Marcus is the man. I came in without my identification and not only was he able to find and conform my membership, he graciously created a new membership card so I can continue my workouts uninterrupted in the future. People like him are exactly what keep me coming back.

This is the one I incessant most as its in my space. All the gear youll at any point need to shape the body you need. I was sold when I saw the pneumatic air machines which prove to be useful for strength preparing. Theyve added a powerlifting region which is wonderful. Love the pools, jacuzzi, wet and dry saunas also. This is a fresher area so the bathroom and shower regions are first class. Continuously a pleasant size swarm however I never need to look out for any one machine. Staff is amicable and the food is acceptable; exceptionally advantageous and sound decision for the space.

How ridiculous- during a pandemic and not more than maybe 2 TWO people have the courtesy to wear a mask. Everybody is breathing all their hot and germy breath all OVER the place. GROSS!!!! I did ask about the MASK MANDATE - they do not enforce like EVERY OTHER GYM. Also when was the last time Anybody used headphones that PLUG in?? What a joke. All their tv screens - uh hello NONE have closed captions, what if I am hearing impaired? You cant listen to or know what is on the HUGE television. How dumb is this place???

Called to find out pricing. No names-not throwing anyone under a bus as I have no doubt this is their training, but clearly are ONLY interested in making a sale/commission. It was like pulling teeth to get pricing info, attitude was strong/negative to say the least. Not going to make this more lengthy-going with a different club that believes in full up front disclosure. This place makes me feel like I’m dealing with a car dealership/sale! Yuck!

Not great when it comes to cancellation. Don’t got 300 and now they gonna mess up my credit they weren’t to helpful ether plus they ain’t to helpful upfront when I was going there idk just hate what they have me going through.

This is a very good gym. I love the womens area and the pool, spa, sauna and steam room area are also very good. Better than other clubs Ive been to in LV. There is a lot of space to work out keeping social distance and I like that. The rush hours are from 7 to 11 am approximately and from 4:30 to 7 pm approximately. I would avoid those times if you dont want to be around a lot of people. My only issue is cleanness. Even in covid times when they have intensified the cleaning protocols, I can see areas covered in dust like they have not been touched in months. Like the card holder next to the paper towel dispenser in the womens, all covered in dust. The showers did not used to be very clean but I havent visited them in some months so I dont have a current status on those. Overall and compared to other clubs in the valley I would say this is one of the best.

I have been wanting to work on myself. So I thought I would go get a tour of this gym. The guy that helped me was Dave. He asked for my ID to register me as a guest. He didnt hand back my ID. I felt as if it was being held hostage. I went on the tour. Everything seemed great. Just what I was looking for in a gym. Halfway through the tour he took a call on his cell. Then a lady approached she said someone had stolen her purse. He told her to run down the stairs to tell the front desk. At this point I felt a lack of urgency to recover her purse. I mean where is his radio? Anyways, at the end of the tour I was taking into a small office. He asked information about me, but wrote it down wrong on the form. For example, how many years did I live in Las Vegas. He didnt correct it. When I told him I had to think about it, and asked for my ID the vibe changed. He threw my paperwork in the trash. I said, arent you going to give me information to take? He said, no, we do not do that! You can take a picture. Then he pulled out my paperwork from the trash so I could take a picture. This is when you know they work off of commission. Customer service goes down the drain. Even though this place looked nice, besides the lady getting her purse stolen. Customer service is one thing I put at the top of my list. So I would not recommend this place.

They do their best to enforce the rules.The staff does great keeping the facilities clean.

Las Vegas Athletic Clubs is the best! I have been going for about 5 months now and I feel stronger than ever. I like how uses a timer so I can pace myself. He has a wide variety of equipment so the work outs are always different; keeps you on your toes. The protein shakes at the end are the best!

Love this gym. Staff is always polite and helpful. Locker room is always clean.

I walked into a vaulted hall. I was greeted by 2 associates. When they heard I was a new member they refered me to who I can only think was the supervisor. He informed me that I could not bring a friend, except for a few times here and there. I told him that EOS had a better deal and he got defensive and started talking about cars. He informed me that if I had a car and my friend had a car then we could both partake of the fitness centers benefits. I told him that I walked here. Heading to EoS. One extra star above one for the vaulted ceiling. Oh and the supervisor wore his mask below his nose.

Favorite Gym .. 24hrs, swimming pool, track, sauna, hand ball or tennis court .. a lot of equipment and very spacious they have a snack bar or lil restaurant with tables and chairs .. definitely a place I like to be in all year round, if you ask nicely front desk would give you free passes 😶👍.. they even have an elevator for wheelchair access to their 2nd floor .. here and there they’ll have different classes of yoga, Zumba, dancing and even cycling .. pretty cool place .. tropical smoothie is real good 😊

Janky machines. Basically anything on the top floor that’s not being used is probably just broken or half way there. The front end people aren’t great with customer service either (check in people. The people at the cafe are nice though). If this wasn’t the closest lvac I wouldn’t go to this location. Weekends tend to be relatively not busy though, so that’s nice. Rest of the week is pretty much a mess .

We signed up for a plan which we were supposed to be able to cancel if we moved. We notified them that we were moving and they said too bad, you still have to pay. We have no fixed address and constantly travel. They said we had to show proof of new residence in order to cancel. They would not be reasonable in spite of the fact that we provided them our travel information including plane tickets and three month hotel reservation. Instead they put a collection notice on our credit report.There are many decent health clubs in the area. Use one that knows how to treat their customers properly.

I moved out of the state and wanted to cancel my gym membership and pay the $50 fee. They wouldnt let my cancel my mebership and are still actively charging me dues even though I am not in the state and havent attended the gym for months.

Love this gym they have everything the down fall is you have to go and figure it out yourself but once you get to know your way from d its perfect love they have everything yoga bar for food etc I love this gym butThey need to stop charging me for a late fee when I make every payment dumb really

Las Vegas athletics club IS THE BEST and the FUTURE of quality service and health.

We are beginning a workout with a trainer . We meet 1 per week and train by ourselves several times a week. We are enjoying this new activity in our lives.

This place is great. Go early in the morning to avoid the crowds. Plenty of classes and the price is unbeatable for what you get!

Great place with many beautiful machines which helps to build your muscles and achieve your physical goals, sculpting your body and giving you great shape! Pool is available 24/7 great staff very affordable memberships and many locations . Come early - not so busy from 6-8 am

If its your first time joining or a coming back from being away for a while staff is very helpful and all the machines are very informative.

This is the one I frequent most as its in my area. All the equipment you’ll ever need to sculpt the body you want. I was sold when I saw the pneumatic air machines which come in handy for specialty training. They’ve added a powerlifting area which is awesome. Love the pools, jacuzzi, wet and dry saunas as well. This is a newer location so the restroom and shower areas are top notch. Always a nice size crowd but I never have to wait on any one machine. Staff is friendly and the food is good; very convenient and healthy choice for the area.

Just joined LVAC, really loved the beginning yoga class. The instructor was great and I made a new friend in class.

It’s a nice Gym but it’s frustrating that the majority walk around with Masks only covering their mouths, which is pointless. I understand if they need to take a breathe, but they should at least be courteous enough to social distance when they remove it. Always soo overcrowded which I understand, but refusal to enforce masks make the gym not worth the cost.

The equipment at this gym is very well maintained and this place feels safe to workout at.

This review is for the playroom alone!!....WORST WORST playroom ever I’ve gone to 4 locations this is the only one where mostly everyone is rude. Especially one girl named STEPHANIE. Horrible attitude no customer service, non personable with my child, and constantly paging you and hunting you down for every little thing. It took multiple times of this for me to finally get to this point of making this review this last particular incident involved an employee named Stephanie who was more then glad to give me her name rubbing it in my face, not a care in the world for customer service; wouldn’t wait for me to get a diaper from the car, I was so frustrated I took my child and left, never bringing her back

I GOT CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE MONTH OF MARCH WHEN THERE WAS A PANDEMIC. You closed on March 20th. As soon as the gym opened, I was charged AGAIN for the previous month when THE GYM WAS CLOSED. I told my bank that this is fraud, and I will file a lawsuit against you for petty theft. Be prepared for legal paperwork sent to your billing department. What you’re doing is illegal. THIS is why you’re billing department is SO BUSY right now. You’ll be hearing from me soon! See you in court.

I hadnt visited the gym for months and was surprised how dirty and messy some areas were.

This LVAC is one of my favorite places to go. I started going at the end of my freshman year in high school, and Im about to be a junior. I was intimidated at first but staff is helpful and people mind their own business. Of course my favorite area is the free weights, and its a very large area, enough benches and space for dumbbell work and all that good stuff. This location just has anything that youd wanna do, depending on your mood that day, whether it be lifting weights, running on the track, or going for a swim.

Pretty decent gym to get in shape.

The staff is extremely rude and elitist, its near impossible to cancel their over priced memberships and all of my friends who have ever gone have yet to tell me a positive story about their experience here. Eos fitness is cheaper, friendlier and much less toxic of a gym environment. I would highly recommend avoiding this establishment and saving money elsewhere.

The customer service in member service department needs to be retrained this includes the manager Patty White. I am still awaiting a $200 refund from 10/17 after being told originally from the first representative I would receive in 7 business days as they put a rush on my refund. After days later speaking to another representative to find out my status on my refund I was told it takes 10-15 business days after approval in which was only approved 10/24 (never told this information). When I asked to speak with a manager patty white took over and told me it is 10-15 business days. After advising her that I was not told this and they should honor what was told she disagreed and advised since it was not an error on their end and was my fault they didn’t approve the rush either. Never once did the manager even offer to investigate or review recorded calls until I advised her customer service skills were poor and they didn’t care since she didn’t even review the previous call. I requested her boss contact which I was told was Billy and got his email (still have not gotten a response back since 10/25). After hanging up that call she called back 5 minutes later to let me know they are going to go ahead and process and provide me with my refund but that day would be business day number 6. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANY REFUND FOR MY MONEY! Here we are day 9 going on 10 BUSINESS days and I haven’t even heard back from anyone. $200 is a lot of money to not return back. It didn’t take this long to accept the payment! Sad part is bills are due rent is due and they have no consideration. Had I been made aware from the beginning I wouldn’t be so angry but I wasn’t.

I have a great trainer there but it’s a solid place to work out even if you don’t use a trainer. I recommend it because you can go farther though. I love the pool and the Jacuzzi in the women’s locker room has its own hot and dry sauna. Always very clean and more than enough machines even at peak hours.

Why don’t you update the website to reflect that you opened but with VERY limited machines and that the VIP is not open which makes absolutely no sense! The reason I joined was that I wouldn’t have to change before going to work out and that I could just drop in after work and have everything there already! Very poor communication. Also over half the regular lockeroom is closed off??? Why is that and how is that preventing anything??? No common sense in this! If your going to open then do it and just open or stay closed till you can open properly! I will applaud the thought regarding the color dot system but while I was walking around I saw people using whatever machines they wanted to and your trainers or coaches just all sitting in the big room or in front of the snack area, not walking around helping people and wiping the machines down and keeping an eye on things. Very poor management. I’ll be back when y’all open the VIP and I don’t have to change or I’m thinking about just cancelling membership and going someplace else that’s not so poorly run or thought out especially for the individuals that have spent more money on the VIP area of your gym.

Excellent club. All the equipment and space youll need (machine and free). Upscale environment. Friendly staff and visitors alike. Price will surprise you.

When I work out I like my space this gym is big enough to have enough of your own space we are not cluttered with everyone else I also like that it’s a large location you don’t ever have to wait for equipment to be open

Go to this gym if you are good looking and do exercise regularly if you dont go to planet fitness, expect the unexpected at Las Vegas athletic club you will be judged.

I had a couple questions and called this location I talked to Edgar and he was friendly, super helpful and informative. Gave me all the info i needed and really went above and beyond to help me out, even giving me the managers name at my usual location so I knew who to see when I go in. Thanks dude your cool

Some machines do need to be fixed, and it takes a while before it happens. But other then that i love this place, lots of machines, very clean, i dont feel like im being judged for being fat or i could just be oblivious.

Great gym. Been going here for over 3 years. A bit pricey when you sign your initial contract, they nickle and dime the hell out of you. But after your 28 months is up, theyll renew your contract for way cheaper. They told me that if you pay all up front, they lower the price. So I pay $144 a year, which is better than the place next toy house that charges 200/yr.This place is super busy, I almost always have to wait for a machine or bench, but it goes by fast. They need more vertical Smith machines and less angled ones. Another bench press couldnt hurt.The staff is always super nice and cool, so dont be worried about being treated weird. There was only ever one guy who tried to bully me into buying extra services after I told him no twice, so I just walked away while he was talking and that was that.

LVAC has a great gym with great personnel. That said, they fraudulently resumed charging my debit card for two memberships that both included childcare. I understand they dont want to go thru the expense to reopen acceptable childcare, but the contract specifically states childcare on both of our memberships. THEY CANNOT charge our debit card when they cannot live up to our signed contracts. THEY DID. They also fought the reversal with our bank and the bank charged us regardless of the clear contract.We are done with LVAC. They also owe us for March.

Cheap open twenty four seven what more could you want from a gym? What may be my biggest complaint is the pool isnt the biggest but most times it is empty so its not that big of a deal. They offer a lot of treadmills so there is always room and no excuse. The weight section is very good and there is a nice juice bar next to the entrance. I highly recommend as the membership is around 23 a month and is highly worth it.

I mean your indoor track is only 1/2 the size of a regulation sized one. If youre not going to commit to your amenities then just fill that space up with extra treadmills or something

Great facility. Wait, Amazing facility. Childcare as apart of membership not to mention great play area for them. Whatever avenue of fitness training you wish to pursue they have it down to relax and recovery.

This is hands down one of the biggest, friendliest, and coolest gyms Ive been too. I even jumped into an aerobic class for the first time in my life, but, I couldnt keep up with all the pros, and I starter getting way to carried away moving my waist, so I had to leave.

I just hate how busy it is allll.the.time. They no longer offer free day passes.. Its 20..which is about how much you spend for a monthly membership so whats the point. Anyway good gym. Big variety. The juice bar has delicious smoothies. Theyre just expensive.. 7 to 9 each.

I love coming here to work out. The facility is always clean and I dont have any issues encountering creepy people. They have a Women Only area to work out, but I prefer to be out in the main areas. The classes they offer are great and never seem to be overfilled (unless you do the dance classes, those are always packed). My only complaint is that when a machine needs repair, it seems to be out for a long time. Maybe thats normal, but its a bummer nonetheless. I would recommend this gym to my friends and family without issue.

Amazing gym. Had one that was a block from where I lived. Everything was very convenient about it. Only thing was the contract. After I moved another gym became a better option for me due to its proximity. So I ended having to pay the full contract. Even though I was not going to it or any. If they had a few options(shorter ones) on the length of them that would make them better.

I love the hole experience there and all the employees are very cool as well im very proud to be apart of the gym

They want everyone to cooperate by wearing a mask so the gym can stay open, but LVAC on Rainbow won’t replace all the hand sanitizer dispensers that don’t work, upstairs and downstairs. I like that it’s a big gym, though.

This Athletic Club is my favorite location. I have had a chance to visit every LVAC in the valley. The reason why I especially like this spot has to do with the huge selection of exercise machines, the indoor track, the cleanliness, the large parking lot, the overall roominess of the gym, cool staff and the treadmill area with plenty of tv screens. Great club!

They are Racist crooks that bait and switch. They dont even clean the facility. A friend of mine got dermatitis and I got staph from one visit. When I brought it too their attention they cancelled my contract and sent me to collections after seven years of loyalty.Not too mention they Auto add 480 dollars to your bill if you need to quite for ANY reason at all. Including their dirty unfriendly facilities.

This gym has everything you could ever want to motivate you oh, they have a dry and wet sauna an indoor track a pool thats room temperature and different rooms in which you can take a bunch of free classes. Not to mention their snack bar is pretty delicious. The huge gym with plenty of equipment

Great facility but the hygiene of the members leaves a lot to be desired and no staff to tell members they need to shower before getting into the pool! The pool is not for rinsing off once you come out of the steam/sauna either. That is why a shower is provided. I have never seen a staff member ask a member to rinse off or shower. Definitely needs attention! Suggest posting signs in Spanish as well.

If possible, for those who dont like lots of traffic in the gym, attempt to go during non peak hours. You can actually get a good workout in without everyone around.

My daughter wanted to join a gym so this is the one we want to, to see if this was the right gym for her and to see if it had what she was looking for.We walked in one evening after 6pm they asked us if we had a membership and we told them we were interested in their gym and considering a membership what did they have to offer. They sat us down told us everything told us the amount we would be paying for what they offered and she signed on the line she got her picture went on a tour of the location and got a free smoothly as well.The staff was incredible nice very professional and we liked the fact that u can go to all of their gyms no matter what part of town u r in.

Gym is ok compared to the others and also if you drive a lowered vehicle DO NOT GO HERE otherwise youll end up damaging it like I did.

Will be going here often! Great atmosphere and staff! Way more machines and equipment than other gyms put together.. Love the smoothies after as well. I add weight gainer and protein to it.

My favorite gym ever is LVAC on Rainbow near Vegas Drive. I love the feeling of spaciousness and not being boxed in. No matter how many people are there I never feel crowded because of the ample space, the high ceilings and the design. The people at the front desk could do better at making eye contact with each person that comes in and greeting them warmly instead of being consistently involved in their own conversations. As an employer I would emphasize to the front desk people that they are the first contact for guests and that it is important to connect with them. Its not just about scanning people in. The equipment is always in good repair and I love it. The people who work there are awesome, other than that suggestion, and the gym has a good vibe.
