The bus was clean, ice not stocked. My group made it a fun experience but the Driver was VERY RUDE, not on time so he promised 30 extra minutes free that we did not get. The driver was upset that he didn’t get tipped enough and making rude comments. He was not welcoming and polite. The driver name was Chris very unprofessional after drop off making rude remarks to the men on the bus.The receptionist promised us free balloons for pushing back our pick up time by 2 hrs and we didn’t even receive balloons in the party bus.
