Customer Service is not great. But the agent that pick up boxes is fantastic. Kudos to Ian. This is Las Vegas branch.

I lost a pouch full of gap shirts and a hoodie. I complained but I never heard anything after.

Nobody answers in the telephone. I have a schedule pick-up but I am cancelling already.

When I asked how many days to arrive in my place. She said it take less than 45 days.. but actually almost 2 months already, my Family didnt receive yet my balikbayan box.when I called the number. They just hang up.. I dont recommend this XYZ. Not good at all

New to us but very great service! Sheryl, Ian and Jonathan took care of us here in Vegas. Hope it translates the same in manila and get those boxes without any issues. Thanks to anthony as well. Rex&Christine DG
