Tim did a great job caring for my infant son. Even afterwards, when we were having issues with referrals and admin, his office was fantastic in their support. So thankful we went here for our initial care!

I had a really great experience here! The doctor that helped me was amazing! She explained everything in detail so that I would understand what is happening with my hearing. She walked me through the different kinds of hearing aids, so I can choose whts right for me. She spent real time with me and was very personable and made me feel like I was important and not just another patient.

They were able to get me in, in the middle of the Covid pandemic. I was able to get my new hearing aids months before my friends! Theyre a gem in the desert! Professional, friendly service and as much help as you need. Do yourself a favor and go and see for yourself!

I was offered an appointment within a reasonable time frame that fit my schedule. Upon arrival for the appointment I was impressed at the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and Doctor. Check in was easy, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the Doctor saw me within minutes of my appointment time. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

My experience with this office got off to a rocky start due to bad information being provided when I called to schedule an appointment for my toddler. I also found some of the front office staff and office manager awfully rude on the phone. However, once the miscommunication was resolved and I was able to reschedule and get an appointment right away, my experience was amazing. The receptionist was friendly and the doctor was amazing with my son! We got seen on time and everything went well! Despite the initial hick-ups, I would recommend this office for your childs hearing needs.

We had such a great experience here. My daughter is three and is constantly on the move with delayed speech. Dr. Emily Romberger was amazing with her ! She kept my daughter entertained and also completed the hearing test she needed. You can tell that she really loves what she does and working with children. It’s so nice to have drs that understand not all children are alike and adapt to that child. I would 100% recommend Dr Romberger to any parent of a child !! She was just overall amazing! The front desk staff was really nice as well. Just an overall great experience here!

I have never had a doctor in all of my 50 years take my concerns so seriously. Dr. Campbell made sure he understood each of my individual concerns and referred me to the specialized doctors needed to provide me a total care. His compassion and care is 2nd to none!

Very nice people that work here and Tim knows his stuff I been wearing hearing aids for 45 years and lived in few different big city’s across the us and it’s hard to find a good audiologist. I am very picky when it comes to hearing aids but they definitely know what they are doing here give them a try before you go anywhere else.

I went yesterday on my birthday and I was scared. I have been noticing a hearing loss for awhile. From the front office staff to the doctor, I was always at ease. Everyone always had a smile on their face and was so kind. You will receive professionalism from confirmation to checkout.

All of the staff were excellent. Both audiologists were amazing with my 2 year old! They had to keep him interested with his limited attention span. He had a great time with them! They did a great job of explaining his test results in a manner that I could understand.

So many medical practices are a train wreck waiting to happen these days due to techs replacing people with higher degrees and a greater deal of experience just to save the partners or the corporation a few dollars an hour. The truth is the partners save a few bucks but patient care suffers greatly.Imagine my surprise walking into this practice and experiencing the exact opposite of what I just described.Walking in I was greeted by a lady named Angie at the desk. This lady could not have been more welcoming and genuinely nice if she tried. From the time I walked in the door and filled out minimal paperwork it wasnt ten minutes before I was in the testing room with a lady named Candice who was conducting my test. Like Angie she couldnt have been any nicer if she tried. Besides her great demeanor she took the time to answer everyone of my questions that she must have heard about a millions times last week alone like it was the first time she heard them. She acted like it was important to her I understood the state of my hearing and I cant imagine that the treatment I revived from her was an anomaly.If you truly have concern for your hearing health your ears couldnt be in better hands than Desert Valley Audiology.I can think of a few medical practices in Las Vegas that can learn some valuable lessons in how you treat a patient/customer and quality patient care from Desert Valley. Im so glad this where I ended up. Thank you folks.

This is the best audiology practice--or any practice--weve had the pleasure of encountering for a long time. They are kind and welcoming, polite and professional, efficient, competent and fair. There is nothing but praise for the Rancho location; I have only been to that location but have no reason to suspect any other location would be different. The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and I know we will never seek audiology services or expertise anywhere else, ever!!!! From the immediate email response, to the scheduler on the phone, to the front desk gatekeeper, to the doctor himself, and even the accounts payable department, this practice is delightful. By the way, I got my sons cros hearing aid system for exactly 1/2 of what another practice quoted me.

My 2 yr old son went in to Desert Valley Audiology and was seen by Dr. Candace Coleman. He is in the stranger danger phase and was a bit apprehensive going into her office. Dr. Coleman immediately picked up on that and tried to put him at ease by putting on cartoons (on mute to prevent too much noise), and then too the time to talk him through every step of her exam. She was very patient, gentle and professional. My baby did great the entire exam!

Ive only just received my first hearing aids. They went in detail which hearing aid worked best for me and my life style. Ive only have minor if any issues to discuss with them. They scheduled a follow up to make sure they are working correctly. I would highly recommend them.

Really thorough checkup. Dr. Hunsaker listens to my needs. He provided me with a device that lets me hear the TV better than I have in many, many years. When he learned I was planning on seeing a show on Broadway, he provided me with additional software for my hearing aids that had the sound coming right into my ears.The staff is friendly and accommodating. And honest. When I overpaid by $7, they called me to tell me they were tearing up the check.

My 23 month old was seen by Dr. Walters. She was nice, worked well with a toddler and was informative. Hearing test are difficult for toddlers. Dr. Walters was efficient and worked with his short attention span.

Absolutely loved the staff and our experience! After going to an ENT for our infant son, whom has not passed hearing screenings, we switched to Desert Valley. Such a wonderful experience. They were patient, willing to work with our son, gave great explanations and listened. They even offered us soft drinks. Dr. Hunsaker set me up with a phonak hearing aid over four years ago. It has changed my life. I have relocated to Houston Tx., and in the last couple years I got my hearing aid wet and dropped it. No one around town seem to want to help me. I shipped my hearing aid to Dr. Hunsaker and he took care of it for the cost of shipping. It was like getting a new hearing aid both times.
