I would give them 0 stars if I could for how unprofessional they are. Whitney initially contacted me via email and was very nice with everything. So, we scheduled an interview. Im a new grad and have zero experience in the field, but she stated that there have been times were a hospital will hire a candidate like me and that there were other options should the hospital not choose me. So, I filled out all the paperwork I was given to be ready for the interview.Less than 24 hours later, the director of Pivot, Cindy, emailed Whitney in the same email thread (I guess by mistake) and said that since I had zero experience and that they needed to be placing people in hospitals, that Whitney should just do a brief phone interview with me and cut me loose and that she shouldnt be wasting time with people they cant place. Whitney tried to do some damage control with a follow up email to me, but the damage had already been done.This is very discouraging and disheartening to me, especially as a new grad, so of course I wouldnt have any work experience. Overall, I didnt have a good experience with them with how unprofessional they are and would not recommend them if youre looking for a job. Even though I was given other options should the initial one not work out, I wasnt even given that choice in this case and was just thrown aside.
