DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY@!! I waited ALL day for the delivery. As soon as the delivery time ended, I called CEVA and was on hold for one hours and 14 minutes. While on hold, I received an email from CEVA claiming that I was not home for the delivery. I was home. The dog was home. My 2 adult offspring were home. The ring doorbell alerts to motion. We kept looking out the windows for the truck. CEVA never arrived at my house. CEVA never attempted to make a delivery and lied about it.
I ordered an item from Amazon for my daughters birthday. It was running late so i emailed them asking what the heck is going on. After finally getting a response they implied it was my fault the item was late because i had to set up an appointment for delivery. No one told me any of that prior to the expected delivery date. No email. No phone call. Nothing. hopefully ill never have to deal with this guys again. I have been in contact with them because i am still waiting for my item. The original arrival date was supposed to be 05/21/2020 now its showing at the earliest 05/26/2020. Really wish they would learn to communicate. Thanks for making my daughters last Bday gift late.
Great customer service.
Very unhappy that they missed their own projected delivery date and late for the service paid for. The people that work in the office were however extremely helpful and pleasant. It is the shipping time frames they give that failed to meet or exceed expectations.
Had a delivery to my house today. Everything was handled professionaly from first contact, to scheduling to delivery. Very pleased with the service. Glad the company I bought from used CEVA as the shipper.
