Staff was amazing, prices were reasonable. I am happy to make the trip across town to receive my laser tattoo removal from them. They answered all my questions and never kept me waiting. I cannot wait to see the transformation of my tattoo as they laser it away.

I went there a few days ago for laser tattoo removal for the first time. They are a great place. First the good, They are really accommodating. Appointments are easy to make and it’s super easy to get in and have a session if you’re committed to getting rid of a tattoo. They are very informative if you have questions!My minor problem was the price. They have a military discount, which was appreciated, since we don’t exactly get paid a lot. However, I have a pretty small tattoo. The price was more then expected. Over the phone the estimated cost was less then when I arrived. However, not by a lot.My first session went well though. It was worth every cent. Already seeing a little bit of fading in the tattoo. So excited to see the progress over the next few weeks, and my next appointment! I’m feeling very hopeful. I’ll update this review once I get my second. So far...SO GOOD!

The level of professionalism in the office is off the charts 📈 the staff made me feel comfortable from start to finish which is extremely important when dealing with a self-conscious subject such as arm pit sweat. Clean office, pleasant staff, didnt have to wait long at all. The doctor is very professional and great bedside manner. Definitely recommend.

Not convinced by this place. Every time I call to set up an appointment I get taken straight to voicemail and am never attended and not even called back. The one time I do get attended and go to the office the lady with black hair and glasses was super rude and I couldn’t hear her over the glass and I asked her to repeat it and she made a face and shouted at me. Doctors aren’t good either, rush the procedure with out explanation and invite colleagues to gossip about other patients.

I came here to get a tattoo removed I had gotten when I was younger. I was pretty nervous when I first came in not knowing what to expect, I have to say the staff and Dr Citro really put my mind at ease. I opted for the numbing injection stuff and that was really all the pain I felt while having it removed. After my first treatment my tattoo blistered, which I was expecting. It was a little crazy to look at for a day though, but the blisters went away and as it healed the tattoo had faded dramatically. After only 4 treatments, Im happy to say my tattoo is gone, thats a lot less than one of my friends have had somewhere else and he still has his tattoo. My tattoo was a dark black tribal thing. Overall, great experience.

First, I thought the staff and dr here were amazing. From my consult through my procedure, everyone was friendly and helpful.I had the miraDry done for my hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating), it was embarrassing and I was tired of my prescription antiperspirants ruining my shirts. After Dr. Fraser explained the procedure to me, I decided to move forward. It was expensive, but they offered CareCredit. I already had a CareCredit card so I just put it on there.The day after I felt like a light sunburn, not as bad as I expected. I just iced on and off through out the next few days. I went to work the day after the procedure. I didnt really sweat for my first 2-3 months afterwards. Then I started sweating again, but to my surprise nothing like I did before! And I can honestly say, over a year after getting this done here I sweat somewhere between 75-80% less than I did before. I also noticed I have a lot less arm pit hair, I wasnt really looking for less armpit hair but I have about a third of what I had before having this done. Needless to say, Im really happy with the results. And if you have been diagnosed with hyperhidrosis, Original You is where you need to go!
