Absolutely horrible, BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE do not rent here.Management will point a explicit gun at you and here is the closest thing I got as proof for you to see.I was a tenant the day of and I was giving legal mail to MICHEAL HENRY FELDMAN at SAMSON EQUITIES CORPORATION and MICHEAL HENRY FELDMAN came out pulled his pistol out and pointed it at my head. I was scared for my life how can a lessor do this to a tenant.Looking forward to the response below reader beware its full of BS, I pay my rent in full quarterly and I was evicted from this place over $25 dollar charge that was added to my lease - the alarm system is faulty and it goes off frequently and I requested the lessor to send a alarm representative to fix the alarm. Since I didnt call the alarm in and I just muted the alarm. My lease was terminated.Dont run a business out of here it will never work month to month take my advice, Im running a business and you dont want lessors like this who disrespect tenants and harass them if you try to argue your side guess what your lease is now terminated and you have to deal with eviction.Save your self the headache and once again just dont rent here they suck and MICHEAL HENRY FELDMAN is a coward pulling a gun out on a unarmed person.
