Tania found me! I was part of the decimated events industry in Las Vegas and desperate for full time work with decent pay. I never thought I would find myself employed with a temp agency, but the pandemic has a lot of us stepping outside our comfort zones. Tania called me with a position that started 2 days later and that position turned permanent after 2 weeks.Tania was very professional and answered every text and question I had quickly. So far Ive had an excellent experience with the recruitment agent TANIA VOSKANIAN. During the pandemic many jobs and employers are not investing in full time employees in the Las Vegas market. There is a lot of uncertainty about workplace safety, potential shutdowns of the workforce and great numbers of unemployed.Tania found me and not only offered me work, she offered me perspective. A real perspective not a commission hunting, self-serving, insincere offer. We spoke about opportunity and availability. After deliberating, we came to the conclusion of what could work best in choosing the most lucrative assignment.She didnt lead me or coerce my decision. She spoke with me with a level of respect uncommon for staffing agencies. She didnt just offer a spot she needed filled, she plugged my statistics into a job that she felt Id be a match for. She also offered other potential interests in case the commitment was too great.Needless to say, I took the position with the greatest concessions (again something rare in staffing services) and shes made herself available for me throughout the process.I normally dont praise someone for being a decent person (it should be protocol) but, going above and beyond is definitely praiseworthy. I honestly feel as if Tania really looked out for my best interest.Brilliant.I will update as my contract advances. As for now, I couldnt be having a better experience with a recruiter or agency. I hope my dealings with the company are exclusive to working with Tania because of her respectful handling of the delicate egos of COVID-19 displaced workers.Thank you Tania. I moved from Maryland recently and did not really know anyone professionally in Las Vegas as of yet. I thought that using an employment agency might be a good idea. I called a few of them and was not impressed with the phone mannerism nor the lack of urgency. However, when I contacted Tania at STS, she immediately wanted to share my resume and push my skillsets to the appropriate companies. I am already impressed.

Stay away from this service. They do not care about there temps. Been out of work for over a month the promised me that after my 500 hrs was up I was going to get a job. They lied, I was let go because there company was getting squeezed out of there contract with ver/prg. Not my fault at all, there job placements are for mainly paroleys or just plain bad companies that cant or wont hire good workers. I asked David the first day I worked for Ver/Prg I didnt like the work environment and I was harassed daily, all he said was just go with it. Very disappointed about there service, never again.

One of my friends reffered me to STS so I gave them a call and went to the office. David was able to give me an assignment for the following Monday and after four months I was hired on fully and no longer a temp.

This is not a place to trust for employment. i was employed for 5 months there since September and there is this recruiter named David Estrada who is a complete scammer will tell you he has jobs for you to work but makes chump change off of every employee sending them to small assignments per week. i barely made any money there reported to work every week and they told me they were either slow or had nothing. he is a liar and a deceiver dont trust this place for employment i would recommend Ranstad Usa, express personnel and Aerotek for work in the Las Vegas area. horrible horrible service DONT TRUST DAVID.
