Left us to carry our own bags and wait 20 min in heat. Unacceptable. Driver didn’t even apologize. This is not service Wynn usually provides. Disappointing!WOW! Called after we posted this review offered us refund which they DID NOT give. But the real bonus is they were scheduled by Wynn to take us to airport and were late 15 minutes AGAIN!!!! Stressful way to head home! Use a different service Wynn! Really puts a damper on the first class experience!

7 (3 moms & 4 teen girls) rode sprinter (large, clean luxury van - Mercedes) to and from Ceasars Palace to airport, under $10 total difference in price from shuttle. Great employees, drivers at baggage claim & call before hotel pick-up, company verifies registration, all professional & efficient, recommend highly for a smooth trip!

We had an exceptional experience with Mitch at AWG. We took our son and several friends to Vegas for his 21st birthday. After dropping us off at our hotel, my son realized he didnt have his wallet. We called the company. They got ahold of Mitch. He pulled over and found it and immediately called me.He kept in touch with me until he could get there. I never imagined we would ever get it back. He was truly an amazing man and saved the day...actually the entire trip. I cant thank him enough. Thanks so much Mitch! We will certainly call you the next time we are in Vegas.

THESE PEOPLE JUST CAME THROUGH CLUTCH. American Airlines just almost stranded my senior parents in Vegas by canceling their late-morning flight, and the only other flight they had to put them on was a 6:30 am. AWG came through and picked them up on a dime from Bellagio, with no questions asked, for the new stupid early flight time. If they had not, my parents would have missed their cross country flight. THANK YOU AWG for taking care of my family!

If you like the good ole bait and switch, THIS IS THE PLACE!We booked a airport transfer and were given a confirmation of 88 USD. After we receive a charge for 133 USD. When we inquired, they told us there is a surcharge and prices are subject to change. The driver also noted it was 1.5 hour trip. WE LIVE 20 minutes away from the airport!Good ole fashion crooks! Oh and stupid of us but we still tipped the driver. Tip: if you have no other choice and have to book these people, dont tip as they already include it and youll likely get charged more anyways.

Called AWG Ambassador after calling several other companies. I had 7 people in my group going to the airport. No ubers or limousine companies could or would pick us up at 4am. Our AWG driver showed up early he was friendly and pleasant person. Me made the end of our trip easy. I would definitely recommend AWG to anyone.

They charged me twice when I only went to one single destination which took 2 hrs. They charged me for over 5hrs and no one seems to take this seriously. Im out over $900 now. Theres too many hidden fees. Ill never go through them again.

Our experience with AWG has been uniformly excellent and we have been using them for trips to and from the airport for several years. Reservation process is quick and efficient (haven’t tried to reserve on the app yet, only phone) and the drivers have been excellent. Vehicles are very nice.

Ive worked with many transportation companies in my time here and NO ONE compares to AWG. Whether its a large group of hundreds or individual bookings, my reservations have always been 100% correct. My favorite agent is Stephanie Glass so if you get to work with her, you can guarantee you wont need to worry about your transportation, but of course the entire company is really wonderful. They have a great fleet and nice drivers from what my clients have told me so make sure you book with them!!

Good service and clean vehicle.

Our driver arrived ahead of schedule both to and from the airport this weekend. He was great with taking care of our luggage. We were even able to stop at the store on our way to the hotel (per our drivers suggestion) so that we could save some money on mini bar prices :)

We booked a shuttle to the golden nugget before leaving from the east coast. They said they had a 445 shuttle when we landed at 3, so we took it. The shuttle didnt show up until 30 minutes later. Could have just taken a limo for the same price with no wait. Do not recommend dealing with them.Then we got on the bus after they threw our luggage in the back, and the bus seats were broken

Scheduled a driver from the airport to the hotel. Everything was fine. Could not get a confirmation of the pickup from the hotel back to the airport. We got nervous so we took a cab. We had to pay the entire fee back to the airport as if we used the service. Use a different service!!!

We needed limo last minute . After contacting AWG Ambassador and talk to people they were able to help me out in a very fast time matter . I was very satisfied with service .

Shuttle was scheduled to arrive at 9:20 pm at Excalibur last night. We waited at excaliber at the pickup location at 9:00pm. There was a AWG shuttle that went they at 9:15, but did not stop, nor did it have the sign in the window stating where it was going to. We called the number at 9:30 to ask where the shuttle was and was told that they would call the driver. The guy then came back and told us that the driver sat at the pickup location from 9:20-9:25 and he confirmed on his GPS. There was no way this was possible. He told us we would then have to wait until 10:20 when the next shuttle was scheduled. Very upset and disappointed in the customer service from this company.We ended up taking an Uber and got picked up within minutes and was cheaper than the shuttle! The Uber driver who drove us was very pleasant and nice and got us back to our hotel quickly.

They picked us up at the Wynn to got to las vegas motor speedway and they dropped us off and told us to be at the same spot at 7:30 and we waited at the same spot for a hour and a half and they didnt show up until 2 hours later and when the driver picked us up said he was there at 7:30 and he was very rude so horrible

Terrible experience. We paid for our $20 round trip shuttle. We waited an hour and 30 min for a shuttle to take us 2 miles. No refunds, apparently its policy not to say that while purchasing.

Horrible service. Had to wait for 1 hour outside in the cold, after being told repeadly it would only be a few minutes, then 20 min then 45 minutes. I should of used Uber instead.
