We had our Fall Garage Sale this past weekend and invited Assured out, along with some other donation trucks, to the community for our residents to use. They arrived on time and went to the spot we picked out for them. The gentleman that came out was so nice and friendly with our residents. He helped everyone with a smile and showed them how the shredding worked. Its also really cool that you can watch your documents being shredded. Assured was very professional and easy to work with. I had to reschedule my date once and they were able to give me a new day right away. Great small family owned business. I operate a home based business that handles sensitive and confidential information and have used the services for 2 years. The cost is economical and service is professional. I tried the drop-off service and the onsite destruction and both are great. No special containers just bought a large rolling trash cart and modified the cart for secure file destruction with slit and locks. The onsite destruction is scheduled by you and takes approximately 10mins. Ron has been my driver for the last 2 years and calls before he arrives and is one of the most professional individuals you can meet.

Had a big shred job that needed to be done. It was easy to schedule the appointment and have them meet me at the storage unit where the documents that needed to be shredded were located.
