Put them out of misery and give them so competition so they can gracefully close. I’m also deleting that tired JobStack app.

Try to remember, (and that includes yours truly), that they cant fix our problems, and, unless it is something really nasty, and all in our face, there is no need to yell and scream at anybody in the office, or at the job site.It will only cause us to lose even the little employment we have. Showed up ready to work today May 17, 2019 at 6pm to work the EDC event clean up which I previously signed up for and was told be there at 7:30 pm to get badge and load bus even though the actual start time was 9pm. So I get there an hour and half earlier than i was told and still had to wait in line with over 100 people til after 8pm when were told the shift had been cancelled. On top of that we were treated like animals and yelled at buy management, specifically the younger short obese mexican girl in green shirt. No organization, total confusion was on display when staff couldnt give answers on if we were working or not for 2 hours. Note to management dont get (People Ready) to work if yall not ready to manage.

Okay where do I start. Unbelievable the amount of ignorance at this office.Worst customer service at the counter I have ever encountered. Honestly, at all cost try to avoid pursuing any employment at this place. Places sucks drove a cross town just to tell me I had to apply online then go back. Should have posted that or told me when called. Wast of time

People Ready as a company over all is just terrible. I worked primarily in illinois but some of the offices around the country have terrible employees in the offices that will give you the wrong address to a job site and not wait for you to correct them.

Got into town and using their JobStack app got assignment first week here for four days doing CES convention flyers. Paid within 2 hours job end time each day so far. Lady at PeopleReady office was friendly when called her when first picked up assignment on JobStack to make sure if needed to go by office. So far good impression to me this office. I like JobStack since under no pressure to take jobs don’t want or need to wait in office for assignments. If any negative would think vegas would have more assignments but new here so maybe more in future?

Was scheduled to bartend the suites like I do every year at NASCAR. The prior staffing company lost the account and People Ready took it over...so they said. They flat out lied. It was not for the suite position. This staffing company just wanted bodies so they lied thinking people will work once they are there for any position. About 15 of us were upset and lied to. We lost out on work that we could have had. If you are in the hospitality business....STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Terrible, unprofessional people. They give you the run around just to have NO jobs available. They dont even allow you to connect to their WiFi.. tragic.

When asked to call the office and press 1 by another office employee the lady calls me back and is very rude because i pressed one when i was told. This office has been rude both times ive visited and called
