I love this place, although Ive had an issue once b4 I always came back bc i knew it was the best in town. when I say KAREN is the best I mean it. Shes funny,kind,gentle SHES EVERYTHING! From all the years Ive gone there Ive never click with anyone like I did with her. Whats best is Im curvy and she gets it all no correcting things like shaving missed spot SHES JUST THAT GOOD!

I love this place. The prices are reasonable; $37 for a full Brazilian and they offer a $20 special for new customers. Both locations are clean and attractive, they offer a kids area though Ive never brought mine with me. Their bathrooms are clean, well stocked, and offer useful items like wet wipes. Ive had several different waxers, typically a different one every time because I tend to make my appointments last minute, and Ive already always been satisfied. Theyre all thorough and friendly but I recently met with Jen at the Rainbow location and shes fantastic! The only person Ive ever requested and I will continue to do so!

Im in love with The Birthday Suit! I went to their Rainbow location for my 1st Brazilian wax years ago, and I have not gone anywhere else for my Brazilians since! At $37 (tiny increase from $35 recently), this is the best regular price deal in town. Introductory $20 price for first timers is even more remarkable! Theres also a $20 Brazilian deal for new moms & several other deals that arent Brazilian if thats not your thing. Ive added a screenshot of the specials.The service is always fast, professional, & friendly. Im sure Ive seen every tech here in the past few yrs, and have never had anything less than a great experience with all of them. They use hard wax, which is very gentle. They take appointments & walk-ins. Ive done both several times. Theyre prompt with appointments, & the wait has always been surprisingly short for walk-ins. Usually, Im seen within a few minutes as a walk-in!Their hallway is lined with years of awards in various categories from various sources- best spa, best wax, etc. Theres also a small retail section with in-house products. Keeping with their tradition of offering great deals, everythings reasonably priced. My favorite is the Pink Lava exfoliating body wash.Theres a self-serve water station, comfy couches, and plenty of interesting coffee table books in the waiting area. Realistically, however, youll never have to wait long enough to need any of these things! Theres also a small play room (with open French doors, so you can keep an eye on the kiddos), right off the waiting area for clients with children!They manage to balance being family- friendly & affordable with a serene, spa-like environment. I just cannot sing The Birthday Suits praises enough. This place is great!

When walking in the representative was very helpful and nice and if this was my first time getting a wax, I would have felt comfortable and confident enough to know I am in good hand and feel like it was being done professionally in a way that makes me comfortable. The person that did my waxing couldnt have made my experience any better than it already was. The girl who waxed me was great. But my total was $64 and I handed them a $100 bill and they refused it. That means this business was incapable of producing $36 in change. And they said they couldn’t take any bill larger than $20 because of counterfeit bills, but there are practices that can be put in to place to protect against fraud. I do not like business that are picky choosey about how they will accept payment or force the customer to use a credit card, it is inconvenient. As a business owner you should make the customers life easier not more difficult. So for that reason it is a one star from me.

Visited this place months back, it was my first time getting waxed ever, told the receptionist, filled out the paper work stating that it was my first time, told the esthetician it was my first time there an it wasnt until I was in the room that I decided to explain that i never received one, she was nice an apologetic blaming the receptionist, she said she would have told me a different spiel, but didnt continue to explain what that would have been. Told me to get undress an lay down, in no descriptive way, turned out I was positioned wrong with made the entire beginning process uncomfortable... After she was great an talked, warned me of painful areas. I think she did a good job... I paid... I attempted to ask how to maintain everything since they sold product I figured it might help, I didnt get a direct answer... Figured it out an bought it. Experience could have been a better one but the job got done anyways, maybe the next place will be...

First time here and they were amazing! The lady (I wish I remembered her name) helped me out, and she was talking to me the whole time I got my first brazilian done! Fast and easy! And they make you feel so comfortable and welcomed! I respect the 5 min late policy and actually showed up 30 min early and they took me in. Will definitely be coming back here !! 10/10 recommend!!

This place is so cute! I have been searching for a place for my monthly waxing and I finally found it. Staff was very friendly and I was able to get an appointment same day. I never felt uncomfortable, even while getting my brazilian. I also never felt rushed unlike a few other places I have tried. This one is a winner, and you cant beat the price either.

Used them today for the first time, I used to get a Brazilian else where. And this place was fast, convenient and cheaper than most places. Loved it. Appointment time was 7:40. Thanks againUPDATE: it has been a little over two weeks that I was waxed here. I’ve been getting a Brazilian for a few years now and decided to try this place out. I broke out in ingrown hairs. So bad, I’ve been in pain since I got waxed. First few days I knew it was normal. But it’s just getting worst. I’m so embarrassed, that’s how many ingrown hairs I have. I’m in so much pain! Considering going in to the doctors to get some medicine i think some of them are infected now. It’s so unfortunate bcuz I loved it here. But this has never ever happened to me. I did read that sometimes if the technician doesn’t do it right they can break the hair and not pull it all the way out and that causes ingrown hairs. Overall this place was so nice but I won’t be getting waxed for a very long time. This traumatized me so bad 😩😩

This location is absolutely darling the friendliest staff Ive ever met I went to my appointment an hour early by accident and these lovely ladies took care of me still I didnt wait very long if they had an opening they got me in took a hour for a Brazilian and full leg. Excellent place! I go to both locations. Yes, there is a five minute late policy but Ive never had a problem due to making sure I am always on time. Time is the most precious commodity; you can never buy it or get it back. Why should anyones time be wasted? This place is great and their prices are amazing! Who can complain about that!

Im very disappointed in The Birthday Suit. I purchased a 5 wax deal just 2 days before being prescribed Accutane, a medication that makes skin sensitive to the point where waxing is not permitted. I am going to be on this drug for the next year and a half, in total. I called to see if I could get a refund on my wax package and they said no, they dont do refunds. I was never informed of this policy and the manager told me over the phone that its printed on the receipt. Shouldnt you verbally tell your customers this BEFORE charging their card? I wasnt shown a receipt and THEN charged. Plus, its a medical condition. Its not like I saw it coming. Have fun holding onto my money for the next 1-2 years... who knows if Ill even live in Vegas anymore at that point. Super disappointed.

Went for the first time to get my eyebrows done, the girl didnt even consult with a mirror how i would like them done, just said a clean up. I assumed that meant as little as possible hair removal, when she was done my eye brows are pencil thin, i could cry. I will not go back. I feel like for a new client take two minutes to really find out what they want so they are not shocked by majority of their eyebrow is gone. I couldnt even say anything when she asked what i thought, i was in shock.

I went to The Birthday Suit for my first ever Brazilian and it was a pretty cool experience. The staff was super nice and friendly. The establishment was clean and open. Beth was my esthetician and she helped take the nervous edge off and made me feel more comfortable. The whole process went by fast and it didnt hurt as bad as I thought it was going to. There was some hair left I noticed but Im told thats normal until all the hair gets on the same growth cycle. So Im expecting my next wax to be even better, and they even sent me an email reminding me to come in for my next visit.

In case u dont know, not all of us go right at 3 weeks!!!! First time I signed up was monthsss ago. And the last time I went was more than 3 weeks ago. And your new policy wasnt forced when I was there before. So maybe now u can understand my frustration and how surprised I was when I was turned away. And its not a personal attack on the staff, its only on manager!!! I love meghan that does the waxing. So way to twist it up and make it look bad.
