They have helped me from day one of owning my swim spa. They arranged the moving to get it onto my patio area (arranging for the forklift as well).They corrected a light issue which was not working upon delivery but we didnt know this until there was water in it, since youre not supposed to test electrical without water.They came out and assembled my staircase to my swim spa and installed my exercise bar and my sliders on each side of my swim spa.They moved my swim spa for me from one end of my patio to the other at a very reasonable price, and then reattached the electrical so that it was up and running immediately!And I have Ace come out and clean/maintain my swim spa monthly and he does a fantastic job at a great price! I cant say a enough about how great this company is, every person Ive worked with has been so great and the prices are more than reasonable!

I would drive pass AG spas all the time and decided to stop in one day. I met with the owner and he was friendly and took time to help answer all my questions. They held the spa I wanted and the delivery and instal were perfect. They even had Ace come by a week later to do a complete orientation on how to use the spa. Everyone was super helpful and is very kind!.

Called them & asked how much they charged to empty swimming pool. They said they don’t do pools. Their ad says otherwise. Change your ad so no one wastes their time calling for pool service... It says;AG Pool & Spa just so you know...

Just got a great little used hot tub that my wife and I will be able to move around on our own. Came in totally under our budget which means more $$ for accessories. Comes with free cover/steps/start up chems & delivery. They listened to our wants and needs and made a proper suggestion for us instead of just pushing a more expensive option. I am very happy and pleased with the service I received. I look forward to enjoying my new little hot tub this season.

ACE IS SIMPLY AN AMAZING TECH AND HUMAN. He is professional, nice, caring and hard working to name a few things. Now the office staff mainly Stephanie is rude as hell and does not care about customers at all. If it wasnt for Ace I would have looked elsewhere because of the rudeness of Stephanie.

I have done business with AG Spas for many years. Originally, it was just servicing my spa. Jason was fantastic about explaining what was needed and efficiently repairing our spa. The pricing was always reasonable. We bought a used spa cover when our original one blew off and broke. On one service call, Jason said to repair my spa would be quite expensive. He suggested that I should come and look at some of the used spas they had for sale. I worked with Brian, the owner, who was extremely helpful and honest. I ended up trading my spa in and purchased a refurbished Master Spa that looked virtually brand new. It is a fantastic spa. AG Spas continues to give us great and fair service. They run their business the way businesses should be run.

Tech staff is top notch. Fast and professional field service, good rates. Office staff on the other hand is questionable at best. Ordered a cover more than 4 weeks. Repeated calls, was given excuse after excuse with no resolution. Guess they do enough volume that one unsatisfied customer is fine with them. Pitty, tech staff super, office (customer svc) not so much.

I brought water pump for pretty easy repair but Brian - the owner did not properly diagnose it, did not fix the problem did not test it before he gave it to me and at the end I had to buy whole new piece. From the old one that I requested to be fixed so that I could keep it as spare one and for which I paid he stole the good turbine and replaced it with broken one. I would recommend to avoid this place rather than deal with such bizarre behavior of this gentleman.

Our sap/pool floated after I emptied it to deep clean....and then it rained! AG came out and reset it within a day and its better than before! GREAT service and GREAT price.

When i bought a used spa (from a private party) 8 years ago. I needed someone to move the spa and set it up. I was recommended AG. They were professional and helpful. I had a tub of different chemicals and didn’t know which to use. They tech told me the previous owner had been over sold chemicals and pointed out the two I really needed.That’s kind of how they “roll”...They are helpful and professional, and don’t want you to wast your time and effort on what you don’t need.After i had the tub for sometime, i needed to change out the filters. I got them from a nearby pool store and I drained and installed them. Never having filled a tub, or changed a filter, i wound up with trapped air in the system, and the tub gave me an error code...My used tub didn’t have an owners manual, and I searched on line for awnsers... I couldn’t clear the error and called for service. THEY DIDN’T SEND A TECH!!! Instead they walked me through a few things to do to clear the air and the error message...Instead of gouging me with a service call, they spent 10 min on the phone answering questions and guiding me through a few basics....WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE!!When I had a leak a few years later they did send a tech, I thought it would be an expensive nightmare. NO. He changed out some seals and was on his way in an hour or so. It was a very reasonable priced reapair.This is a long review, but THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!I recommend them to anyone I know that had a spa. I wish every service company was this honest and reliable.

This company is amazing to work with! I purchased my hot tub from Hot Tub Liquidators and have had nothing but problems with it. I called AG Spas to come look at it and they had much more reasonable pricing than I had been paying at the other place and they were able to get my hot tub back up and running in perfect condition. They had great response times and were at my house within 48 hours to service my hot tub. I cant say enough great things about this company. All around seems like a great company.

Our tech Jason was the kindest person, very knowledgeable and had great troubleshooting skills. Replaced 2 sensors and our cuzzi works like a champ since. Very fair prices too! Will definitely use them for all our spa needs. 😎

Amazing staff, very friendly, and extremely helpful on the relocation of our hot tub that we purchased private party. They took care of the hot tub it as if it was one purchased directly from the dealer and placed it where we wanted without hesitation. I would strongly recommend anyone who needs to relocate a hot tub to contact AG Spas and have them do their relocation. You definitely wont be sorry and will be extremely satisfied with the work, price and customer service!!
