My local WIC office, I love the employees and how encouraging they are with your journey as a parent. They truly do care and only want the best for you and your children. And especially grateful for the lactation specialist who has helped me along the way with breastfeeding! I could have never done it without you all!

Very friendly staff. The waiting room was pretty cramped with just a few families in it and it got kind of warm but they had The Little Mermaid playing, so it was a nice distraction. We were seen quickly and the lady who helped us was very helpful in getting hot water for our baby bottle.

Area was a little hard to find but staff was friendly and by apt was taken back with case worker who was super friendly too and helpful with all the questions I had. They offer plenty of help and are knowledgable. Definitely recommend this facility

This is a nice office and big, the staff are not super helpful so ask a lot of question they dont really volunteer information. For instance has been going on for 2 years now and just recently did they let me know I could start doing my classes online instead of having to drag the kids all the way out and over there. Would have been helpful a long time ago

Great WIC location. the staff is very nice and helpful. Theyre very patient with my children and always try to accommodate me for something more convenient. And usually dont have to wait too long. No complaints

Disrespectful older woman with red hair . Has me wait for 40 min. Gets a attitude and looks back at the clerk and rolls her eyes at me because i asked if she was ready when i was ready to reschedule. Older people need to realize age has no limit to disrespect& get disrespected.Happy i am older & didnt react to her old rude ways like a majorty of would have .

This office is usually really slow so sometimes Im in and out in less than an hour. I love that. Most of the people that work there are really nice and caring but theres a couple of girls at the front desk that are not the most pleasant. But overall a good experience every time I go.

Friendly and helpful staff. Always on time. Clean office and they have movies playing for the kids in the waiting area. The waiting area can get crowed with tight rows of chairs and not much space for strollers

WIC has helped me and my family so much. I get free specific food items and when my daughter was on formula, she probably would have starved if I wasn’t in this program. I sincerely thank wic for everything it’s done for my family. I just wish they would go back to 2% milk!

When though the wait was a bit longer than expected staff was good to me and was accommodating for the approval of my babys formula

They are so rude no understanding either. I understand that I need a doctors note to change formulas but there was no need to over talk me!!! How do I change wic offices? Theyre too far from us anyway. I dont know if you guys hate your jobs or overworked but my experience has been dreadful. I wish I could find a job so I can buy the formula that agrees with our son. Im going through enough pain and I dont deserve to be talked down to plus the couselor I talked to last time in person was not helpful either.

Super helpful staff. They have a lactation consultant whos a life saver!

Worst office Ive seen been here 2 times appointment times at 730am doors dont open until 740am then still have to wait another 30mins to hour to see who ever your seeing.

They dont never pick up the phone its like no one work there

Staff is always kinda rude I feel like just my presence bothers them have only experienced 1 nice person in the whole year I have been going there

They tell you one thing and do another, they are supposed to close at 4:30pm but they close the doors before 4:00pm and even when my case manager called them I’m coming to pick my breast pump and I drove 20min to their office and the doors were closed. And the employees are rude and not professional they talk about clients and laugh in front of the client without care. I tell you this is the worst place.

NV WIC OFFICE, SINCE THE UPGRADE TO THE NEW BLD, I CAN ENJOY MY APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT LONG HOURLY VISITS WITH NO AIR PACKED LIKE SARDIANS, LOVE IMPROVEMENTS TO PROGRAM AS WELL (Added food more variety)

At first this place was wonderful-besides the snooty ladies at the front and the impersonable guy, not long wait times for your appointment (10mins tops). But it is absolutely disgusting it needs a good cleaning and some new flooring, on top of it does need new toys or again a very good cleaning.Also, my WIC benefits got dropped because I was to a nutrition class 10 mins early, waited 35 mins and no one came into the class, no one said we are running behind, they will be with you shortly there was no communication. So waited 45 mins in a dark classroom-with a very cranky 9mo old(it was nap time for him), a 3-4 year old child had a toy gun and was pretending to shoot us and was annoying as all get up and the mom just sat there on her phone. Went to the front desk they didnt even know where the lady was that was to do the class, they said oh shes probably in with another client, oh Im sorry I have other stuff that I need to get done and not wait all day for you to get your act together. So for their incompetence I get my benefits taken away! This place is an absolute joke and absolutely disgusting.

If you guys could learn how to answer your phones, that’d be great.

It was ok... have to go again to see... its says ste 106 but really its 101 and the ste is hidden so u dont see it when ur driving by.. if ur coming from the main street its the walk way betwwen the buidings b4 you see ste 106..

I go here for my W.I.C. services. All the people who work in the w.i.c area are great, but the receptionists are flat out rude & not very helpful at all!!

When an appointment is set this place is ok, other than that nobody answers the phone. The front sraff doesnt seem to enjoy working with the public. A demeanor is given off as if they dont like their job. I will be switching to one that is further in the hopes that the phone will be answered when I need to speak with them.

This WIC office is always noce to visit. The employees are friendly and weve never had to wait long for our appointment.
