I have been using EcoGen for almost 4 years now and there is not a company I would recommend over EcoGen. They have consistently been thorough, kind, helpful, and eased all of my fears when it comes to bugs. Yesterday I found a disgusting wolf spider in my garage and freaked out. EcoGen sent Evan immediately and he eased all the worries. He was timely, professional, and explained everything I needed to know. He was one of the kindest people I have come across in awhile. He even went the extra mile and swept the dead bugs off my garage floor. I cannot express enough how thankful I am for his service.

Our normal technician Mike C. is a super swell guy who is always professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about his craft, and is just fun to chat with each time. I have on a number of occasions had to reschedule on short-notice, and it has never been a problem for them being just a text message away! Ive been using EcoGen Pest for quite a few years now. I used to have a black widow spider problem, which doesnt help with multiple dogs and kids. It only took one treatment for our property to be cleared of critters and their service has always been consistent. I keep up with their pest control treatment to keep the bugs at bay. I have also used their weed removal/spray service before and it works great!! Their communication is also amazing! They are quick to respond and also friendly and professional. My hubby and I love absolutely love EcoGens service techs, office staff and owner. We have never had a bad experience, everyone is amazing. We have a dog as well and the reason why I researched what they use and the other companies that are in competition with them, we ended up going with Ecogen because of the spray that they use that is friendly for our animal and also potent enough to protect our place. When there was recently some construction in our area that stirred up some rodents that had been living in a vacant lot near us, they helped us resolve a problem with rats, as well. Both technicians sprayed the interior & exteriors of myhomes, laid bait traps, and like magic, all bugs were TOTALLY ERADICATED.
