I ordered parts for a repair. The parts were mistakenly shipped to California. I live in Nevada. When the parts finally made it to the terminal in Las Vegas they became lost and have to be researched. This is now day 11 and I still do not have the parts. This is the worst shipping experience I have had to date. Only after I had all of these problem did I take the time to read the other poor reviews. I highly discourage anyone from using this carrier.

They called last week to set up delivery time for this Monday, which I could not do, so I scheduled Thursday between 3-5. Said they would call when on the way. My husband sat around for 3 1/2 hours. I called them at 5:05 and asked where they were. Lady said oh he is running a little bit late he will now be there at 530. I told her we HAD to leave at 5:45 to be somewhere and she said he would make it. 6:37 he finally showed up. My husband went without me so I could sit around and wait for our furniture. Very disappointed with their service. I gave them 4 days longer than they were requesting to make the delivery.

Always have problems with SAIA and their drivers. Current problem: expecting equipment from Atlanta, 5 day delivery, it was sent out on a Thursday. They do not run on weekends (which is aldo ridiculous)so was expecting it the next Thursday. I called Tuesday, because they do not deliver with out an appointment, so I wanted to bypass that 2nd problem. Customer service said equipment wasnt picked up until Friday, which manufacturer told me they took it Thursday. Said it would be there Friday. Called again Thursday to confirm, said item was in LV, but the trucks had went out already. Once again, they dont run weekends and they dont run to my area on Monday. So now ETA is Tuesday. 12 days waiting for a 5 day delivery. Meanwhile I am paying 3 contractors to twiddle their thumbs for that extra time. Will never use them or a supplier who uses them.

First time using this LTL carrier...likely will be the last. Overall, was told we would have the delivery on Thursday, then when it was not delivered on Thursday, was told first thing Friday...when it didnt arrive first thing friday, called back and was told Friday afternoon.While I appreciate that things can get delayed and go sideways, a company who has a sole purpose of deliverying a product should be on top of those delays and notify the clients accordingly instead of just blowing smoke.** Have requested that my shipper NOT use this LTL company for future shipments **

The lady at the front desk she is rude as hell. She has zero customer service always with attitude. She has to quit or be fired asp.

Time after time they deliver late. Worst part is they will tell you they will send out another truck, but that was a lie back to back. They take more freight than they can handle, not willing to pay for overtime to get the job done.

Truck driver refused to drive in gate after showing up 5 hours late. Said he couldnt make the turn that 50 ft RVS make all day long. Typical lazy person excuse.
