My kid really enjoys it. She looks forward to every class.

I have been attending USSD for a year and a couple of months now. I am very grateful for the numerous benefits I have already received from learning and practicing Shaolin Kempo at USSD.The instructors and the art have helped me accelerate my understanding of myself while giving me the tools necessary to better myself. After a few months the dojo became a place where I could forget my outside worries and focus on learning the art. From working with my fellow students I have started to clearly see the areas where I need the most improvement. Thanks to the instructors I have built a lot more confidence in myself as well.There is still a lot more progress to be made but I feel super lucky for stumbling upon United Studios of Self Defense.

Great studio. Professional staff that is talented and excited to teach. Very family-oriented studio. Great for kids of all ages and adults of all skill levels. Offered free class to try things out, which was great my family.
