Impressed from the start! We called Troys Pest Control to begin service at our new home for an awful ant problem we were having. The call went to voicemail but he called me back within minutes! WOW! He was even able to fit us in that very same day. He showed up on time and was very professional and thorough in explaining his services. My impression is that he is very conscious about doing a good job and taking care of his clients. And I havent seen a single ant since!

We have been with this company for about 7 months and they seem to come randomly, sometimes we wont see them for a few months when they are supposed to be coming once a month... they will pop out of the blue and we need to be prepared so we can clear the area, It is very inconvienient, but we still dont see bugs so whatever they spray must be strong. We did see a spider the other day though so weve been trying to get ahold of them but no calls back
