Share the same trend with many of the reviews on here. Apollo will not let you out of the contract even if you cant attend classes. My wife is a dentist and hurt her wrist during class, put her account on freeze and gave a doctors notice. Her job depends on being able to use her hands/wrist, but we were not able to cancel. Year long process, Apollo conveniently didnt have evidence that we provided about doctors notice or texts that explained our situation or our requests to cancel, but had all texts/emails of them requesting payment. He sent her balance to a collections agency, wife was incredibly stressed so I just paid for a years worth of classes that she didnt use or couldnt. Apollo will not let you cancel once contract is signed no matter the situation, if you do sign up keep every little piece of evidence of communication as he will. Only reason I didnt take him to small claims court was because we were moving cities and we didnt have all the evidence of sending doctors note, and every text. He is a professional fighter and treats collecting the same way... every customer wanting to cancel is his enemy that he will destroy.

Go to a different gym. Do not sign any contract. If you dont believe me go read the other reviews and check out the Yelp reviews. FASI Sports will want to charge you regardless if they offer the classes you signed up for. Apollo will call everyone reviewing a liar, but Ive never seen someone get so many bad reviews stating the same thing. So I dont know how everyone is a liar except him.

Most of the poor reviews are concerning the fraudulent contract and shady business deals of this company. This is all definitely true, but I will add to the list of disappointments with the fact that they cannot even keep any instructors at this school! Every time you turn around, there are different jiu jitsu instructors. I found a few of the old instructors at different gyms and even they say Apollo is a crook! Several of them are pursuing lawsuits against him for not paying their wages. Of course, he will come on here to combat this claim, but I encourage you to find out for yourselves before signing any contract with this company. Shame on LVAC for continuing to allow this dishonest business to partner with. I never leave reviews; this is my 1st. I felt compelled enough to make an account JUST so I could leave my experience on here regarding Fasi. RUN FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS GYM!!!!!

I was considering signing my daughter up for classes at your gym but after reading all of the negative reviews I feel it is best to move forward somewhere else you may have been in business for a long time which is obvious by the amount of bad reviews you have! It is really a shame to have such i nice facility but not being able to accommodate your customer it boils down to sheer “greed” !!!!! Good luck keeping your doors open my guess is the reaper is already pounding at your door!!

DO NOT SiGN THE CONTRACT. The owner would be super nice at first but as soon as you sign the contract hes going to show you his other side. It doesnt matter what the reason is, even if its moving out of state HE WOULDNT CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT and he would go as far as threatening you. Its a shame... please read the other reviews before you set a foot in that gym AND DO NOT TRUST THE OWNER. The coaches are good people and they will work with you BUT DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT.

I called A MILLION times for them to cancel the payments because my son had not been going since lock down and they agreed in the first call but never done it. They like to take advantage of having your payment information and would charge you even after of discussing to discontinue which they agreed to. DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH. The company is greedy and only want money. God is watching and karma will be coming your way! God bless you!

I’m reading these reviews and wondering how a company like this would just ignore customer needs just to keep money coming in. i believe it because i went for one class and the dude was just trying to sell us the contract while he made us “practice”and he seemed to get frustrated and impatient with me at points.i figure, why would so many people lie about the same problem then go out of their way to write a review just for some money?

FASI SPORTS appears to be a clean and well maintained martial arts training facility. It is located inside the LVAC on Rainbow right at the entryway. I usually see all age groups from very young to middle aged practicing kicks, punches, sparring and other fighting techniques as I walk by. The FASI students seem to be enjoying their activities and are respectful of LVAC gym members.

Fasi Sports- you will get the most workout sets in a 60 minutes duration. I’ve taken different classes from other boxing gyms - and FASI has maximize the amount of work compared to other gyms. Is this a good thing? Absolutely! I feel that repetitive workouts can create plateau when wanting to achieve weight loss programs. Fasi incorporates different workouts that will continually keep your body guessing. Coaches also work on form and proper conditioning to help each client to reach maximum potential. I enjoyed the classes!

Just read the reviews from others. Theyre all accurate, the owner does fabricate responses and acts aggressively. Theres been several complaints made with the better business bureau as well. Threatening, extortion, and just out right shamelessly lying to people.

SEBASTIAN APOLLO IS A SCAM ARTIST. My best friend and I went to a free class and were under the impression that this was a respectable business. We loved the instructor so we wanted to sign up. We both signed up for a membership at the same time. BOTH of us were witnesses to him stating that if things came up, such as moving to a different part of Las Vegas or injuries that we could easily get out of the contract. ADDITIONALLY while we were signing the contract Apollo only highlighted the parts he wanted us to see so we did not really know what we were signing. As both of us are young adults we THOUGHT we could put our trust in this business owner that he would not SCAM us in any way. Looking back we should have read every little sentence VERY carefully. Additionally, Apollo DID NOT give us copies of our contracts. I moved to a new area of Las Vegas that is 30+ minutes away from their locations, so I requested to cancel my membership. He outright refused AND IS REFUSING TO GIVE ME MY CONTRACT. BEWARE OF THIS EVIL MAN. I will be filing a report with the BBB as well as contacting a lawyer and taking this man to court. He has scammed SO MANY FAMILIES I CANNOT BELIEVE HE IS STILL IN BUSINESS. APPARENTLY we cannot get out of the contract unless we live 50+ miles away WHICH IS CRAZY. He is an evil man and he has got a LOT of things coming to him.

I have been training at Fasi Sports for about three months, if your looking to loose weight or learn a martial arts I highly recommend this place. The trainers are very knowledgeable and help you achieve your goals.

This is where you go to challenge yourself and push yourself to your own limits and potential. The trainers are all amazing and theres a camaraderie among all its members. Their programs extend out to all ages and no matter your capabilities, theres something suitable for you. Its clean and the equipment is kept up. There is a reason its the longest standing combat sports facility in the valley - it is simply the best!

Highly do NOT recommend. Let’s start with the Pros of this place. Instructors were kind and knowledgeable. You feel part of the team. I did have a lot of fun at this place which makes it so unfortunate for what happened.The cons: when I started here I signed their 2 year contract since there is no other option. After a couple months I was unable to go for scheduling reasons. They only had evening classes which I could not make and at the time did not have morning adult classes. I explained my situation and asked to cancel. It took 2 MONTHS of me calling. Going in person. And constantly asking for the cancelation paper. 2 months at $99 and I didn’t go to one class. After I finally received the paper I submitted the paper by email and did not want to pay the full $150 cancelation fee since I tried canceling for 2 months and already payed more than that however I settled for $50. The owner tried to keep me going to the gym and I didn’t want to. After that I heard nothing from them for 6 months. No calls, no emails or mail saying I still owed money. I was willing to pay the cancelation fee but there was no further contact from them. Now 6 months later right in time for the holiday I get a debt collection letter....it’s very unfortunate because I thought this business was a good one not a go behind your back and scheme one. If they would have called and said I still owe money I would have paid. Now my credit is effected and my life. Trying to buy a house or anything will be close to impossible all over $150. They also sent me into collections more than what the Initial agreement was...So no I can’t say I recommend this place even if they have a good training facility and it is a fun place. Their ethics are terrible and won’t treat you decent.

My kids have been with FASI Sports for a while now. For personal reasons we took a few months off due to some changes. We recently just restarted and we are more than happy with the gym. My husband dealt with Apollo on everything, and Apollo is very willing to work with you on any situation youre dealing with, as long as you talk to him. Like with any gym you obviously have to sign a contract, just make sure you know what youre signing, and if you do sign it, understand that you will be upheld to anything you sign. My Husband JJ says, Apollo is a very friendly person, but he is also a successful businessman, so dont confuse his friendly demeanor with the inability to uphold you to the contract you sign, a deal is a deal...

The worst business I have ever encountered. Apollo is a scam artist and has attempted fraud with me, claiming that I owe him more money past my expiration date. He first lied about my signing up for the renewable package when I clearly signed up for the non-renewable one, which I was told would automatically stop payments. Then he lied about freezing my account for six months, when it was only two months that I asked for my account to be frozen so he can charge me more money! Turns out he never froze my account and I paid off all of my payments. Here is my interaction with him when I tried to permanently close my account.1. He told me misleading information about my contract, saying that I had to physically come into the office and cancel my contract in person and that I had signed for the renewable option in which they could charge me per month prior to cancellation. That is not what I had signed.2. I had tried to contact Fasi on multiple occasions and left voicemails in regards to my account, but no one had contacted me back.3. The business owner told me in an accusatory fashion that it was my fault for not reading my contract and for not reading the automatic renewal program, even though I had initialed the non-renewable membership.4. I was very upset but instead of resolving the conflict, the business owner Apollo snatched the cancellation/non-renewal/buyout settlement request form from my hands and closed the door.5. I told the business owner that I was not leaving until I had some physical proof (i.e. signing the cancellation request form) that I requested to cancel my account. Not until I threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau and take legal action did the owner give me the request form to sign.6. After I was calm, I asked when I was going to have my account cancelled. The business owner did not tell me a specific date and then told me I had to email my cancellation form. When I asked him why I had to email him my form when I had a physical copy in my hands, he told me I had to leave.7. The owner told me that before cancelling my account he would have to look to see if I made all 27 payments. I told him I had bank statements and proof on my Wells Fargo app saying that I was already charged every month. When I kept asking him for more information, he kept threatening me and telling me I had to leave.8. While I was filling out the form and was calm, Apollo kept telling me that I had issues in order to antagonize me when I was clearly complying.

My son and I take classes here. The staff is terrific with teaching the kids discipline and they teach any parents the same who also train here. It has allowed me to lead by example which is something I appreciate a lot. I love seeing the big smile on my sons face when he tells me about his session and when he hears about how hard I worked too

Would highly recommend. Great staff and always willing to work with us. My son was shy and always kept to himself but since attending I have seen him blossom into a happy, healthy and confident kid!! Love this place and the staff!!

This gym has been an amazing experience for my five year old son. He loves jiujitsu and its so good for him! Its been great for his self confidence and builds a competitive spirit. Not to mention the physical training! Definitely would recommend any kid to check out the classes offered.

Beware of this place, if for whatever reason you need to cancel before your 2 year contract they wont let you go even with a letter from a physician saying u been injured and cant do exercise for a period of time, also even after your done with your 2 year contract keep a close eye to your bank account as they like to charge you randomly out of the blue, in my case its been 6 months since i finished my contract and they tried charging me twice already, 6 months after my contract was done. When called them, they claim its was a mistake by their billing department this place its a 2 location business i really doubt they have a billing department, pls be aware of non legit charges after finishing your contract maybe call your bank and have them put a stop payments.UPDATESo you are saying that my bank wasnt charged twice months after my contract was done??? i can show you my statements, and no fortunately you cant sue me or send me to collection as i could not use your gym for the back issues i had (to wich you said my proof wasnt good, because it was from my employer)and still made my payments and in more than one occasion i was double charged on the same month, but now after only reading peoples revies and comments on both here and yelp i guess its a known issue, and you dont have to be so defensive, like i said i couldnt go anymore, sucked it up and kept paying for more than 1 1/2 year, just giving my 2 cents for people thinking about signing a contract at your gym, no hard feelings just an honest review.GOD BLESS YOU

Fasi Sports is fun and always a place for me to look forward to coming to all the time. Master Chan is amazing and totally committed to working us out to our full potential. Ive been going here for almost 3 years now and love every bit of it. Its a great place to workout and a friendly environment.

Ive had an extremely positive experience at fasi the price is fair for the amount of service you get and I love coming here just about everyday. The gym is clean and all the employees are extremely attentive to the customers needs. Great gym regardless if youre looking for fitness, technique, or just to have fun theyll have something for you!

I attended a Muay Thai fitness class, and it was a well balanced full body workout, very enjoyable. The staff is very friendly was willing to help out for exercises that I found difficult, it appeared great for beginners to jump into as well as for members that have been attending for years.Id go back, and recommend it to my friends.

I’ve just recently signed up to fasi sports and absolutely love the atmosphere! It’s a great gym facility with an even better staff and trainers. The workouts are intense and fun! The membership is set a great price, especially for all the classes that you’re able to attend! They have many classes through out the week, all at different times! so if you miss one you can do a later class. Ive made so much progress workingout here and I would 10/10 recommend joining this gym!

In fact less than one star. No complaints about the exercise or Most of the instructiors- but dont ask for aCopy of your contract, or last payment due info you wont get it! Unless you with hold payment then they respond quick. Then they take out 2 payments - dont wanna refund anything they accidentally took out . Customer service sucks - no one can help, assist, look up information, or get back to you. Lets see if and when I get my $$ back!

This gym is horrible!!! I signed up for the one on Decatur and the doors are locked at all hours of the day. It was open from 9am-8pm when I started and without any notice the doors were locked. I tried several times to contact the owner Apollo Sebatian by phone and email but he would not respond. I finally got a response when I filed with the BBB. He stated he wanted to work something out but he only wanted to tell me he could offer personal training and threatening to send me to collections for not paying for the services I am NOT RECEIVING!!!! Im going to contact call for action as it appears he does this type of thing to many others.

This is a great place to train! You get all the benefits of crossfit and martial arts in one package. The people are great and everyone helps each other with encouragement. It is a lot of fun and I highly recommend everyone to join.

Stay farrrrrr away from this place. Its one big scam. He charges fees that arent in your contract. We had to file a complaint with our bank. But prior to finding out about the hidden fees, we pulled our kids out of his class because of the way his instructor was be to “close” with the girls in the class... to include our daughter. Please do yourself, your bank account and your children a favor and never bring your kids to this filthy establishment. There are so many more affordable and reputable places to go.

Im not a member but the free training Ive received from Master Chan is really useful, its a good place to get in shape for real but the availability on classes is my concern with my busy schedule but all and all is a good place and for my brother from another mother 😀 it is a pleasure to meet you brother APOLLO.

Great place to bring your kids to learn Thai kickboxing. Apollo is really good instructor and is well known in the Vegas area. Hes opening another gym soon, so he obviously knows what it takes to teach MMA and martial arts.

I would give this gym no stars if I could! Do not sign their contract! They are devious and unreasonable. My family and I moved away and they would not accept our proof of residency in another state. VERY DISAPPOINTED!Check yelp too... the numerous bad reviews speak for themselves.

Ive been training and working out at Fasi Sports for some time now. I must say every time I feel like not going I push myself to go in and at the end of class I feel so much better about myself and the results I get out of it. I enjoy going here and will continue to keep going.

My friend told me i should try this place out and at first i was very skeptical about it but once i did the free trial. I must say I was really proud of myself for completing the class. It was difficult at first since im not an active physical person but Master Chan made it comfortable for me to take my time and pushed me to keep on going.

The owner is a con artist, disrespectful, and aggressive. He lied to me when I was signing up, illegally drafted on my bank account, and threatened me when I told him I was reporting him.

This the best place in North Las Vegas, my kids love it, staff and coaches are super supportive, stern, patient and understanding. Apolo, Coach Bobby are the best.

I am keeping all information and the contract...you will see me through court since you wont speak!Warning to anyone doing business with this man.....he went to creditors on 10,000 for me breaking a contract when he couldnt keep my kids interested because he switched instructors all the time...screwed over his family..broke alot of childrens hearts...he didnt follow the belt system...was completely unprofessional....Now hopefully you will call me before my lawyer calls you!Update.. he edited his response.. My entire family has been attending this gym for years and the staff and trainers are great. My wife and i have have been taking the muay thai fitness class with Master Chan and my sons take the jiu jitsu classes and we now have my bother in law and sister in law coming to classes as well...if you are looking for a great work out come in and try the free class and then decide if its for you like we did

So 10 years ago I signed up to get in some training. I was a union carpenter and had basically had no time to go as I started working 60 hour weeks. I tried to negotiate with them to cancel contract ( which most respectable businesses have a means of paying a fee and leaving the contract. ) they told me there was no way even after explaining my situation. So I let it go. What was I gonna do. They pretty much acted like big bank predatory loaning and all. I was not gonna pay for services I had not received. So ten years later Im trying to get my life together and they are taking me to court for 3000 over some thing I didnt even receive... At the time I was young and did not understand contracts as well. Looking at all the other reviews and their replays makes me laugh. But long story short. If your rich and dont foresee any hardships coming your way its like buying a car do it. If your a struggling martial artist and know the ups and downs of life working 2 jobs and going to school trying to keep your head above water and trying to squeeze in something you love and keep your mental sanity. Not for you. They have no heart. Theyre in it just for the money. I mean damn when I first went some guy just showed me a few little pointers and Apollo stopped him and wanted to charge me for it. It wasnt even a legit sesh. So now hes prolly gonna reply with some childish response. But I dont give a damn. I consolidated with a credit agent im out. Funny thing is even the credit agency was very familiar with Apollo and this gym and had nothing good to say about them.

This place is a joke and a scam..Charged us $650 to cancel a membership after we had been good paying customers for 2 1/2 yrs. And gave us a timeline to come in and pay it or it was going to jump to $750.00. When a I got there 1 hr before the deadline on a Saturday, (as if 1pm was some magical number in there finance system) the guy tells me I need cash! I calmly walked out and made it to the bank in time and paid the money. Clearly they were hoping that I would not be able to get the money in time. The whole thing stinks of a scam! Even in the contract it states that they can increase the monthly amount without notifying the customer..Just want to make sure others know about them.

Mr. Apollo, I have been trying to contact you for a month. I have left several messages with your staff, texted you, left messages with the renters at the Decatur location and to no avail, I have not received any response. Your phone has been disconnected. Prior till I had spoken to you since I signed my grand daughter up for the conditioning classes only to learn that what I signed her up for was karate or tai won do or something. My grand daughter has been unhappy since I signed her up and I have explained this to you and your staff however, she was placed in an adult class at 12 years old which made her very uncomfortable. I have been paying $99 a month for no service. It has been a waste of my time and hers. When I signed her up I explained what I was looking for and how your organization can help her with her weight. I was led to believe when I signed her up that she was going to be receiving one on but unfortunately that did not happen. She was participating in a kick boxing class. I told you and your staff that my husband and I are both members of LVAC Decatur and the 5:00pm class would have been perfect but unfortunately that changed with your staffing. Please advise what we can do, my grand daughter does not wish to participate in karate or kick boxing classes. I, nor my husband wishes to participate in either of the classes. I am avoiding contacting BBB in hopes of speaking with you.

I had signed into a contract with Fasi Sports back in 2011. Due to my step sons medical diagnosis we were not able to continue training. At that time, I had thought that the contract ended after suppling a medical note from his doctor. I missed a few crucial steps in the process, and ultimately that falls on me not the business. Years later, I received a phone call in regards to the contract. Apollo worked with me and helped resolve the issue. He was extremely helpful and understanding thoughtout the entire process.The contract in no way is a reflection of the instructors or Apollo. The instructors were always friendly and helpful with my step son. The staff was also very nice.Thank you Apollo.

Was looking for a 24 hour gym because of my work scheduale is pretty much all over the place. After seeing the reviews I am scared and hestant to join or even check it out. Well one to the next searcvh of martial art gym!

I worked out at their location in LVAC on Rainbow (near Lake Mead). I injured my knee in Jiu-Jitsu practice there and had to stop training there. Several years later, I received a phone call saying I owed this company $2000 because I stopped going to their Dojo and I was responsible for 85% of the contract? I provided written notice that I was unable to train there and they had no issue with it. Apparently, they then sold my contract to a debt collection company. When I trained there, I was paying monthly. I would avoid this Dojo based on this debt collection experience. No other Dojos that I know of do this to their clients that get injured in their Dojo.Reply - I am disappointed to hear you would label your former client as a liar and further falsely claim I did not suffer a knee injury trying to execute a scissor sweep at your Dojo. I still remember the day it happened. Looking at the numerous other reviews below, this appears to be common for you to attack former clients and families. As you might recall, I am a licensed attorney who practices all over the southwest USA. I am also well-versed in this arena and so is my private counsel. Tread very carefully, sir.

I had a very bad experience with this gym my financial situation changed I began to have health issues and had to move to a new apartment that cost more so I no longer could afford membership I asked to cancel my membership and was not allowed even though I could no longer afford it also they were pulling payments out at different times of the month instead of the agreed scheduled time causing me Financial issues with my bank and other bill collectors I was obligated to pay they also continued to pull payments out even after my membership agreement expired then they decided to finally send me a cancellation form in PDF through my email for me to sign after I had been telling them for months I wanted to cancel I called too many times and never got any call backs and I was told that the owner would be in many times and he would not be there when I showed up they were very unprofessional and inconsiderate even after they collected payments from me well over a year though i was not able to attend so they basically got free money from me for 2 years to be exact and they didnt have the decency to allow me to cancel I am strongly considering on reporting them to the Better Business Bureau depending on how they respond to my review and whether they return the last payment they were unauthorized to take I hate to complain but I have tried to be patient Im peaceful with them but I have to pay too many Bank fees because of their inconsistency pulling payments out at the wrong time while other bills were scheduled to be paid

HORRIBLE! Joining this place may seem nice at first, but they will not let you out of your contract even with 2 forms of documentation that we moved out of state. They say that a lease and utility bill is not sufficient documentation. Plus they can’t be trusted for automatic payments. They double charged my account (and apparently everyone else’s) 2 month’s ago. They are VERY unreasonable. Don’t sign the 27-month contract. I would have paid the cancellation fee if you accepted my first proof of moving back in December. We would be done. You are an impossible person to reason with. I warn you Any gym requiring you to sign a lengthy contract should raise a red flag immediately, the owner appollo is nothing short of a criminal and a theif I would know I WORKED FOR HIM! His top trainer Ian is a flat out joke hes unprofessional, has zero experience fighting and has no buisness teaching adults proper techniques, not to mention is flat out incompetent, seriously. The other trainer johnny is a good dude hes a solid fighter with 2 belts and is patient as well as cares about his students its unfortunate that hes at fasi.. none the less its still nothing more than a money grab that does the bare minimin to run an MMA gym then just sends you to collections once you figure the whole shady operation out. Dont say I didnt warn you!UPDATE! I won my case with the labor commissioners board even though was repealed three times, awarded over $3,000 in unpaid wages, THANKS FASI!

It saddens me that most of these bad reviews revolve around contract disputes. I did not get the sense that Mr. Sebastian is all about the money. You pick the options you want and there are plenty of plans offered. I personally prefer to pay up front for a year. Its cheaper, creates accountability and commitment, etc... I was given a wide range of options where I could have paid more, I could have paid less, I could have paid month to month or signed a contract. Too much to name, you talk to the owner about what you want to do and sign paperwork. In that regard I am not sure I have ever been to a gym with so much flexibility and options. Two locations. Master Chen is the best Muay Thai instructor in the world. Good people, great place. Ive got my son doing the BJJ and it is having a positive effect on him. The gyms themselves have many heavy bags of various size, and shape The boxing equipment is nice. They have olympic weights and barbells along with squat racks. Medicine balls, kettlebells. Dumbbells. Rowing machines. Gym is well kept and clean.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! DO NOT SIGN ANY PIECE OF PAPER !! Wanted to sign my son up for classes but wasnt sure if he would like it .I asked to try the sample class .Fasi said it was free, just sign this waiver. I didnt realize I just signed a 2 year contract .he said it was just a waiver .my son didnt like the free class and wasnt ready to do this kind of thing.fasi said he needs about $350 to cancel the contract .now I have a collection bill of $5,128..All because he tricked me into signing a piece of paper .

I have been a member of Fasi for many years. I originally signed up for the cardio kick boxing classes. Now, I am an amateur fighter with 4 wins and 0 losses, and I also help mentor the kids during the kids classes. Whether you are looking for a fitness program or to become an actual fighter, Fasi is a great place to be. Master Chan, the Mauy Thai/fitness Coach, is phenomenal, and he will get you where you want to go quick. As for the members, I have never trained at another gym which was as inviting and friendly as Fasi. It really is like one big family.

I ve been a member of Fasi Sports since May 2017. I cant say enough about how great this gym is. They offer a variety of classes ranging from Muay Thai, Jui Jitsu (and a new MMA class starting in 2 weeks)for those looking to learn self defense, along with fitness classes that combine kickboxing and high intensity cardio for those looking to improve their conditioning (and the instructors WILL make you work!!!). All the instructors are top notch and very skilled, and very friendly. Im so grateful to be a part of this family

My kids have been here about 3 monthsAll the stfff and coches are very professional.We had unexpected financial issues the first 2 months and after we explain to the Owner. Apolo was very flexible gave us the chance to payas we could.We tried going to other places way too expensive and only 3 clases a week at Fasi. We get 6 classes a week and as they advance can get more.. pricelessHighly recommended 👊👊👊

Horrible experience.All they care about is your money, very inconsistent instructors they can never keep any instructors for a long time so they always changing instructors.After I sign a contract all they care about is collecting your money if I had an issue I can never get a hold of the owner to get my issues resolve, because he is the one who makes most of the decisions.RESPONSE TO OWENEROk Apolo do you remember when I try to get a hold of you for two weeks because my son was going to leave the country for three months to stay with my parents and could NEVER get you to call me back numerous times leaving messages with your employees to put my account on hold for that period of time,.. so I had to stop by to see if Icould catch you in person and get you to approve it, is that the right thing to do?, why dont you just call me back right away to approve my sons 3 months leave of absence.Also when I first sign your contract I remember signing a total of 6 pages and I ONLY got copies of two pages, where are the other copies of the other 4 pages I sign ??, what are you hiding?? this is so strange and deceitful.Also when I cancell my contract, two months before it expire and wanted to pay you for those two months, you try to get me for an extra three months (5 MONTHS TOTAL) REMEMBER, till I went back and brought you the original contract, is that how you get people to sign a 27 month contract and tell them is a 2 years contract??My son went through 4 DIFFERENT INSTRUCTORS, during his training at fasi sports and that is call INCONSISTENCY.

Great place to train no matter what your skill level is. Also, the cardio and crossfit style classes are an intense workout!

The owner to this place is like the worst possible person. He double charge my bank account. And then when he corrected it he reversed the charges two times on accident. And then two weeks later when he figured out he made the mistake he told me that we werent allowed to come there unless I pay late fees from the first date. He texted me all kinds of bad stuff threatening to throw me into collections, telling me that I have until Friday to get in there and pay the late charges. The kids of been going there for six months I had never been late before I told him as soon as I got off work that I would be in there. And he just kept texting me back to back bad stuff. Please do not go to this place iand subject your children to this negative man . I told him if this is what youre going to do be like a normal businessman and do the paperwork. Stop calling me stop texting me stop harassing me. And what gym in town throws you under collections anyway. Normally you want referrals from people. He will never get a referral from me. He is not a good businessman. Money is more important then the children to him. And a lot of people told me that he was a bad person. But he seems so nice I didnt listen. And I had a weird feeling when he didnt want me to read the contract and hes all here you go sign here here and here. And I absolutely except responsibility for not reading the contract prior who puts a child that six years old and a three-year contract? And again it was my fault for not reading it. But we wouldve still continuing to honor our contract had he not continue to harass me.

The owner is very unprofessional. The new coach is good. But coaches are constantly changing.

My kids and I enjoy there Gracie style Jiu-jitsu classes with professor Lovi a true Master of the art and a excellent instructor. Master Chan is great real Muay Thai training. As for my previous post I have spoken to Apollo and there was a little misunderstanding on my part on my membership and I apologize back up too five stars!!

I am committed to the art of Muay Thai and extreme workout conditioning because of fasi sports. I especially appreciate Apollo the owner and manager for his professional attitude. Another reason to appreciate fasi sports is Master Chan who is relentless and totally committed to teaching and conditioning his students. I personally like having the master there everyday so I can be at my best. I totally reccomend this to anyone who is serious about their health and well being.

My 5 year old underweight and sickly son joined Fasi sports last May 2016 with a goal in mind for him to gain a little bit of weight, have a good cardio exercises and would gain strength and energy instead of watching TV or playing on his tablet. It did the trick! Surprisingly, it did work. All of above. We go 6 days a week. He loves it especially when he learns new moves in BJJ, Muay thai or even they simply play wolf tag in fitness/sports class. Master Rob, Master Chan & Coach Ian are all great and theyre nice. Overall, Im happy because it works for my son.

If I could give 0 stars... I definitely would. First of all, DO NOT EVER SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM. Second, dont believe Apollo on his words. He is only out to get your money. I tried to cancel my contract by calling the number listed in the contract; however, it was not a working number. Who puts a non-working number on a legal contract?! Apollo then asked if there was anything wrong and I stated to him that it was just not for me and that I gave it a try. Apollo then stated that I must pay the 85% remaining of my contract gym membership (which is not stated in the contract) but he stated, I can add that in and its a solid contract. I told him clearly that it is not a solid contract if thats not what I signed for and agreed with. Apollo then stated, You either need a doctors note stating that youre physically disabled or move 50 miles away from the gym. But if you do get a doctors note... I will further investigate your doctors note. I told him that he is violating my HIPAA rights and he then proceeded to say, I have medical credentials. I was a Paramedic, UMC ER technician, and a Respiratory Therapist. So I can look into your doctors note. As I also work in the medical field, I know that is a FEDERAL VIOLATION of the HIPAA act and he should know this as a Paramedic, UMC ER technician, and Respiratory Therapist. He also then told me in an angry tone, Go get an attorney or pay the 85% of the remaining contract. I then stated, I just want out of my contract. Right before we left, Apollo then stated in a sarcastic tone, Go get an attorney.I will be looking into reporting Apollos violation of my HIPAA rights to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and to the Southern Health District because he stated he has medical credentials as a Paramedic in Southern Nevada.Everyone that has been scammed by this business should be filing a complaint with the Nevada Attorney General Consumer Protection Department.

I joined Fasi to get the benefits of all the different martial arts lessons that were being offered, but there were problems from the beginning. First they tried to take the money out of my account sooner than the specified date so we (Fasi and I) arranged to pay on the specified date and/or within the grace period, per contract and due to living pay check to paycheck, at their location.For two years straight we got calls way before the payment was due, and they constantly threatened to send me to collections (I have the voicemails to prove it), mind you that I was never late making a payment, (I have the bank statements to prove it), but yes every month. I tried to ignore it and respectfully requested that they stop harassing me as I was never late on any payments. They didnt care. Finally, enough was enough as I felt that I didnt want to be a part of an establishment that only cared about the money.I dont have kids so Im not an upset parent, just an upset human being who wanted to be a part of something special, who now feels has made a very big mistake for even thinking to join this company or believing what they state they stand for. When I voiced my frustration, I was told they would just cancel the contract and send me to collections.That was over two years ago and I havent spoken to them since. I found out today that Fasi requested to have the collections case closed and removed from my credit. In the same instance opened a NEW debt collection case to reflect on my credit once again with an even higher amount.So seeing parents or anyone else complain doesnt surprise me. I hope you read your contract, do your research, and really take advantage of the free classes getting the true vibe of this establishment before you sign on the dotted lines.

Warning to everyone, specially if you want your children to be at this place. You signing contract that what Apollo Sebastian need after that good luck to you. Will not tell you that same contract will be renewed automatically and you will need to pay big time to go out.Will not tell you that you are not allowed to watch your child during class at least not from inside his facility. Will not tell you truth why instructors are changing so often. Apollo Sebastian owner of this place is worst person you can meet in this industry. He have no respect for his customers and also for employees. He do not pay his instructors that is why they live this place and open there gyms. There is Master Chan and he is not able to live because his green card depends on Apollo other than that he will be gone long time ago. He also cheated his nephew Adrian, that can tell enough about his moral. If you need to do this type of activity it will be worth looking around .Do not sign any contract that you cant read and certainly Fasi Sports do not have one that you will be able to read even with magnifier. Apollo will try to tell that nothing of this is true . I can post for everyone to see his text message where he prohibited me and my family to come in Aliante gym. And he will try to justify that he didnt pay his instructors and other employes on time. I can also provide copies of bounced checks from at least two former instructors. Anyone who dont believe is welcome to check proofs I can provide and many other people. Also as good businessman and very caring person for his customers he will not hesitate to put in one month over 30 of his customers in collection. So many customers living suddenly must have some serious reason. He will probably say that master Chan is his favorite person and I believe in that because if master Chan is not there Fasi Sport can close doors for good. I know that Apollo Sebastian will blame his instructors for under performing, but only person that is underperforming is Apollo . If you try to talk to Apollo Sebastian he will not look you straight in your eyes. That is disrespectful and rude way to treat customers. Even I tried to talk to him and he told me over phone we have nothing to talk about . Actually my intention was to be responsive and constructive but he vill take that as complain. Bottom line this is not place for serious sport people if you willing to participate in competitions there will be zero support from Fasi sports and Apollo Sebastian. Bad place absolutely not recommended, I am sorry for all people that did sign contract at this place.

Other than bbj coach Mike and Master chan, Fasi sport is the worst establishment. Apollo the opener only cares about money and doesnt remember that we the students are what built him up. He is always rude and frequently jokes about if they (parents/students) dont like it let them cancel at 70% of contract cost. Also wills his imaginary authority of being able to pull your LVAC membership of you have any and I mean any disagreement with him.In short find a different school.

Fasi Sports is an excellent gym! Master Chan, the Muay Thai coach, is extremely effective at teaching his students traditional Muay Thai! Cuban Mike, the Jiu-Jitsu coach, is great if you want to learn how to be a winner in competitions! Apollo, the main cardio coach, makes the strenuous work-outs fly by with the hyped up atmosphere he creates! I love this gym and would recommend it to anyone!!

I put my son in Fasi sports a little over 2 years ago. He started off with Muay Thai kick boxing and fitness. He then moved on to adding Jui jitsu to his training. It has been a great experience for him and I as well. They not only train with high intensity but they made us feel right at home, like family. Since my son has been training at Fasi he has kept his grades high and I know that Apollo encourages him to do great in school as well as in the ring. Also Master Chan has been amazing at focusing my sons technique and helping him to improve in Muay Thai. I have enjoyed our time at Fasi and I plan on continuing his training there.

This is the place to be at if youre into fitness and/or competition. Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, Cardio kickboxing, a clean facility and kids classes, what else are you waiting for, check it out and be ready to sweat.

This is a great gym the instructors are very helpful

Yesterday I got a call from Fasi sports telling me that my contract got canceled, I went in the evening to get a cancellation form from him. He denied to give me a reason and a cancellation form. He said he was the owner and that he could do whatever he wants and threatened me to get me out with security if I didnt leave in a minute. He has done this to other members at Fasi and sent them to collection.
