Ive relied on this place to receive my mail for about a year now. Theyve been extraordinarily helpful to me, and they deserve a much higher average rating IMHO. The complaints in the other reviews are silly — youre upset that they dont want you to spam them? Lol, okay. Personally I can attest that theyve gone out of their way to help me out as a paying customer.

There is no better Mailing Center than Mail Zone on Sunset. I had a PO Box at Mail Zone and received all my packages here as well. The owner Sam is an Amazing person and was always so helpful. You feel like youre trusting you mail with a good friend. Even after I moved, I had someone send me a package there and Sam was so kind to email me and hold the package for me. I also loved buying my printing paper here as it was inexpensive. Had I not moved to the other side of Vegas, I would have kept my box there.

I recently moved to Las Vegas. I have some print shop equipment that I never used (still in the box), so I searched Google Maps for local print shops and sent email to some of them offering to sell it to them at a discount. Someone responded with Please remove me from your list and do not mail again. I did reply back because I did NOT purchase or use some databroker / email marketing list of printing businesses as implied & I wanted the responder to know that. The responder emailed back You are spamming us, which is illegal! We had asked not to hear from you again. So I did not reply again.Any company that does business with the public & that publishes its email address (w/o any guidelines, instructions or restrictions) on its public website is openly inviting the public to contact them. To accuse people that contact the company (via email) to conduct business of spamming is illogical and nonsensical. The webmaster could simply put No soliciting next to their email address OR install a contact form & remove the email address.Had I purchased an email marketing list and used it to blindly blast out thousands of anonymous emails regardless to printing shops throughout the SouthWest ... that would be spamming.

I called to ask how much a rental would be. I have a very strong southern accent. The person who answered (in a very garbled Middle Eastern accent) says I did not ask politely..? laughed and hung up! My wife called just to also be hung up on. I called the franchise office to complain. There are many box rental businesses in Las Vegas, PLEASE take your business elsewhere.

Well they dont have customer service listed as something they provide so they dont. Not sure if its the owner or not but he apparently still doesnt like wasting his time with customers - even told me he had things to do. I wont bother going back even though i work in the same business complex...Ill just go to the post office. Thanks so much for not providing the services you have posted all over your windows.

Rude and completely unprofessional. If you want to ship items or rent a PO box, youll simply want to go elsewhere for that. FedEx down the street values your business more than this hole in the wall.

Went in this shop for the first time to find some boxes. I was not in there for 2 minutes when the owner starting acting like I was wasting his time. After picking up a box. He asked me if I was just going to mess up his boxes. I left thankful that he did not make any money off me. So sad that Box Bros closed.

We have a mail box in this location and I would give 4 1/2 stars if I could. My only regret is that it is not opened 7 days a week. Otherwise, everyone is very attentive and helpfull. In fact, the other day, they were already closed when we came, but the owner opened up the store to give us the parcels. If the parcels are heavy, the staff will carry them to the car for my elderly 90 yr old grandparents. Price wise, they are more reasonable than others in the area. Conviniently located, courtesy, great service, and reasonably priced....What else can anyone want?

The man who runs this place is right at the top of the most rude people you will come across in any retail business. If you desire a real unpleasant business service experience this is the place to go.

Great staff that greets you by name, mail box area is easily accessible and affordable rates. Im a small business owner and would highly recommend doing buinsess here with Sam and his team.

Called to see how much for a notarized hand written he lease,he said DONT DO HAND WRITTEN and hung up..I called back to say what about a domicile form and the jerk doesnt answer my number. I called 6 times,😂 what a scumbag
