Been going to this gym for over a year & the moment I walked in I immediately felt like a part of this gym. Everyone that works here makes you feel welcome and doesn’t judge you. It’s such a fun environment and you see the same people around the same time which I love. Made a bunch of great friends coming here and I’m glad I ended up at this gym. 10/10 highly recommend.

Been going here for years since they first opened—now the longest single gym Ive regularly gone to. Everyone who goes here is serious about their fitness and health in a positive, encouraging, and cooperative way. Dont hesitate to at least call and/or check them out in person.

This local gym is owned and managed by terrible people. At first I joined this gym because it was small boutique style gym and it isnt full of alot of people. I now know the reason this gym does not have many members. My membership at this gym was recently terminated by the owner Kyle for working out with my girlfriend and her daughter and for assisting them in their workouts. Beings they have limited experience in the gym and they have goals of getting into shape I naturally am helping them to learn different exercises and how to best use the equipment to improve themselves. At no time did I come off as a personal trainer nor offer to assist anyone other than my family yet the owner terminated our family membership as you can see below. The gyms membership agreement says NOTHING about the issue being brought forward. I guess if you want to workout and get into shape dont go with anyone who is going to help you. You are better off going at your own risk. There are MANY other gyms in the city to explore that dont have terrible management and ownership. Great gym! Clean. The staff is very motivating and helpful.

The owner has a really cool backstory, ask him about it. Plus, he and the staff go out of their way to make sure someone is exercising correctly to later pain and suffering.
