I hired a repairman to service my home. They gave me a quote that was paid and the hot tub was fixed. All good. Soon jets were blowing out of the hot tub and I followed up. They wanted an additional 650+ to fix the jets that came out. I tried to talk them down to $500 since it wasnt fixed the first time. They said not only would they not fix it a second time, but they would never service this address again. Horrible, horrible customer service.

Steve from Pro Tech is a life saver. The last guy who repaired my spa charged me $100 and it still didnt work. Then when I tried to call him he ignored my calls so I had to file a chargeback. Funny, then he found a way to call me RIGHT back. Steve returned every call and his follow up was great. He didnt charge me until the job was complete. If you need a spa repair, call this guy and then forget about it... its gonna be taken care of. Thanks Steve!
