Ive been using Freezing Lakes for 4 years and the service has been steadily decreasing. They broke one of the intake covers last year and wont fix it. The technician spends the entire time on his phone, continually asks for water and has let algae grow in the pool. When asked if he was treating the algae he said no, I was waiting to make sure the new pump was working properly. Wouldnt this be more of a reason to treat the algae? Im changing service effective July 1. Yesterday was Freezing Lakes last day and they did not show up. I tried to call both listed numbers this morning and got a busy signal for both. How do you get a busy signal with todays technology? Anyway, I would not recommend this company to anyone. The technicians are not knowledgeable, theyre just workers whos job is to vacuum the pool and skim the leaves. Id welcome a response from Freezing Lakes but they are non-responsive so I wont hold my breath!
