I joined a month ago and absolutely love it! The pool is great and never crowded, the machines are easy and if you do not want to be on the main floor the womans workout room has all the same equipment, the classes are fun as well. Take advantage of the premier membership it is well worth it! I have a wonderful trainer and get free towels, the sign up process was easy, thank you Anthony! Now for all those reviews that are bad: DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT IF YOU ARE GOING TO COMPLAIN WHEN THEY HOLD YOU TO YOUR LEGAL OBLIGATION

WOW...staff was REALLY SWEET! If youre thinking about going youll REALLY enjoy! They even have a special section if ladies want to workout w/no men allowed. Was told, We police for creeps! 5 star facility and staff!

I just moved into the palm paradise area from summerlin. Already had a gym membership with LVAC. All I can say is this gym stinks. The staff is nice on some days and on other days you can tell the manager is having a bad day.There’s odors that emit from everywhere - even if the gym is freshly cleaned there’s still this funk that bothers me when I’m working out.Compared to all the other LVACs this one seems like the neglected step child. It needs to be renovated. With how they lock people into contracts you think they could afford to remodel it t look something like the summerlin or Henderson gyms.This gym gets the job done but the membership isn’t worth it if your going to the Maryland location.

I love coming to work out here! Always so pleasant! Fellow guests and employees are all so welcoming! If your like me, you like to do your workout on your own, this place is so wonderful to do so! From equipment to the pool, unless Im seeking help, absolutely no one has ever bothered me! I see employees everywhere, yet not unless I seek them out will I ever even worry about having my workout interrupted! That is golden in itself!

I have been a member for 9 years! Wouldnt want to try other any other place! With one membership you have access to fitness equipments, pool and group classes. Has a juice bar and nutrition center on site. You can hire a trainer if you want.

Older machines and oldest LVAC but still my favorite. Not as crowded as the newer LVAC gyms. Workout and be out

Exceptional in every way. Very large facility with multiple stations to work the same muscle group, and a large free weight and plated weight area. Well laid out, almost never crowded, and even at peak hours there is no wait for a machine.Decent crowd, mostly here to work out and not gather in social circles.Very nice cafe with large variety of protein shakes and healthy meals. I have this for lunch and dinner.Friendly and attentive staff.$50 for a weekly pass that gives access to all locations.Best gym I have visited as a guest, and that includes the higher-end competition.

On God, I recommend any other gym for your workout experience. If you do join, please be advised. Not to sign a contract. I wouldve preferred month to month. They will enforce and charge late fees. Jesus Christ.

This lvac has a special place in my heart thats where I learned the most its also one of the oldest ones. also has some of the best equipment old school and New School A Perfect Blend of a good workout I like a lot more than the new gym off the 215 keep making more gyms lvac the less people to go here the better my workout.

Good gym, good range of equipment all in working order, but feels like working out in an episode of saved by the bell.

I came here to check out the gym since I had just moved close to this location and EOS is a but far. The fact that I decided to stick with EOS instead of coming to LVAC is already a bad sign. I got the free day trial and tried out the gym, the equipment is old. Dumbells all over the place, not organized. I was like meh I can live with this. Its still a lot closer until I decided to make a membership. The plans are expensive for barely any perks. The staff was great but the membership was just not worth it. You can only bring a guest 2-4 times a month, like whats that all about? And thats with theyre upgraded membership. Which is already more expensive than the $20 membership and EOS. After seeing everything and decided to just stick with EOS, theyre cleaner, equipment is newer, everything is organized. Unless youre going to use every discount with the LVAC membership I suggest you just go to EOS.

This is my favorite gym in Vegas. Centrally located, friendly staff, wide choice of equipment to choose from. They have a sauna, steam room, lap pool and a hot tub if youre looking for that.

AVOID THIS LOCATION! The gym itself is fine but the managerial staff is exceedingly rude. The taller fat guy who wears a red shirt would rather you cancel your membership than accommodate the fact that theres no lockers to keep your items in. Gym is great, service not so much. Stick to EOS. Nobody puts away weights, always used paper towels strewn about.

Been coming to this gym for a year and half. Customer services has been great until today. Blond at the front desk must be having a bad day or she needs to be trained in customer service.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. You think this place to be pretty nice at first when you sign up and go work out a few times. Nahh this place is set up to scam you out of money if you cant show proof of address for cancellation. They will also unknowingly unfreeze your account and charge you. Just trust me and either 1. Read over all the terms of agreement or 2. Dont get a membership here.

I joined LVAC when the gyms reopened in June. I LOVE it! I mainly go here but Ive been to the one on Sahara & Decatur too. I liked it there too. I love the machines and all the cleaning stations they have available. Keep up the great work.

I love this gym, at least this location. Its a great mix of old school hardcore but clean and not intimidating for a newbie. And this location has every piece of equipment youll ever need. Members at this gym in general are here to workout and not BS around taking up equipment on their phones. Youll get that everywhere but its at a minimum here.

Perfect place to swim! Wishing the lockers were open to put my stuff in while I swim though.

Amazing Staff, Jennifer should be paid more for her positive attitude ❤️ & consideration. She made finding me another amazing gym to work out @ easy peesy! 💪🏼☺️ I recommend to anyone that came from 24 HOUR FITNESS like me. the employees have respect and great attitudes, & that is rare these days.

First off the staff are rude. I only came a few times and that was enough for me to deem that I didn’t like the gym or how cold the staff came across when asking them for help. I called about a week prior to cancel my membership BEFORE my month trial was up and got the runaround. One of the front desk attendants stated that she was able to cancel it there and that would be all. I called again to verify the cancellation just to be greeted by a rude worker (Jenn or Jean) which hung up on me when I asked why I was given false information and she stated that it wasn’t her problem. The manager Leila wasn’t any better and gave an insincere “apology” and never corrected the issue. They still won’t cancel my membership as I’ve asked, but want to charge me $600. Never coming back and please don’t waste your money here. EOS is by far way better.

I was a member for many years but left due to bad customer service. I always paid my membership in advance. I was going to give them another shot today. I went to visit and was reminded why I left. If I was planning on joing all hope is gone with the poor customer service given to me today. Still terrible service. EOS will keep my business

It has all the equipment you will need and it is well maintained. My only criticism is, I have been to other gyms whose locker room is functioning. Having to change in a bathroom stall is just gross.

This location isnt the one I normally go to however I found the facility clean the staff friendly and everything I need to complete my workout the equipment is is great condition.

It just reopened. Only one other member was wearing a mask. Members are not required to wear a mask/face covering. This is a very high risk environment. People who breath heavily spew much more virus. (Yes, having a mask got me out of breath faster. Its worth it!) The airflow was poor. Having fans would help dilute the virus. Im going to have to wake up very early to go to the gym safely. Not thrilled.

Sales guy was a big liar about the contract pretty much forced me into signing a contract and said I had a month to cancel. Turns out on the contract it was 3 days. This gym is a scam especially during these hard times. Say if you even moved 20 miles away legitimately and then didnt have proof then they will still steal your money. Better off at eos where you can atleast cancel without paying. Also the payments are over 500$ to cancel and best believe they dont care if its during a pandemic. They care more about the contract and money more than you. Be sure if you sign up to read the long ass papers they give for the contract and understand it all in detail

Im a 67 years old with high risk of my health in this pandemic situation, and they dont let me cancel the contract,. Is a shame to have to sacrifice my safety, plus my economic situation in this uncontrolled and out of hand time that we are living.I started the gym to improve my health, and this is not acceptable what LVAC in Vegas is doing.I will never recommended.No consideration for people.They bridge the contract not giving full service, and still they want all money, is a shame.Hope people can join me in this situation.Grace Mazacco

I have been going to this gym for about 3 years now. It is always clean and the staff is pretty friendly. I only had one issue with a staff member 2 years ago. It was in the daycare/playroom area. I was watching my then 3 year old on the monitor while jogging and I watched this person become aggressive and mean to all the children then she pushed my child pretty hard he almost fell on his face. I went straight to management and she was taken away immediately never to return again. Management is extremely responsive.

Its pretty packed at all hours, the least amount of people I have seen here still had to be in the 20s. However, they have enough equipment to make up for the amount of people. This location includes a pool w/spa, rooms for wall tennis, and a cafe. There is a bank, Las Vegas Discount Nutrition, and a body heat tanning inside. Good place.

My brother got his wallet, house keys, car keys & bag stolen from the locker rooms and all the staff said there was nothing they could do ! They couldn’t even check the cameras for him . but they quick to take that monthly payment .

Its great! some minor changes you use the machines depending the color of the dot of the day & there are hand sanitizers with the spray formula you spray on the towels & wipe the machine you use begining & after, for now the lockers room are sealed away until further notice but you can still use the restrooms the juice bar is open! & its 24hrs with you go in one side have your card scanned & theyll ask you if you have any symptoms & if not then you can go do your exercise!! Then you go out the other side..

More people need to get into taking care of there temples

I love LVAC. Just dislike this location. There is no consistency. Main reason I got a membership is because if he steam room and dry sauna. They don’t offer both at most gyms. At the Maryland location, it’s a hit or miss if one or both are not working.Also, the janitors who clean the sauna and steam room, close them whenever they want. Last week the steam room and sauna both closed at 2 am for cleaning.Tonight I decided to come in early but, janitor decides to shut off the dry sauna for cleaning at 11:30 pm. Plus the steam room is down AGAIN.The best LVAC is on Sahara and Decatur. Janitors there are considerate and let paying customers know when they are about to turn stuff off. Not just shut stuff down and leave you guessing as to what is going on and then lie when asked what’s going on.

Best gym in vegas

The place is always dirty. They do have workers walking around with a dirty towel moving around the dirt and sweat because they don’t use cleaners products. I bought the 2 year program before looking around at the locations. I will be going to EOS or Planet fitness where all employees have to clean the equipment. Lvac can keep the ring worms.

Terrible company, dont waste your money here! You would think due Covid-19, they would be understanding about cancelling a membership. They want to charge you no matter what. You have a perk thats unavailable due to Covid? Guess what you pay for it. You want to downsize your membership? Guess what you have to start your contract all over again! They say they sanitize all workout stations. How can you with a limited staff and the sheer amount of members at all times will not make it safer. TERRIBLE COMPANY. HORRBILE ETHICS. DOWN RIGHT GREEDY

Signed up for a membership And they didn’t even have it in their system when I went for my first workout. I was a little upset because I had a limited amount of time to work out and I had to wait 10 minutes to even get to the door. The worst part was everybody there was giving me a bad attitude like I made a mistake or did something wrong. I went in for my second workout and the same person that works with me at the door Kalie Gave me a terrible attitude again and system is down and walked away. I asked for a manager and he brought up my account right away. Not sure how they keep people in their gym the weights smell like poop dirtiest gym I’ve ever seen.

Not possible to cancel. My emails and fax had no response, it’s over 2 weeks already!
