They use Millennium for those purposes. The moment I walked in, I felt I welcomed. The office is dingy and run down. Emma has the worst interview skills, and personality. When I mentioned I was in school and the employee was willing to work with my schedule, she laughed. I have never been through a staffing agency, but let me tell you. Don’t choose this one. There are plenty all over the Vegas valley. Know you are worth more than how millennium treats people. Just read other reviews. You will find how bad it is.

Two years ago didnt have a problem with them. But the past eight months I have been trying to contact them no response, email my availability text my availability call it in once again nothing. I call leave voicemails no one returns phone calls. I dont know what happened to them.

There staff is highly untrained. I have worked for many companies and definitely this one doesnt know the difference between a Convention Center or a Arena. They also dont know anything the jobs intails. I was told to go to training for the arena and I work it all the time for other companies so I said no to the training. They decided to assume I took the training when I didnt because it was at the arena. I worked one day at Sam Boyd Stadium and I was more trained on how to run the stand than there actual stand manager employees (I didnt get paid enough to manage or try and figure out how to get that place to code). If you are highly trained in many different areas and dont like companies that dont have a clue what they are doing. This is not it. I wish them the best they pay $9 an hour for most gigs when other companies are paying $10.50+ for the same gig.

Completely unprofessional. Most of the recruiters are impossible to get a hold of when you need them. They have no problems about keeping you on hold for an hour before you talk to someone.

The jobs i have gotten are nothing higher than 8.25. They also lie.... SHOCKER. i was told i would be paid $9 an hour for a job( i have proof) and come to find out i got paid $8.25. I called to asked what happen and they have no clue. Value yourself people, they dont deserve your hard work for such little pay. On top of that they are rude! The reason I am giving 2 stars is due to a recruiter named Scott he is absolutely the best! Hes understanding, caring & there for you. The rest are liars and could careless. Try another staffing agency please. They also take so long to process ANY type of paper.

They called me less than an hour before my 9:30 interview to cancel my interview because their computers were down. They told me the next available date they had was 2 weeks later at the same time. Day of the interview I called before to ask their cross street and also if their building was in a plaza. The Receptionist told me it wasnt. It is in a small business plaza a little off the street. You wont see it from the front. I ended up driving around looking for the building and was 5 minutes late. She asked me for my cards and then told me the woman wouldnt see me but I could reschedule. Fair enough but Ill still be the same person next week and in the meantime staffing agencies are a dime a dozen. I told her Ill keep looking. Im employed just looking for part time work.They wasted my time having me get ready for my original interview because of their computers being down so it would have been nice if they gave me the decency of seeing me but its a blessing in disguise Im sure. The reviews are awful so thats a red flag. Cold and stuffy. The Receptionist is really dry with no personality. You can tell youre not a real person to them. Just a temp.

I worked there for a few weeks. I had 3 paychecks in total- 1 was correct, another had missing hours and the last had nothing at all! They did not account for my hours and acted like it was my fault. Emma was rude and unprofessional and when I asked what happened she just seemed like she didn’t give a sh it. I wasted all day for then to fix it and not until I acted upon myself and called who they placed me with, did I get paid. Terrible experience and watch your money people!!! They will try to get away with not paying what they owe you!!Watch and keep track of your hours. Lesson learned

Ive been with a few temp agencies SMS I must say millenium has been awesome. Since I started in April theyve kept me working steady and theyre always there for me. Lisa and Nidia are extremely helpful and very polite and respectful. Id tell anybody to come to Millenium

This is a horrible very UNPROFESSIONAL place to work for. They didn’t pay my husband 3 separate times and then he had to wait for the following week to receive his pay all because the agency didn’t input the information and hours in the system but they didn’t care that he needed his pay to get back & forth to worth. Than the office receptionist lied in a whole crew of workers and got them all removed from being able to ever work for the company because she didn’t know names so she blamed everyone on the work site. Furthermore it’s now February 13 and they have yet to mail out W-2’s. This is by far the worst temp agency I have ever seen and they make TOO MANY ERRORS and than want to place blame everywhere but on the office staff whom is messing up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR HARD WORKING SKILLS ON THIS PLACE VERY UNAPPRECIATIVE OF PEOPLES LIVELY-HOOD‼️‼️‼️😓

I cant speak from experience because I have never been employed there, but I did work for one of their Staffing competitors and heard that their company pays more. Must be willing to take overnight shifts...again this is hearsay but definitely worth checking out.

One of their agents made fun of my clothes and told me to go home and change if I wanted an interview... I was wearing khaki shorts and a button down shirt. I felt totally humiliated for no good reason. I guess the guy wearing sweatpants and a stained t-shirt that came in to pick up his check while I was waiting gets a free pass since hes already working for Millennium. Pretty sure I was discriminated against just because of my ethnicity but I certainly cant prove it. Dont interview here for a job with Ocean Spray in Henderson, NV. They make you interview with 5 people at once and even if you get the job you actually didnt because you have to work through the temp agency for months, sometimes years, before actually being hired directly by Ocean Spray. Until that time, youre an employee of Millennium Staffing, not Ocean Spray. That means no Ocean Spray pay or benefits. Youve been warned.

Called to reschedule interview appointment and receptionist was extremely rude over the phone not letting me tell her my name so I can cancel. She didnt say who she was and covered her rudeness and lack of customer service by quickly saying thanks for calling. Once again this person just wants to sit on her ass and collect a paycheck

They just cut you off when youre talking .. Kind of rude. Rachel was very short and vague with me even after I went through the trouble of completing the online app. I scheduled a 10:30am interview with her but I wont be wasting my time. Ive had much better service at other staffing agencies.

Soooo many issues with this company. I have a brother who is 19 and is living with me until he leaves next month to go work again but since he’s staying with me he needs money. When he signed up we took him to his interview and asked the people at the front desk if he could call us from their phone so we can pick him up after his interview because he lost his phone and the narrow minded receptionist said “well how are we going to call him if we have a job for him ?” GIRL we have a HOUSE PHONE you can CALL him on that one. They made him work a very bad shift 11:45pm-7:45am and was told he would be getting paid $9 an hour for FOUR days but when he got his card yes his CARD not a check it was only $108.00 ?????? He called them and asked what happened to the rest of the money and they said that “this is all we could do”... I used to be a customer service representative so I will be calling tomorrow and I don’t play when it comes to $$$ go somewhere else like Pride Staff they are the real deal and you get PAID for what you work for.

This was by far the worst temp agency I have ever been to! I just got to Vegas about a week ago and need it to find a job when I got there to interview they kicked me out because I had holes in my shoes I had apologized and told them I did not know I had to have perfect shoes so I had to reschedule and the woman at the front desk was the rudest person I have ever met I remain to be kind to her because thats just how I am. I just dont know what bring someone to be so ugly to someone they have never met before. I ended up going to Manpower its another temp agency in Vegas they were much much better

They dont pay on time, and if you call and walk in for a check they just have the same lame excuse as if theyre job is hard, multiple people that I know were not paid or underpaid and never was able to resolve the problem . I honestly dont know how theyre still an Agency, plenty of other Agencies out there, so do yourself a favor and just avoid this one.

I worked for them for about 5 months. While I was employed I never had an issue being paid on time. Soon as I find a better job. Magically I dont get paid. American key supply was where I was placed. I really dont know if millinium had anything to do with that. It seems like American key supply did that. My problem with Millinium is how they have handled the situation after the fact. The main woman who answers the phone is extremely rude. No one will even call me back. Im a step away from contacting the labor board. Fast forward. Now its tax time. Instead of giving w2s in a timely fashion. Seeing how their temp employees dont make much money. 😞👎Lastly they have barely ansered the phone since the first. I hand to call, hang up call ect. to be told it was being mailed on the 31st. Only to call back on Feb 2nd to be told that they went out 2 weeks ago and come pick it up. Unprofessional office staff 👿👿👿👿. I hope that when they need timely service, no one cares and on top of that has an attitude problem. 🙏🙏 I wish I could give no stars. 💯

I had heard great references of this company, but when I called to inquire, the receptionist (Rachelle) was very disrespectful. The poor service that I received was not from a serious nor professional company.They dont know how to help a client; they lack education and decency but they abound in sarcasm. My expectations were high but dropped after having a horrible experience. I wouldnt recommend anyone going to this company unless they change their impolite behavior and begin acting professional. Make a change, because your company will not grow with such a blunt attitude!I feel sorry for the employees who have to deal with this everytime they call.

They dont really care for there employees and try to make you do the most there for 8.25. The supervisors talk about workers behind there backs and shows favoritism. I suggest you should go if you need quick money but dont plan on staying. They are also stingy with hours where u might work 4 days with less than 20 hours.

Im giving one star because of Judy. head employee (unsure whats her position but I know its a higher position) who is must be Satans mother because shes the rudest, unprofessional, evils employee Ive in counter in my work experience. You call off? She wants to EXACTLY why youre calling off like excuse me? You dont need to know %100 of my business on why Im calling off. Its that simple Im calling off for a reason. You got a question? Shell put you on blast in front of co workers by yelling with a attitude like a five year old but thats for any reason actually. I went from a temp. admin. assistant to a full time manager at one of the largest corporations in the world, and i would never had gotten that chance through the normal application process. I sent my resume to a few agencies here in Las Vegas, Millenium was the only one that offered same day interviews. If you are hard working, reliable and have a pleasant personality they will hire you. Ive had many assignments that I accept because im looking to change my career. Millenium has made it possible for me to use my skill set and be able to add to it. The staff at all levels are really supportive. Go to this agency first! Really....

The lady answering the phone left me on hold first time 5 minutes and than disconnected 2nd call phone just ring and ring 3rd call 12 minutes and disconection.FINALLY I CALLED AND ACTED LIKE I WAS AN EMPLOYER and pushed the number on the phone for that and I finally was able to explain what happened and that lady was able to help me schedule an interview with no problem.What A lot to go thru for an interview for a staffing agency!!!!

Told them I have plenty of call center experience and lined me up with some food handout gig. pathetic. dont even bother telling them what experience you have they will just hand you over to something tedious with dress code and no facial piercings for minimum wage. i recommend epic personnel they have call center positions that start at 9.25 with no dress code and no piercing policy.

Charged me $37 for a background check without telling me it would be at my cost. First check was 3 days late and short. Not a great place.

They fired me when I was on my workmans comp because they didnt want to pay me workmans comp they fired me and gave me a lame excuse saying that I was no-call no-show when I had seen the day before they fired me and they they owe me back pay because they were only paying me 825 an hour when minimum wage is 845 an hour

This staffing agency is AWFUL. They will get you terrible jobs, paying you way less than you should be earning. The staff is atrociously unprofessional and not at all supportive (thanks for nothing Debbi). Stay away from this horrible place.

Not very helpful. Staff is very young and inexperienced and far removed from its candidates. Additionally, there were hidden fees that took away from my first paycheck. I will not go back.
