Absolutely Superb! I booked a round trip to and from the airport in the pink Mercedes Sprinter. They were neat, clean, professional, and on time. The drivers assistance with our bags added a personal touch and knew we were in good hands. I will always use Entourage! THEY ARE THE BEST!

Everything was perfect for my daughters surprise birthday! Our driver Bruce arrived in the pink Mercedes Sprinter and was great to say the least!! He was a gentleman helping the ladies exit the sprinter and really made the experience a night to remember! Very personalized and the night was full of surprises! Bruce is the absolute best!

This company is a SCAM. The owner BOBBY doesnt pay his drivers. All drivers have to file claims with the Labor Board Commissions to try and get their money that is owed to them. Lets get this business closed down for good!!!

This company is a SCAM!! We scheduled three days limo service and paid full amount advanced, but we waited for two hours and no one come! we contacted the company. They just told us wait there and didnt answer again. This is my WORST EXPERIENCE. This companys management is such a mess. Attitude of the employees and the owner Bobby are really awful. After they get the money, they dont really take care of you. JUST DONT USE THIS COMPANY

If you try to use this companys party bus for EDC, think again! They take way more customers than they can handle, do not even call us when the driver is late for two hours, and keep lying to us and giving us BS every time we call. The customer service even told me to STOP CALLING when I received different responses about the bus every time I called. It seems like nobody know what it going on. Three days of EDC, the bus did not show up ONCE! This is just ridiculous and unacceptable in my opinion. Moreover, this not only happened to us but also many other groups. Therefore, I urge anyone who try to use this company for EDC, DONT.

We went to edc using this company. The driver dropped us off just on a random road leaving us no clue where we were at and left. We have no idea what is the pick up location and pick up time is. When I want to cancel the reservation, no body responded.

The only reason Im giving this service a 1 star is because zero isnt an option. Left us waiting at the airport for over an hour, no call, no text, and even more abominable is the fact that we tried calling the driver and he wouldnt even answer. Finally called us as we were going upstairs to get a shuttle or cab. VIP Entourage it is not.
