Had two deliveries being facilitated by Reddaway within two weeks. The first delivery was scheduled with a delivery window of 10am to 8pm. We had to contact Reddaway after the delivery window ended without delivery. They claimed the driver had two blowouts. The delivery was rescheduled for the next day, also with a 10am - 8pm delivery time. We had been stuck waiting for the delivery for two days. We decided to leave the house to run an errand around 6pm the second day and got a call making it sound like it was an emergency that we werent there to receive the package and that they were going to leave it to block our driveway because the driver was in a hurry.The second deliver was scheduled to be delivered between 2pm - 8pm. When it hadnt arrived by 5:30, we wanted to leave to get dinner. The customer service person I talked to acted like I was putting her out of her way by asking her to contact the terminal to find out if we would expect delivery soon or at the end of the window. She told me well if it hasnt arrived by 8 it will be rescheduled to the next day. We dont have infinite time to sit around for days on end waiting for a delivery. After I pushed for more information she told me the package hadnt even gone out for delivery that day and no one had contacted us. We had relatives that stayed an extra day with us and changed their plans to help us receive the shipment.Bottom line this company has no concern for the the person they are delivering too. Terrible service. Clearly they only care about the companies they are shipping for. I will be contacting those companies to give them the feedback as well.
My shipment of cables should have been here 3/30. As of today, a week later, no cables. My project has been on hold for a week now because of this. Called several times last week. They said could not find my shipment. Called again today. They said they found my shipment and someone from the local Vegas office would contact me today. They LIED!!! Call never happened. This is the most unprofessional carrier I have ever worked with. These FOOLS are costing me money every day my project is on hold.

My company uses it as a drop yard for us. Its easy to find off of the freeway.
Most unreliable delivery Ive experienced in 3 years working logistics shipping/receiving. Currently on day 3 of missed appointments with no courtesy calls or follow up from the terminal or drivers. My broker and myself have been following up with emails constantly to no avail. The low cost is certainly not worth it if you have any sort of schedule to meet. Save yourself time and frustration by opting for a more reputable company.

Very unreliable do not use this company customer service is the worst I have ever experienced . I Specifically asked for our product to be delivered on Monday July 31st. I called first thing in the morning they assured me it was being delivered by 2pm by 1pm I called them back they said the our product did not go out that it will get delivered next day.So I spoke to the supervisor he promised and assured me that it will get delivered next day at 7:30am. Next morning I called at 7am to make sure and they tell me that it is getting delivered by the end of the day . WE LOST SALES BECAUSE THEY DID NOT DELIVERED ON TIME . THE WORST FREIGHT COMPANY EVER DO NOT USE THEM...
One star is too generous, but I couldnt choose zero. The company is horribly unreliable, slow, and poorly managed. They will schedule a delivery and then cancel it the day it is supposed to be delivered even after the customer makes special arrangements to receive it. Any issues will cause delays for the customer because their management has no capability to deal with contingencies and isnt willing to make any special arrangements to meet their commitments. If you need a reliable delivery service, steer clear of this place.
One of my manufacturers uses USF reddaway to ship me my materials. Only once in 3 years have I actually been able to track one of my shipments with their provided tracking number. the rest of the time i simply know when it ships and have to wait 1-2 weeks and pray that it actually arrives.
Redaway on line showed deilivery date and time from 2-8 pm on 2/7/17. nothing happened. when I called, Redaway told me the item was sent back to NJ due to no one answered the phone on 1/31/17. why tried to deliver on 1/31 when told me on their website it would be on 2/7. One star is too good for them, wish there were a zero.
One star is too good for them. USF Reddaway charge me and I pay for a pallet, LTL. USF Reddaway made a decision to remove my product from that pallet and toss my product up onto other pallets in the trailer. I am sure they did this so they could charge someone else my pallet space. Their decision damages my product and I am left to deal with my customer who is not impressed that they are not able to complete their project for their customer. I, being a respectable business owner with integrity, decide I need to make it right with my customer so they can be right with their customer, I ship product to replace the damaged items and I ship it with a carrier that can get it to my customer overnight. As you can read I am the only person here trying to make it right with their customer, USF Reddaway couldnt care less about me, their customer. I submit an invoice to USF Reddaway for the damaged items and even now USF Reddaway is doing all they can to not issue payment, wanting to pro-rate and deduct, pro-rate and deduct what? You caused the damage man up and take responsibility. I know if I treated my customers this way I wouldnt have any. So go ahead USF Reddaway, pull out all the excuses you have in your little hat. This was my first time using you, based on broker recommendation, and it will be my last.
Had an item ordered through Home Depot, which used them locally to deliver to the store. The item has been in Reddaway warehouse for 10-days and keep telling me that its on a truck to be delivered the next day; except the next day comes and goes and its not delivered. So not only is Reddaway slow, theyre lairs as well.
They mistakenly sent my stuff to Utah. My stuff arrived 4 days late. They made no real effort to make it right.
