Star 1 Personnel employees are clear, respectful, and helpful. One thing that is great and gives me a peace of mind is that they follow Covid-19 guidelines! If you are searching for a job they are definitely the ones to go to!

Had an interview scheduled, was not asked whether I had a vehicle. I was turned away due to Covid testing(which was not mentioned prior to my interview) I was told to stand outside and then I was turned away and asked to re-schedule my interview for next week and come in a vehicle. This is a poor representation of a company and staffing agency.

Super nice people

I came in on Thursday, submitted an application along with small quiz. Took roughly 1 hr and 1/2. They skipped my interview process for lunch purposes and I was told Id get a call to complete this process.I called back on Monday for a follow up but my information wasnt added to their system. I was asked if I can pass a background check which confused me because 1) I already put what I was cited for on my application. And 2) I had given them consent for background as well. Seems like ok people but they definitely could use a more professional touch. I DONT KNOW ABOUT THIS PLACE ! Doesnt seem promising at all

All the staff is very kind and friendly. Its great. They really help you. (For example) if you go apply today in 1 to 2 days they call you so you can start working. They also do there best to complete your week if the job goes down. Im very grateful 😉😉

As an employer Star 1 has been very helpful with getting us employees quickly. We received qualified people who were motivated to work and this really helped us during the busy season. They have been very friendly to deal with and easy to get in contact with when needed.

My husband used to work for them. They really take care of new hires. Once you start working for them you pretty much will never run out of work to do. They always find another one for you. My husband is very happy with them.

Not only has my time been waisted and Ive been disrespected and ignored. I have also not been paid. Nor received a pay card. One that I was told I would be given after I finished my paperwork at the office. I asked 3 times about how i would be getting paid, before finishing my paperwork the women at the front desk stated that my wife and myself would be getting a text message in a few moments with work location and details. Well... my wife and i never received them. We waited an extra day, made a call to the office and got excuse after excuse as to why it was our falt that they didnt do what they said they were going to do. There are no if ands or buts. It is not my job to do your job. End of story. Being low income Ive got more to worry about that doing your job for you in order for me to receive work or payment. I have now been forced to take legal action

The staff here are super friendly and bilingual ! I came in to apply and they were kind enough to work with my current schedule. They find me jobs on my days off from my work or even on the days I work before or after my shift. I would definitely recommend Star 1 Personnel for anyone in need of a job !

The ladies at the office were very sweet. They were clear in what was expected in us. They got me a job and update with me on other jobs as well. Keep up the great work ladies. And thank you very much.

Company doesn’t even try. Waste of time to drive so far out, ppl in office seem very unprofessional. They wouldve done better by hiring me in office. At least I have great customer skills, seeing I have awards and certifications for it. #GoFigure

Rude and unhelpful. Very typical of what youll find in a city with so many people looking for jobs. But really? Having a birthday party in the middle of the day with a lobby full of people waiting for an hour or more is just unprofessional.

Messed my pay up from day one took 3 weeks to get all my money and they never made it right wont ever use them or recommend anyone to use them ever they could care less if u get paid they r the worst ever wouldnt even answer a phone

Very unprofessional I was called 7/27/2019 around 2:50pm and asked how my schedule was and if I was open next week i said yes Im available ...I was told I would receive a call with details for next week and received a call stating I did not get the job after a long confusing conversation the phone call was pointless and I was basically lied to to my ear unacceptable first time applying and I will not refer this company to anyone apologies for the inconvenience.

Worked as a temp here for Pabco. It was an ok experience when dealing with Star 1 Personal. they gave me the run around when my 1st paycheck came in.
