Let me start off by saying, the finished product looks amazing. Karla did a great job, she deserves all the praise in the world. However, the praise ends there.Management was very unprofessional. I had first called to get a quote and spoke to Robert, who I believe is the boss. He was very helpful and nice on the phone, I told him what I needed, he quoted me a price, and told me his team members (2 cleaners + his wife to oversee) would be there on the discussed day. A couple days before the scheduled appointment, I texted him to see if we could change the day. The person who responded, however, was his wife (the manager). She was unaware that I had an appointment, it wasnt in her books. I showed her the texts I had saved of Roberts reply with the date and time. I also gave her the quoted price I was promised. She then added it to her computer.Come the day of the appointment, the manager and the worker (single worker, though Robert had said 2 would be there) arrived late, because the worker had to wait for the manager to arrive, the worker was not allowed to start without her. By the time they started, it was 40 minutes past the time I had scheduled. No apologies for being late.They then went through the apartment and looked, and started speaking in Spanish. The manager was speaking poorly of us in Spanish, right in front of us (she was unaware that we are semi-fluent). She was calling us liars, that the apartment was not in the condition we had described (though it was, I have the texts, I said I needed a deep-clean of the kitchen and two bathrooms; she thought it was only light-detail work -- again, if she had re-read the texts she would have been aware). Due to her misunderstanding the condition of the apartment, she had only brought the one single cleaner.The manager then left Karla to do the work herself, which took close to 6 hours! Again, Karlas work was great, but would have taken much less time had there been the 2 agreed-upon cleaners.I would not hire them again, the manager (Roberts wife) was very unprofessional; arrived 30 minutes late; did not remember correctly what we had spoken about; and talked about us poorly right in front of us (dont assume people dont know your language). Communication seems to be the biggest factor here; if Robert had communicated properly with his wife from the beginning, everything would have been fine. However, Robert and Karla were very nice to us and professional. The work was great, the professionalism....not so much.

My 80 year old father is planning to sell his manufactured home. Well, hes never been much for cleaning his place since hes lived there, and let me tell you, it showed. I was down in Vegas at the time and decided to hire 2 Good Cleaning Specialties (Robert) to help him get it clean to sell. Robert and his team did an excellent job in making the place look like new again, and I mean new again. The toilets look brand new, which I never wouldve thought possible. I was heading back to CA and scheduled the cleaning for the following week, paying him in advance. Robert and his team showed up right as scheduled, and they were very efficient in their cleaning. Im extremely happy with how the place turned out, and most importantly, so is my father. Hes able to do a virtual tour of his house for the realty market, all thanks to Robert and his team. I would highly recommend 2 Good Cleaning Specialties to anyone, for any job. I will definitely hire him whenever I need any cleaning done in Vegas, as their rates are extremely reasonable.

We initially hired 2 Good Cleaning to clean up an employe lounge and some shelves after renovating a store for one of our big clients and let me tell you, this company is top of the line. Rob is very responsible, reliable, respectful, punctual and you cannot beat the price. He always kept me up to date, sent me pictures and was very prompt.
