Great gym. CLEAN. Friendly staff. Good place to work out and plenty of options

Another incredible exercise from my fitness coach. There was a code blue (individual in trouble) today and the staff was incredibly proficient and clearly very much prepared and rehearsed. Incredible new hardware also. A digit of a drive for me after my nearest rec center shut, yet else Im happy I discovered this area.

Supposed to open at 5 am... I made the 25-minute drive and arrived at 5 am and waited and waited. Employee finally arrived at 5:32 am and said he did not have keys. He could not open the gym. I gave up and left at 5:45 am, My schedule and workout was disrupted and my time wasted. I do not plan to return to this location any time soon.

Downloaded the 3 day pass as I have just moved to the area. Arrived at the gym to be told due to security I cant use the pass. I asked what security and was told security reasons right now . The representative confirmed this reasoning with the manager. I have no idea what that means and Im not sure why I was able to obtain a 3 day pass? Wasted journey, poor customer service and wont be back. Shame as its the most local gym

Good sized gym. It was fairly empty, but considering it is shortly after they reopened from covid and it being 5am, it wasnt very unusual. Did not get to use their wet area and not sure when these will open at any of the 24 hour fitness locations.Free weights seemed clean and organized. Better than some other locations.

Deceitful and dishonest. This location will misinform you simply to get you to sign up. I don’t recommend this establishment. Go with the alternative there are plenty of other options.

I was visiting from out of state and Jeff helped me with my guest pass and gym needs. I highly recommend this gym to anyone moving or living in the LV area!

Great gym. Not too packed. Has a good selection of equipment and recently upgraded what it previously had. Wish the hours were a little long but otherwise, great place to workout.

Gym is in need of refreshing. Most machines show visible wear. Gym isnt cleaned very good by the night crew.. but gym goers do a good job of wiping off the machine after each use.With covid all people are wearing masks. Most are wearing the good medical style. Fortunately very few idiotic face shield users. Gym tends to get really busy between 8-10am.

I love this gym . I’m really happy to back after long time.all crews are really friendly and nice . Gym is really clean and safe in these days of pandemic . And it’s not crowd and they follow social distancing really good not like the other gyms that is like jungle and you even can’t find a treadmill to walk .They have a 2 years plan coupon that it’s really good price. I really recommend to everyone that buy if you are new member.

I enjoy this gym because they do a great job making my experience safe and that means a lot in these particular times.With lots of space and plenty of equipment and free weights a good workout is completely in your hands!

Can you really call yourself 24 Hour Fitness if youre not actually open 24 hours?

I love 24 hour fitness in Summerlin. The staff is always friendly, clean especially with the Covid issues and I really like the easy check-in!! I hope they keep that after the pandemic is over.

Poor wifi all around even at front desk !?? Need to manually log-on to gain access every time you visit, including walking from locker to upstairs gym ! Very annoying !!!After a month, it still require to re-signing in to gain wifi access if you move from one upstairs area to the other, too many steps and annoying double checking !!!

Doesn’t enforce mask wearing, lots of people with noses out or mask not covering face. Staff don’t care. Probably a Covid superspreader.

I’ve been a member for about two weeks and had only exercised during the AM hours! I didn’t understand all the negative reviews regarding management...that is until I came in during the evening! The customer service is awful in the evenings and Vanessa the manager is by far the worst! It’s like a bunch of kids running an adult business! She was extremely rude and difficult to deal with! I’m only in town for a few months and the location is convenient so I will continue to come to this location. I will not however ever again come in during the evenings....much less ever deal with Vanessa again! Find another gym if you can!

Very poorly managed, the sauna and wet area is the worst.Often closed with no more than a hand scribbled note on the door. Sauna often barely warm and never hot. This place exists simply because there is no competition in the neighborhood.Other locations are better but a distance away.

I come here every day. There is no criticism in this gym. Friendly members and great equipment. They are all for safety. I wasnt quite sure how to use some of the equipment but the staff helped me out.I recommend 24 Hour Fitness to anyone looking for a welcoming place to exercise.10/10 gym.

Many amazing facilities as well as many amazing classes

I travel from here and St George, so I have a gym membership in both states. (And technically my residency is in Nevada) so I was looking to get a new membership here, and went to try in this place. Since I don’t live here full time they told me I can’t use a 3 day pass even though I am ACTIVELY looking to get a membership and someone suggested here. Due to the rude customer service I will never come back here and take my money and membership somewhere else. Very very disappointed, they handled it so poorly. Would not recommend, there are so many amazing, cheaper gyms in the vegas area!!

Went in to check the place out, looked like a ghost town. Asked the employee a few questions and it was evidently clear that this place is garbage. Great location, just to shady and feels like its going to close any day without notice. Looked that up as a joke and saw this company has already done that across town.

This location is by far the rudest one in vegas, staff laugh at you while you walk in and out thinking they are being slick but make it so obvious.

The best 24 Hour Fitness in town. I had gone to three different ones while in Vegas and easily found this gym to be the best out of the others in the area. 24 Hour Fitness gyms are usually not very clean but this one kept up with the maintenance and cleaning. Weights and dumbbells looked to be rather new. The trainers and staff members were friendly and top notch. It never felt too crowded either. Its too bad the other Super Sports in town do not model themselves after the Summerlin location.

In general, staff is friendly. Over the past 3 years of membership, it seems like the club is going downhill. Many machines upstairs are dirty and quite a few bikes & ellipticals don’t work properly. It’s almost always too hot upstairs. It’s poorly designed. It’s Las Vegas....heat rises!! It just seems run down anymore and kinda sad. No towel service anymore or juice bar.

DO NOT USE THIS GYM; within minutes of deadlifting manager rudely told me masks must be worn BETWEEN sets. No time to catch your breath.

This is a Super Sport so thats why I give it a 2 star rating. Super Sports are supposed to be the upgraded gyms. In San Diego all of the Super Sport gyms were top quality. This one is average at best and they let the staff steal from customers. I left my tablet there (my mistake). I came in the next day and the girl said oh, I found it. I know we have it. She looked for it and couldnt find it. For weeks they told me they were tracking it down. This meant, they were trying to get the staff member to bring it back I guess. After 3 weeks the manager told me this story:Apparently someone came in during a midnight shift, they said their name was Pat and asked for their tablet. The staff member gave it to them.I just stared at her for a minute and she said I know, it doesnt make sense to me either.I said I can solve this crime in 2 seconds. The person who told you this story is the person who stole it. I said now, I dont work here but I know I have to enter my check in code every time I come in. Cant you just see who the member was? That led to another confused look. They know they have an employee who steals and theyre totally fine with it.Other than that its an average gym with older equipment. They make you pay more to go into the nicer part of the locker room. You already pay more to go to the super sport and then they want to charge you more for a nicer locker room? THe showers dont have doors either which seems weird for your nicest gyms.

I have been a member for 15 years. Last year I called to cancel my membership due to travel and medical reasons. The representative encouraged me to “freeze” my membership, then reactivate when I was ready to return. Twice I asked if there would be no charges and if I was the only one to reactivate. I was assured on both accounts. Then one year later in June they started charging my account without my consent even though I did not activate or use the service. Look up BBB ratings and the class action suit against them for numerous misrepresentations and you can judge for yourself if this is an ethical company.

The stars fall as the service does too. Discontinued towel service but still charging the same rate. In the past year there have been many days that the steam room was inoperable. Today half the jets in the spa were not working. The place isn’t terribly grimy but the showers need a thorough scrubbing. That black stuff is mold. If I use the spa twice over 3-4 days why is there still a gross old bandaid sitting in the same spot near the tub? Now this is one of the nicer facilities bearing the name but the ‘cheapness’ is starting to show. 2 stars is 1.5 more than I’d give to any of the Reno locations

Love it!! I go everyday! Machines are great! Bodycombat every Wednesday morning with Justin is AMAZING!!! The kids club is awesome. My 3 year old loves it and looks forward to his visits.

Getting better, when will Ann road gym open

Second week of my membership my lock was cut off and my phone and headphones were stolen while I was in the pool (maybe a 25 minute time frame) Upon notifying the manager, nothing was done, no reimbursement for my $1200 loss, and I was told that this happens all the time and that I should have gotten a better lock. These people know that individuals are robbing their patrons and they are choosing to do nothing about it. no warnings for new or existing members about using specific locks, no remorse whatsoever for the victims. Ive currently been on hold for 25 minutes with the customer service line that I was given when i asked what I could do. pretty let down with their complete lack of customer service and attention to crimes being committed in their facilities.

Almost a 3. I was very clear that my main motivation was swimming. The optimum swim times are used for aquatic excercise classes. They only need 1 or 2 lanes, but they close the entire pool. They also have a swim team that gets instruction and they take up 2 lanes. I bet they pay 24 a good fee to use the pool, But so do I. None of this was disclosed to me. Ive been a member for about 3 weeks. They recently posted a notice that the pool will be closed for maintenance for one month. This was also not disclosed to me. That part is outright dishonest, tell me reps didnt know this when they signed me up. I have to travel several more miles to get to another Super Sport. They do offer memberships for silver sneakers. This is through my medicare program. I often travel to California and they have a Super Sport close by.

I love the place, it is located in a nice shopping area with restaurants, groceries, has station, coffe shops and really close to a freeway. It has a variety of equipment it has nice views of surrounding maintains. I wont give a five stars because some snobs come to use it, they can be very rude, they dont clean after themselves and seat in the equipment for ever!! When you only want to go and do your work out they keep you behind. No one reinforces politeness on the place. Child care is really nice.

This is the best mall in North Georgia, lots of great stores. Mall has a number of really good restaurants on the property as well as an impressive food court. There is also a large number of restaurants and shops surrounding the mall.

After looking at number of gyms in the area and their daycare facilities, I chose this gym and am happy that I have. The cost of Lifetime was not justifiable by any means for a family of 5. Could the equipment, i dunno, be a bit more newer at this gym? Sure. BUT the main reason I gave this gym the high stars is because the kids zone/daycare is awesome and the women that work there are fabulous with the kids. My children love going there and, playing, reading, coloring, making crafts, karaoke-ing with all the other kids. I am told if some issue arose and what actions were taken. The spin class with Leanna is AMAZING and a must try!

My husbands lock was cut at the gym and his head phones and cell phone was taken. Management knew someone had been cutting locks and stealing and didn’t post a notice or suggest a certain lock to ensure the safety of you items when we signed up 2 weeks earlier. Management could care less and just pawned us off on Corp customer service for 24 hour fitness. Horribly run gym that allows your items to get stolen. they should tell you upon sign up, hey ppl bring bolt cutters in make sure you by a specific lock that can’t be cut!

When I signed up for a membership, I was told if I cancel in a certain amount of days I would get a full refund of my sign up fee. 2 days later I canceled my membership due to financial reasons. I was never refunded my start up fee, and about a week later I had about $84 taken from my account. I called and brought this to their attention, and was told the manager was busy and would call me back. 2 hours later I had heard nothing so I call back and was told she had left for the day and would call me in the morning. By noon the next day, I had still heard nothing, so I called back again. The manager (Amanda) told me they would have to wait for Scott to get back to cancel my membership and refund my money, and he would give me a call when he got back. A few days later I called back and they said they had canceled my membership, and would be refunded in 3-7 days. Well today I had yet ANOTHER payment taken out. I called again and both Scott and Amanda arnt in due to the holiday. I am VERY upset about how my situation is being handled and the lac of communication. I simply want my money back, and have just been loosing more. I was hoping to be able to get a new membership after I get more financially stable, but after this experience, I defiantly wont be going to 24 hour fitness! Hopefully I get my refund!😡😡😡

The club itself is very nice. The staff was friendly. But upon joining we were told by the sales rep that it was a no commitment contract. We joined. Then the contract we received via email was not the contract we agreed to. He did a switch on us. I would not have known but I wanted to cancel for personal reasons. I called the club to cancel and they told me I had a binding contract for a whole year!! (X2 because my husband was on it too) I called customer service with corporate and I think I settled the matter? The man there said he cancelled us with no problem or any further billing or fees, but the conversation was odd. He kept talking about racial issues and was quite ugly about his comments about white people. Im waiting to see if he was lying to me too. Time will tell. Also the confirmation email he sent me said Id have to pay 50% of what is still outstanding on the contract. When I asked him about that...he said not to worry and I wouldnt be billed anything. Again, time will tell. Ill update this review in the next 60 days if there is an issue with all this confusion.

Been a member of 24 hr fitness for over 5 years. My contract has allowed me to utilize All the 24 hr fitness/All over the country. Recently moved to Las Vegas. 1st visit was great. Easy check in and the teacher on Tuesday for Yoga is fabulous. However, 2nd visit it was busy and as I was checking in Shawana the Asst Manager told me in front of everyone that to workout at this gym I would have to pay an additional $15 a mo and an activation fee. She was so rude and should have had the decency to allow me to go to the class and discuss afterwards in private. Mean girls usually dont provide excellent customer service. Certainly not a warm welcome. Then the yoga teacher was a sub, who was very fast, the AC was out and the music would not work. Afterwards I requested Shawana to email me my contract so that I could review the situation further. Its been 7 days and I have received ZERO FOLLOW UP!!!!

Clean and they have a very friendly staff! Unfortunately they do close their basketball courts in the evenings which is a huge deal breaker for me. I pretty much got my membership for basketball in the evening. Bummer. Might not renew my membership when its up.

Very disappointed.I requested freeze my account for one month they did two months.I spoke two times with front desk employees and one Supervisor to reactivate my account that is ridiculous.ive been member for 2 months. When I purchased my membership the guy who is sales person said I will charge you $46.99 plus last month fee total $101 thats it.There is no any other fee then I signed agreement that I didnt even read.Today Ive noticed that they charged me 49.99 Annual fee.What the hell is ripp off? Ive been member only two months and paid $250? Really!! Other clubs charge $10-24 a month and I paid triple that price then got ripp off I will cancel my membership never return!!!!

Equipment could use an upgrade and the pool is always dirty. My property also gets stolen from time to time in the locker room. Employees are friendly and nice.

To be very honest, I also have a membership at EOS Fitness and much prefer that gym. This 24 Hour Fitness just happens to be about five minutes away from me. Like many others have complained about, the free weight area is crowded, and a lot of the machines need to be updated. They do have some hammer strength equipment but I think they need more. Also, more squat racks and some shoulder press machines would help.

Poor and Dirty Condition. Multiple machines ear plugs not working, bad sound, no video etc. Equipment making noise while being used - pm not performed. Machine no working signs were taken away to avoid customer noticing! Bathroom littered with paper and towels, showers out of soap, low water pressure and slow draining due to hair build up overtime! Lockers were broken into and people valuable were stolen, these problems were reported repetitively to front desk and seems most were not corrected so far after a year! Looking for other gym to go to now......

This gym is ghetto, always dirty, and the equipment is outdated. They need to hire professional staff who knows how to treat all members. Do not sign any contracts with them because when you want to cancel they will charge a cancellation fee. This gym isnt worth wasting your time and money. This gym dosent deserve to be in Summerlin. This gym is a scam and they refuse to help members out. 🖕

Billing practices are terrible and riddled with errors. Attempts made to correct problem are mishandled due to poor customer support. Gym cleanliness is also lacking.

I like it but if I had another Fitness center in same area I would choose that one. Only one hair dryer in Ladies locker room. shower area is discussing, pool is closed most of the time, rough water for my skin. Towels are really bad. Kids running that place with no experience of customer service, making so many mistakes and none of them know how to handle any situation. Sorry bad management. Overall not a clean place.

I go for a special class...the staff are not very helpful, unless youre paying them for private sessions... the management took away the Insanity class without informing the instructor or the students (second time this has happened since I joined).... only reason I continue to go to this one, is because not all the gyms in my area accept the medicare silver sneekers program/ I enjoyb the Body Pump class that meets on Mondays

Set up was horrible. Ive had 24 hr membership 5+ years & just moved close to this 1 they want me to pay more even tho same accommodation as Trop & Decatur. The girl at the front counter was rude. I will be driving extra distance to Trop & Decatur. There was no room to use free weights or weight bars, equipment didnt work & the machines I use there was a wait. Not worth it.

Its a gym, not much more too it. They could clean the place up a bit, its usually pretty grimy, but I want expecting anything fancy.

Friendly staff, adequate equipment, and ample parking are the positives. The air is a bit stale, theres way too much cold air blown from AC units in the summer, and the equipment is old and decaying. (6/1/19) Now that they have discontinued the towel service, this is NOT a SuperSport. Yet, they are charging SuperSport prices. So, down to 2 stars.

Thinking about cancelling after 4 years ! OK AT FIRST, going downhill. I swim for arthritis pain. Now pool is dominated by 5 year old swim classes. They scream, yell, play loud music, and the pool is so filthy now the water tastes like sea water! M-F THEY have the pool for 20 hours, All day SAT and SUN. Good luck swimming in this club is you pay a full membership, you dont count any longer!

Really $25 for a visitors pass my bro is down from CA visiting for a few days currently serving in the Marine Corp. I use to regard this gym as one of the better ones but $25 for a 1day pass garbage.

Pretty disappointing for a club in summerlin that charges the most next to lifetime fitness. I go to use the sauna and its closed. Its unpredictable if the machines are going to work or not. The cardio equipment is down and takes too long to be repaired. Its congested and smells.Its a bummer because they charge so much and even charge a maintenance fee that they pretty much finagle into your bill 2x a year... for what?! What are you maintaining with crappy equipment and a sauna that just spontaneously is closed?! Youd think they would do the repairs and maintenance in the middle of the night while most members are not there! Especially for the price we pay! Very disappointed and FAR from Summerlin Standards as far as Im Concerned!Im going to be getting a membership to TRU cushion! Its only 10 dollars more a month! For way better amenities!

I am not one to give reviews but this is long overdue. I have been a member at this gym for over six years and in those six years nothing has been updated, same old equipment, cardio equipment ect, although they finally replaced the treadmills which was a shock. They still need updated stair masters and elliptical there cardio machines are not Garmin ANT+ equipped for tracking heart rate with an external monitor. The weight room area needs more than one squat rack the smith machines are severely outdated know rubber weights for doing deadlifts let alone a deadlift platform area, only three flat bench presses and two incline benches, a severely crowded free weight area, no shoulder press rack, the ab machines are outdated as is most of the equipment there. The next part is near and dear to me as I am a swimmer, the pool is nice has four lanes but here is my piece of advice as stated in other reviews you dont need to close the whole pool for aqua aerobics it is unnecessary, you can still leave two lanes open and have plenty of room, the other thing is GET RID OF THAT KIDS SWIM SPLASH SCHOOL that is unfair to those who want to swim laps and train and have to deal with that four days a week. Those kids can get swim lessons at the YMCA or Pavilion Center pool, people pay good money for your gym so quit being greedy trying to make an extra buck from having that class there. Locker rooms need upgrading and a facelift. If Lifetime fitness wasnt so much money a month Id be gone from this gym in a heart beat, but for calling your self a Super Sport let alone Agassi Super Sport you really need to upgrade your facilities because there are 24hr Sport, and active clubs that are nicer then this place with newer modern equipment. Just my 2 cents

Ive been a member here for quite awhile and always find the staff to be friendly and the facilities to be clean and kept up. It sad a bit busy with the new years rush, but its the end of January and the crowds have thinned nicely.

Love this gym and all its employees! Everyone is friendly, the facility is clean and if there is a problem with the equipment, it gets taken care of in a timely manner.

Generally pretty clean, upstairs gym area is in pretty good condition. Employees are usually friendly.

Lied to on signup, not told all the information and then when trying to cancel and get a refund as I only visited for 20mins as I found out the kids Club would cost more than my membership a month, was told by head office that I was stupid and shouldve asked about it all. Not a very clean gym either.

Only 2 Squat racks. Great 24, other than that.
