Garden to find the office to pick up the order but it was loaded for us quickly.
Their personal over the phone is horrible. Better carriers out there. Even DHL is better

The worst delivery service. My shipment was damaged and late! Originally it was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday, but I got it only on Friday. On Tuesday they told me it I`ll get it on Wednesday. On Wednesday they told me I`ll get it on Thursday. On Thursday they told me I`ll get it on Friday. Finally, I got it on Friday by the end of the day so I could not call to a store where I purchased an item and claim a damage, because they were closed. All these days, they didnt even try to contact with me and reschedule the delivery. I was calling them all these days. I had an awful experience with this company.

Received a palate of steel cabinets at my residence last week. My driver went out of his way to make my part of the job easier and took a few minutes to explain exactly how to open the packaging and unload efficiently. A five star experience.

I am not satisfied with the service of delivery from this company. How can you just drop off package without notifying customer in which you stated that you would notify customer. I don’t understand why Amazon is still using you to deliver packages.
Very dissatisfied with this shipping company and how they run their business.I called several times to make sure my shipment was there at their facility and if it would be delivered on time. They told me yes it arrived on the 16th and it would be delivered on the 20th. So that being said it sat on the trailer for 5 days at the facility. So yesterday was the 20th and I still didn’t have my delivery so I called and ask where it was. Well they proceed to tell me that they were sending it on another freight company and they were backed up and it won’t make it till the 23rd. How the heck does this happen when it was sitting there for 5 days????? They gave me the complete run around and always a different story. Very low end company!
Brandon was disrespectful poor service i forgot my i.d. i admit my fault 30 min drive i offered my pic of i.d and pic of passport and was rude and disrespectful at the time of saying no....i think he could have just said no sorry cant do it...instead he was rude and disrespectful...never using this shipping company ever again.
This freight company always goes the extra mile for us. We have been using R+L for about 2 years now and have nothing but great experiences. My company is in a remote location and has trouble having freight shipments picked up from our location. R+L Carriers always pulls through for us when we need them. We had an emergency situation and R+L showed up within a couple of hours to pick up our shipment and save our a$$es. Would highly recommend. Would also like to throw a shout out to the driver Scott and their dispatcher Brandon

I was supposed to receive a shipment that was paid to be expedited to me on Sept 14, 2016 in which I had to accommodate RL Carriers timeline and take off work. Once It was past the hours I was told it would arrive I called them to ask where my shipment was and they told me the truck broke down and they would be delivering that evening. (Why did the customer need to call to ask where there shipment was... you would think you guys wouldve been contacting the customers the moment the truck broke down). Needless to say it never came that evening and the driver called me to say he was ending his shift and had to deliver it tomorrow during the same time so once again I didnt go to work. Now we are on Sept, 15, 2016. I waited till after 3pm for my shipment to arrive and once it didnt I called them again to find out where my shipment was. They proceeded to tell me it never even made it onto the truck. It was sitting on the dock and I would have to wait another day however, to ACCOMMODATE me it would be the first delivery the next day on Sept 16, 2016 and would be delivered by 11am. So today at 11am I received a phone call saying they are running behind and the shipment would be there at 12:30pm (Thank you for calling at the time it was supposed to be arriving). It is now 1:40pm and Im still sitting here waiting for my shipment. I just called the dispatcher again and they said it would be another 20 minutes. My shipment finally arrived at 2:10pm. This is absolutely ridiculous and the employees there need to be put under review. Ill also be contacting RL Corporate Office about my experience, along with contacting the company I ordered my products from to let them know they should use a different Carrier and effects on customer satisfaction on the CARRIERS part most likely breaches any contract they may have with them and they can use a different carrier.

Awesome service in an industry that is mostly less than stellar. The dock guy Brandon was helpful to a fault.We needed our order early to complete a time sensitive project and he made it happen even when the truck was late.
I was supposed to receive my shipment on the 26th. I called on the 25th to see the progress of the shipment and was told they wouldnt know until the morning. I called on the 26th and was told it was sitting in their yard and couldnt be unloaded until the night manager showed up. He came in and said it couldnt be moved, so my stuff sat in their yard for 2 days. It finally showed up at noon on the 28th, 2 days later. They blamed it being stuck in customs, but how hard is to call the client and give them a heads up. I flew guys in to put the product in, so Im out airfare, hotels, and labor for 2-1/2 days with no care whatsoever from them.
Great Drivers! Very low damage rates. A couple damaged boxes but the contents was always received in good condition. Drivers even waited for me to return to the shop. Excellent freight service A+++++++++++++++
