He was rude and very rough. I did not enjoy my experiences with Jamison. I personally recommend going to Michael and his wife at Smooth Image, they’re very sweet and don’t get upset when you ask questions or need help with anything. There are also multiple lobbies at their building.

All of the past reviews are from a while ago. He must have been more reliable back then. My experience started off great. He was reliable and very nice. I only had about 4 appointments with him and then all of a sudden he stops responding to me. I messaged him a few times asking to schedule my next appointment. At first he tells me that he didn’t see my message and asked if I still wanted an appointment. I told him yes I still need an appointment because I am trying to stay on schedule. He read my message and hasn’t gotten back to me. I messaged him multiple times and he left me on read with no explanation. It’s been about 3 weeks and now I am completely off schedule. I gave up and now have to find another electrolysis. Very upset. If you want somebody reliable I wouldn’t suggest him.

I always look forward to sessions with Jamison. He is has over 10 years of experience and it shows! Jamison is dedicated to what he does and is extremely efficient. He always responds in a timely manner and is VERY flexible with my schedule.I have been going to New Finish for almost two years and have no intention of going anywhere until I am hairless LOL... I typcially come in once a month for a 1 hour session and have seen significant results. The first area I got treated was the hair under my armpits and after about 12 or so sessions its completely gone. Electrolysis is the only permanent hair removal method and although you may not see immediate results, trust me when I say the wait is worth it, so just be patient! I absolutely love New Finish Electrolysis. Not only do they make me feel comfortable and welcome, they have helped restore my confidence by getting rid of unwanted hair! Thank you New Finish!

I took my daughter to James recently. I noticed he has 5 stars from all his clients who posted. I am not surprised at all. He is extremely professional and the results are excellent. Expect some redness at first. It lessens as treatment progresses and you will see good results. He prefers to make apps by text. You can text him any time, and he will get back in a timely manner. You need to book at least a few days ahead.

I am a naturist smoothie. For the record an Brazilian wax or shave is a fashion and being a smoothie is a lifestyle. I just got tired of trimming, shaving,creams and plucking. Jamison at New Finish said he would do my project. My wife went with me to my consultation with Jamison to see who would be working on my project.Jamison gave us a overview of basic electrolysis and what to expect. Read up on electrolysis and understand it. Do not over think it and go with Jamison’s recommendations. Everybody is different and how long it will take is impossible to guess.New Finish has a new larger office and Jamison is planning on some remolding. It is a very nice relaxed atmosphere.I started electrolysis right after my consultation. Jamison is very professional and punctual with appointments. I have done 1,2, and 3 hours sessions and you get the time you pay for. Only once in all most a year did Jamison take a call and he had forewarned me that he needed to get that call. Do not go in to electrolysis unless you are 100% dedicated to the project and have the time and the money. There are ups and downs when you dont think there is enough progress. But there is progress and it takes time, weeks, months, to see it. Hair grows slowly and sometimes you forget what you started with. I am 99% done with only 1 or two very short sessions left. I wish I had done this 20 years ago.I very highly recommend New Finish and Jamison. Call me a happy Smoothie.

My ultimate goal in hair removal is to never own a razor again. Jameson works quickly, yet thoroughly to achieve my goal. I have had treatment before with someone else, years ago, and I have to say that the healing process is a lot easier while treating with Jameson. Ive already seen a great deal of results! This place is awesome! Ive seen Jamison and he is the best. Ive had electrolysis done before and I have never experienced it in such comfort as I have at New Finish Electrolysis. He uses current equipment and is especially skilled at what he does. For those of you wary of trying, I think it is less painful than waxing, but thats just my opinion. And its permanent! Years ago I went to Jamison after looking for awhile for a good electrolysis technician, I was very pleased then and got great results. Over the years the hairs start creeping up on you so I was happy to see that his business was still going strong. Once again I am super impressed with his service. He is easy to get a hold of to make an appointment, very affordable, very amiable, and of course does great work and is fast. Just FYI lasers are expensive and dont always work especially on white or red hairs. Electrolysis is permanent. Ladies say goodbye to shaving and plucking!

Electrolysis is the only way to go. I listened to those commercials saying laser was the way to go and went through it twice a month for almost a year. When I began I only had a small problem area, once I stopped going the hair grew back worse and in surrounding areas…. There was nothing permanent about laser. I am so happy I found New Finish Electrolysis, James is fantastic. I am amazed how quick and thorough he is. The place is clean and he answers every question I have. He gets right to work and doesn’t stop until the time is up. James makes you feel comfortable and is professional at the same time.You might be thinking why I tried laser first because I thought electrolysis would hurt. You hear electric and think automatically …OMG I’m going to be electrocuted. I wish I could go back and have chosen electrolysis first; I wasted a lot of money on laser.

After doing research I decided on electrolisys because of a hormone imbalance. This style of hair removal is permanent so thats why I needed to see what it was about. from the first day of consultation Jamison has been a God sent. I feel comfortable I do not feel embarrassed by my facial hair. He is straight forward and made sure this is something I could stick too. The process will be long but the results are permanent. it is only long for me because of the amount of hair I have. I recommend this to anyone wanting to get rid of hair anywhere on your body. I love, love love the results I am seeing with electrolysis. Unlike laser you do not have to shave before treating which makes this the BEST option for vellus hair, You definitely see a difference after the first treatment and the results are permanent. I wish I would have never wasted my time or money on laser. This is way more affordable and the results are amazing!

I was super nervous about getting permanent make up, its my face after all. When I called I spoke w Trista & asked about permanent make up for eyebrows, she explained the difference in shading & microblading. I definitely wanted them to look natural so I decided on the microblading. I was SO nervous. She took her time explaining the steps to me as we went along. I love my own eyebrow shape but I wanted them fuller. Trista followed my shape just as I wanted & made them look exactly as I imagined! I LOVE THEM!! She is very patient & helped me to stay calm. Her work is awesome!

Ive been coming here for 3-4 months now and I honestly couldnt be more pleased. James is never late for my appointments and never cuts them short. My results have been amazing even after a relatively short time frame. The office is always clean and a new probe is always used. Im a worrier about germs and I always feel comfortable here.All my trans ladies, this is the place to go. I have never once been misgendered and have always been treated with respect. Also added perk you can get a mani pedi here and thats always a plus.Overall this is an easy 5 star review.

Was surprised at how rude the guy was... I originally spoke to a lady, I forget her name, and made an appointment. I never heard from her after and I guess I am just used to more professional med spas that confirm appointments. So I text to confirm myself when I didnt hear from her and no one replied so I called and a guy answered and told me it was at 12, not 3. So I said wow I thought it was 3. Here Ive had a free schedule all day thinking it was later in the afternoon so then he proceeds to complain rather than understand the time mix up and lack of confirmation and tells me they come up there and sit around and wait and a person doesnt show up and they arent interested in rescheduling them lol so i said hey dont hurt yourself i can easily just go somewhere else, its really not that serious. Wow. I would never run my business by running off customers! Who does that. Good luck bud, someone needs training on customer service badly. Anyway, moral is i wouldnt recommend to anyone who enjoys being treated nicely as other more upscale med spas will treat you.

This is my first time ever writing reviews but I wanted to take my part and tell my story so it could help other people who are debating on doing electrolysis.Like many others, I had many concerns about my facial hair. My hairs are really thick on my face. I am the only one from my family who has thick hair and the reason behind that is a hormonal imbalance.Doing electrolysis wasnt an easy decision to make, since this was about my face and was scared to death of what if my face gets ruined due to electrolysis. But for permanent result this was the only option I was left with. I was sick of plucking, waxing and tweezing.I made my decision that I would give it a try and made my first appointment with New Finish Electrolysis. Jamison was the first one whom I met and he was very good at answering all my questions. So I was convinced to begin my treatments. He told me it will be a long process but the results will be worth waiting. And I believed in him. Ive had a few sessions and I can definitely see the change. I could never go out without covering my face or without shaving it but after many sessions my hair has reduced ove 90 percent. Even if I do not shave, it doesnt bother me since the thick hair has reduced a lot. I can go out more confidently now and the feeling is great. I am not done yet, but hopefully will be done soon with amazing results.I definitely recommend New Finish Electrolysis. Jamison is amazing and assures me the results are permanent.

I wish I would have known about electrolysis before I wasted money on laser. Electrolysis is the way to go for permanent hair removal. I have seen dramatic results with James at NFE. My stubborn areas (underarms/bikini) are clearing faster than I expected. James is extremely professional, clean, and flexible. If you live in the Las Vegas area do not make the mistake of going to someone else. There are only a handful in town, and none of them compare to James. I drive over 30 mins one way to see him since I live up north and it is well worth it. He is knowledgable and experienced, making the process a breeze. I can sometimes be a pain with tons of questions but he never seems to get upset. His honesty about the process has been 100% accurate since day one. His work ethic during the sessions is impeccable and fast. I truly believe James enjoys making a difference in peoples lives and that is why he has been so successful.
