I had a free test completely free and the staff was really nice and helpful I just moved to Vegas I needed a place to go because of no insurance and this was a great place

I came in a little late and they still took me in. Very quick and fast. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I just moved to Vegas and had no insurance and they were the best help 🥳. If you are looking for a free, warm, and friendly environment this is the place to go. Excited for my ultrasound next week. They also give you numbers to services that will help you aswell if you are in need.

A complete trap. Their advertising point is if your pregnancy is viable and possibly ending in miscarriage. BUT before you get to the ultrasound they will ask you personal information. Where is god in your life? What’s your religion? Do you attend church? And that could you imagine these women who want children and can’t and then someone wants to abort their baby commits this sin and just throws their baby away like trash. They pray over you, they are their to change the mind of women who want a choice. They are one sided and not nice.If you are wanting help and needed an open mind this is not it. I would avoid this at all cost. I felt held hostage and trapped.

Worst “medical” office I have ever seen. The only professional person there was the man at the door who screened us for COVID and diligently cleaned the waiting room whenever a chair was empty. Other than that, it was terrible. After showing up and signing in, we watched the time tick past our scheduled ultrasound appointment. Finally someone came over and told us that they were understaffed, but assured us that we would be next. That made waiting another 1.5 hours even worse. When we thought we would finally get to see the ultrasound, we were told that they had several “emergencies” and asked if we would like to reschedule. What emergency, you may ask? Someone came in for an abortion, so they pushed our appointment aside to try to persuade or coerce them into another decision. Instead of prioritizing an appointment for a family excited to see an ultrasound, they place their agenda first and couldn’t have cared less. They feebly offered us a “gift” of some kind, which I assume was pamphlets and brochures, and when we passed, the obnoxious receptionist shrugged, chuckled, and said, “I tried.” No, you didn’t. There is no reason to use this clinic — if you agree with their point of view or simply are happy to have a pregnancy, they postpone you to persuade those who came there for an abortion, and if you don’t agree with them, they’re going to try to change your mind instead of providing health services. If you go here, you’re doing something seriously wrong in life, and I’ll pray for your soul.

BEWARE: RIGLIGOUS FACILITY!Been here to get pregnancy tested for both of my children. Ok place if you know 100% you want to keep the pregnancy. Even though I let them know I was keeping my babies they still insisted on talking about religion. But at least it was free 🙃

The lady’s here I feel like would care for you if you decided to keep your baby whether it be adopt or parent. BUT if you wanna go in for alternative ways like abortion information I wouldn’t recommend! I went there today for a test and ultrasound to confirm I’m pregnant and see how far along I am, and the whole time they tried to practically guilt me into keeping the baby. I am only 5 weeks and I was inquiring about the pill they were not informative about it at all in the questions I was asking they would go on another topic like “what gender do you want” or “don’t abort the baby it’s still a life”. This is emotionally hard enough I don’t think if your planning on having an abortion or considering to go here because they will guilt you and make you feel even worse!!

The staff was incredible, the bathrooms were very clean and when you use it they clean it again, Natasha attended me, she is super friendly and they make you feel like family, I like that they talk about God and they guide you and make you feel confident, I highly recommend this place, very beautiful people. I came here today with an appointment at 10:30am, I arrived early at around 10. At around 10:45 someone told me I was next and they were short staffed I was waiting until 12:00 just for them to tell me they had to reschedule. I was completely deviated given that I made the appointment 2 weeks prior. I felt so much lack of respect from the staff. And just so upset leaving. I had all the patience to wait but they didn’t prioritize their patients.

The night before my appointment I read the reviews and they scared me I couldn’t sleep I kept thinking to myself am I making a good decision going to this place. My mine was changed soon as I walked in they made me feel welcome & safe they checked for covid, they cleaned the bathroom after each use, sprayed lysol, well sanitized. The place wasn’t packed and little paper work. The religion questions wasn’t too much same questions your family would ask you. They didn’t force anything on me, watching the videos is optional. Pregnant test and ultrasound went smooth they provided me with a lot of info about the baby and places that can help for free. Everything was amazing even the workers.

Very unprofessional, they already know why you’re in there but proceed to manipulate you into keeping something you already made a decision to get rid of .

This isnt my first experience with them, & Ive never had any issues before. The wait was horribly long. My appointment was at 9:45am. Its now 11:10 & not once have I been seen . Women came in way after me & were seen right away. I just dont understand !? But this is what made me walk out. The mail lady dropped off their mail then informed them they theyll have a package too pick up because she was unable too lift it. The two women at the front desk barely waited until she was out the door before speaking bad on her . I told them to cancel my spot & walked out. I will never come back nor refer them too anyone else ‼️ Highly annoyed 🤦🏽‍♀️

I want to give a -10. The staff is rude. I had no insurance and explained my situation of no insurance at the time. I scheduled a pregnancy test and an ultrasound a week in advance. I get to my appt and there were only two ladies with their men in the waiting room. They send me in a room then they had me take a pregnancy test. In the meantime waiting for my result they had a lady come in to talk to me. She asked me if I wanted to keep my baby. I said ofc its my baby. She then asked me about abortions and personal questions. I felt so uncomfortable. I was so thrown off because people suggested this place to me because they help pregnant moms with no insurance. Then she said well the ultrasound is full. I said how if I scheduled it a week in advance. She said Im sorry we cant help you. I was so frustrated because I really needed to know if my baby was okay. They were supposed to be a helpful place for pregnant moms but as soon as I said I wanted to keep my baby they said no. They only give ultrasound to mothers who dont want to keep their babies. I looked this place up after my appt and realized it was an abortion clinic. I will never suggest this place to anybody. Look up sunny babies if you have no insurance. They help pregnant mothers get insurance.

I came here because I don’t have any insurance. I was hoping to get a first ultrasound. I wasn’t given an ultrasound, instead I was verbally harassed. I was asked so many personal questions about religion and abortion. I was even asked if I wanted to see how abortion is done. When I clearly stated that I wanted to parent my child. I was also told that my living situation was very wrong because I’m not married to my boyfriend, the father of my child. It was a very uncomfortable experience. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE JUDGED.

Hi lady’s if you plan on keeping your baby this is the place to go!!! Free everything on the spot... but if you plan on getting the abortion pill don’t even waist your time they will push all their believes on you and make you feel bad about it so stay away if you plan on doing that !!!

I went here with my 5 year old & they ask me if i wanted shoes & other stuff for her . & i said yes. They let me pick what i wanted for her & she loves her new shoes. They were ( brand new still with tags ) they did talk about God but did not pray or preach or try to put things in my head. They were nice & respectful. I would recommend anybody coming here.

VERY helpful and kind! They were super nice to both me and my girlfriend. We got to see the baby and get pictures of him. They were very supportive and gave us good information. We were there for a little over an hour, but they did both the pregnancy test and ultrasound (also we didnt schedule ahead of time, we were a walk in) At the end they gave us cute knitted booties and a blanket that they had made. I would definetly go there again if needed (:

About 9 years ago I found myself needing to confirm if I was pregnant or not and looked up places that gave free pregnancy tests. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt comfortable and not judged though I was a young teen. I had no idea Id be walking out of there with positive results but I did. I had no religious view on pregnancy so the information they gave me about abortions and choosing life actually saved the life of my baby. This woman Nancy was very patient and kind. I still remember this place til this day. She gave me information on a local teen mom group if I had decided to choose life for my baby and needed any kind of assistance. The people here are on the front lines of a battle going on to save lives.. their bravery and courage is what we need in this world!

Very nice staff although it is free service I still donated a couple can food. I wrote down her name but one staff member was real nice. Gave me tons of help and scheduled me an ultrasound. This is great to find out and while waiting to go to a doctor get your ultrasound done. They gave me paper work for help and list of high risk doctors, they clearly state their purpose and dont push anything at you.

Dont listen to these negative reviews.. More, dont ever let anyone influence your decisions. Stand your ground! Im currently going onto my 8 month of pregnancy. I went to this place and found out I was 6 weeks. Not once was I showed or influenced on anything about abortion. If anything I got some Christian lady who asked me about God and my religion, sure. Thats an everyday thing experience though. When you fill out the paper work there is a section where you mark what youd like to be talked about to. Options that included: abortion, adoption, first pregnancy, etc.Everyone gets a different experience, find out for yourself. I personally liked this place. Fast and free.

Amazing, carrying, and compassionate services for women.

This is a wonderful place to go for women to receive free pregnancy tests, a limited ultrasound if necessary, resources in the Las Vegas area as well as educational resources as they learn that they are pregnant. If you call ahead of time, they can schedule an appointment. However, they do offer walk in times but the wait times and different depending on how many people walk in! They will meet with a Client Advocate who will discuss the womans needs and connect them to the resources they need.

The workers here are very nice and the area is clean! I am volunteering here and it is lots of fun, I enjoy it. What the women do here is very nice and helpful for other women that need a decision of what they want for theyre baby. Please go there if you need help, the workers are very welcoming and you will be in good hands.

This is a Christian facility, theyll tell you theyre not judging you, but adoption papers will be shoved in your face and theyll ask you multiple times if youd want to watch an abortion video. If thats not something youre interested in for your own self comfort go somewhere else.Other than that, the staff was very kind and lovely. They enjoy calling their patients afterwards just to make sure everything is going well. Theyll even provide you with a pregnancy confirmation. My favorite part about my entire experience is that they gave me many resources & pamphlets that allowed me to make an informed decision about parenting and adoption. This is a safe place to communicate your fears if you have any.

The place is ran by Christians and although they give you all the information you need once you get the results they also push the Bible on you and try to brain wash you into not getting an abortion. They ask to show you a video on abortion and I refused because that’s not why I went there. They ask you questions about are you religious, how do you feel about adoption or abortion. The lady would not allow my fiancé to be in the room with me while I talked to her until she revealed the results which was weird. My advice is if your not religious don’t go there because they will push it on you. Also they don’t do same day ultrasound you have to reschedule.

I went here yesterday an had an appointment to get an abortion. They were acting like I had an appointment and we very nice at first but then they started asking very personal questions and shoving religion in my head saying god won’t forgive those who have abortions and kill their babies. They also lied to me and told me I was farther along then I really was. They showed me a horrible video. DO NOT GO HERE SEEKING ABORTIONS THEY WILL WASTE ALL THE TIME YOU HAVE UNTIL THE OTHER CLINICS ARENT DOING ABORTIONS FOR THE REST OF THE DAY MAYBE EVEN THE WEEK

First any female going here should know that pregnancy tests are administered between 8 and 2:30pm only...Unless you have an appointment. Yes they have their views, but as in all things, you have the option to take what you need from it and move on to YOUR choice and you can politely state that you are here only for the free service that they offer and you do not wish to partake in any religious or political views. The facility is clean, the wait times are not that bad and they do have alternative information for any other services you are requesting or need info about....PEOPLE must remember that we are a society of opinions and while you may not wish to take part in the choices that are put before you, doesnt mean that someone else isnt benefiting from the information....AGAIN...Take what you need and keep it pushing...A smile goes a long way....

They were very friendly, got called back quickly. Its clean. The problem is is that they are one of those clinics that lie and try to guilt you. They asked alot of personal questions that had no relevance to me just coming in to get a pregnancy test. They tried to guilt me about premarital sex and they lied to me about abortion. Its a total shame when people use such underhanded practices to try to get you to think their way. Dont come here if you dont want religion pushed on you and dont come here for abortion help. Wish I had read the reviews first spent 30 minutes in a room for someone to basically preach at me when I should have just been in and out. They are there just to guilt you.

(Questioned there so called policy of nobody but the female going back!!) if you do t believe me ask any of the males who go with there females to support there pregnancies what happens should there loved ones Name gets called and they get up to go with!! This forth the suggestion on the new name change of the establishment!! Single womans prenancy help not center!! If your a single woman with no one to support you or your pregnancy this is the place for you 10 stars!!

I would like to warn you that this clinic has both a political and religious agenda. They are not educated on the matter of pregnancy. They asked me if I how I felt about abortion, how I feel god feels about abortion and tried to show me a pro life video all after clarifying that I would not be getting an abortion if I was pregnant. When I said I supported abortion they made the juxtaposition between freewill to choose abortion and the freewill of prisoners who choose to murder. Furthermore they tried to tell me that a fetus has a heart beat after 21 days without even knowing if that is after conception or from the first day of your last period. Let me tell you that there is a big difference considering that some people are just beginning to ovulate at that stage in their cycle. I was in the back room for an hour and most of it was before they even would give me the results of my test. Also this clinic is an abstinence clinic. They preach abstinence.The fliers they handed me after my meeting discouraged the use of birth control calling it abortification (you can find this on the back of the IUD pamphlet). You can get free pregnancy tests here and ultrasounds but you will have to deal with propaganda and a fundamentalist agenda. If you have 5-10 dollars to spare on a debit card and an email account you can order 25-50 pregnancy tests and sign up for the amazon prime trial (be sure to cancel within a month) for free two day shipping. After this there are many options for cheap prenatal care without the hassle of someone pushing their ideas on you.

I waited over an hour at this place and when I went back there they kept trying to push me into going to church and blah blah blah and then they came in with my pregnancy result and it came back negative after I took five at home pregnancy test and all came back positive so I went back to the store got another expensive digital test and it came back saying PREGNANT!! Did they mix up my test with someone else or did they just not do it correctly? I would never go back there nor would i recommend anyone going there.

Is non profit but dont do ultrasound for high risk women who dont get possitive blood or urine test even though they already know the person is for sure pregnant and just wants to see the babies to get prenatal care. All these places who force a test down a womens throat needs to be shut or changed. Its illegal to not help women who need the help when they are gathering the money for these reasons but wont do it.

This is an anti choice clinic. I feel like they are not transparent in their motivations on their website. They seem to target minorities on their website, and this is extremely concerning to me.

This place is awful. For starters they advertise as an abortion clinic but nothing can be farther from the truth. They are in all actuality a very christian pro life place. I was unsure about if I was going to get an abortion or not as my first pregnancy was very unplanned. They asked me all kinds of ridiculous questions that had absolutely NOTHING to do with my pregnancy such as what religion I am and how I think god feels about abortion. Since I am an atheist neither question went over well. I have never had such an unprofessional and prejudice experience with any medical staff ever. Because I was anti religion and very pro choice they accidentally forgot to have me sign the waiver giving my consent to watch their pro life abortion 7 minute long traumatizing video called choice blues. She just said I had to watch a video and left the room. In the video they show an abortion procedure then they show like a pile of aborted fetus parts and do things like put a fetus arm on a coin to show you that although its so tiny the arms, hands, fingers, and finger nails are all fully formed. Seriously its a horrific movie thats only purpose is to shock people out of having an abortion. The only good thing was that they do provide proof of pregnancy that (before we had obamacare) a woman could use to get medicaid for her pregnancy. I went there again when I was pregnant with my son and this time knew they would try to get me to watch the video again and promptly refused. So if you need proof of pregnancy it will accomplish that but if youre having any thoughts about abortion spare yourself the aggravation and dont tell them.

Either im lucky, this people changed the way they do things or theyre just simply great service because ITS NOT LIKE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS AT ALL. I was scared reading the negative reviews that they force their belief on you, force you to watch video about abortion and choosing life, or ask you inappropriate questions. NONE happened to me today. All the ladies that i came across were super nice and went out their way to help me. Yes they will ask your opinion on abortion and religion but just for information and not at all makes you feel uncomfortable, well maybe if youre super sensitive and easily get offended. They didnt make me watch any videos or anything, they did give me a little devotion booklet at the end with other references and information documents. My experience was great and i def recommend anybody that need free pregnancy test, ultrasound and other informations to go there. They do counseling on options for pregnancy, i said i was happy with the pregnancy and made it clear from the start what services i needed from them (pregnancy test and ultrasound), if youre first time patient, all you need is to fill out the form and tick in the boxes of services that you need, they dont waste your time on any other things.

Would definitely suggest against this place, and be cautious of anyone who recommends them! Unfortunately, because they are not pro-choice they choose to provide misinformation & use scare tactics. I would only suggest going here for a pregnancy test, and be sure you know the truth about your body, pregnancy, and accurate info from licensed medical professionals who are board certified. Do not look to these people for any real information. I wanted to get an early pregnancy exam & ultrasound asap, because I couldnt get in with an actual Dr for a little over 4 wks. I just wanted to be sure everything looked okay in there. I saw so many very young girls in the waiting room. The woman I finally got to sit down with, didnt do any type of exam, she actually proceeded to start telling me about her choice not to abort any of her 3 pregnancies. I thought this was weird, but politely allowed her to finish. She was noticeably bothered by my intake forms in which I stated I am okay w/ abortion & have nothing against women who choose one. She was very insistent, yet sneaky about trying to change my views on this subject. She even tried guilting me with her religious beliefs. This was way out of line, unprofessional & creepy... especially seeing as how I made it clear I WAS HAPPY TO BE PREGNANT & WANTED TO KEEP MY BABY! For some very strange reason she asked me to watch a short video about pregnancy options; this video was full of misinformation, lies, and inaccurate visualizations of abortion procedures. Thats when it became extremely clear, the video is a scare tactic to sway women & young girls from rea)y making their own decision about their pregnancy. They have small diagrams in these interview rooms that are inaccurate, and made by the same folks who made the video, the pamphlet even uses guilt to make you feel bad about abortions. Its just really sickening. I would be cautious of anyone in that place claiming to be a dr or a surgeon. I honestly wish I had the time to report them, and have them investigated by proper medical board practicioners. I cant imagine how many ladies have been scarred by the staff & their wild tales.

I made an appointment today for an ultrasound this place is bs I dont like the way they do things there I couldnt even get an ultrasound I really give them no stars at all

Some of the staff members are rude, people should not give you an attitude for asking question after all we are patients and they are the experts.

For all you mothers that are second trimester and want to see your childs heartbeat, dont go here. They wont help you.
