Beware this company is a fraud!!!!!! When I got the service I had told them I wasn’t comfortable spraying the inside of my home because I have a newborn and toddler. I was told I would not have to pay for the inside just the outside. They still charge me for both I called, the lady over the phone said even if I don’t do the inside, I still have to pay. I mentionto her I want to cancel my membership then she offer to give me a discount why wouldn’t they just honor the at the beginning. I told her I wasn’t interested just want to cancel they now want to charge me 125 to cancel when I was told it would be $100 this company is a fraud!!! The service you receive isn’t even good the last spray the guy didn’t even do a good job he had miss half of my backyard my husband had to tell him toSpray the rest. Horrible service!!!!! They charge a lot for the service not worth it.

I dont usually give bad reviews, but this is well deserved. I contacted prime to tell them about bugs showing inside and outside of my home. This was after they sprayed on June 7. I was told, if you need courtesy sprays in between service that would be free. So we scheduled a service for this past Friday, June 11. Because I cancelled my contract after requesting a courtesy spray they decided not to show. When I called to ask about this, the lady said you must have contract with us for your courtesy spray. Do not go with this company. Not worth the $65.00

The guys doing the actual spray are great, but the admin staff is a nightmare to deal with. After I canceled my service with them, they continued trying to charge my card and I had to contact my bank. They sent me to collections over $40 they say I owed for cancelling their service and the next day tried to charge my card *again*.Will never do business with them again.

The Owner is very proud of his Religion and Reputation. He took the time to relate to us and not just push products on us. He is very knowledgeable with his products and made sure we understood what all the benefits were. We recommend him to all.

I love this Company! They they do a great Job and Respect their Customers. With weather changing you can call in between your appointments for a extra service if you are having any issues at no additional cost. Highly recommend them!

Zero complaints! Weve been using them for around four years and have seen no roaches inside our house in that time. If I happen to see some roaches outside (which almost never happens, even though Vegas is VERY roach-y), they will come back and spray at no additional cost. They are also willing to put up with my difficult elderly father, and that says a lot for them. I recommend them to everyone!

John was great!! Educated us on the bugs in and around our house. Sis a very thorough job of spraying and laying traps. He was very personable. Very happy with the service since we switched over a few months back. Keep up the great work!

Over the top creepy friendliness. A guy appeared out of nowhere and walked onto my driveway and started rambling on about pest control.No company truck or car in sight. I told him Im not interested but he kept talking and began writing something on his brochure. It took my husband coming out of front door for him to leave!

If you cant read a no soliciting sign that posted at every corner... I WILL IGNORE YOU RINGING MY BELL EVERYDAY! Learn to read.

They are going door to door during the pandemic- which I believe is illegal.
