Friendly staff at the Flamingo location. If this is your dentist I would get second opinions on everything they want to do. They are constantly trying to up sell and do unnecessary procedures that will cost you out of pocket. They told me I needed to pay $60 to get the x-ray that goes 360 around your head, my new dentist said thats covered under my insurance 100%. Just seems like this place is more about nickel and diming patients than their overall health.

Coast dental was a great experience. I’m very happy that they were able to take my insurance and get me seen by the orthodontist and dentist right away. They workers are friendly and helpful consistently! Fey, Dr. Patel, and Celeste were an amazing team to be working on me. Thank you so much. You’d be luck to go to them.

If you want to stay healthy, Stay away from here!!! They let a guy in without using his mask in the tight office environment. He was spitting all over while speaking and they did not make any effort to clean or advise him to keep a mask on 100% of the time.Im not going to a dentist to leave my mouth open as a landing spot for this guys disease......COIVD-19 is REAL!!

This is the best dental office that I have ever been to. Every single member of their staff that I have ever spoken to has been very pleasant and understanding. They seem genuine and helpful every step of the way. I have never felt rushed or stressed in this office.Jessica Wu & her assistant have been amazing with the extractions that I needed. She has always explained everything as she was doing it and checked in frequently to see how I was doing, if I was still numb, etc. Highly recommend!

With a calm demeanor, she even seeks perfect work!How I wish I had known about Coast Dental the day they opened their doors!

I’m new to Vegas and have had a great experience at coast dental! I didn’t need to try out any other place, they sold me on the first visit! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are efficient and get things done in a timely manner. And they are super affordable which is great for someone on a budget like me!

A tip. You guys dont need to call multiple times from various numbers to confirm appointments. Plus you guys email and text. Like I didnt respond to text confirming. People are at work and busy, its like cold calling. So that already leaves bad impression. Its overwhelming. I will update review after my appt. Also the call center they apparently have scheduled my appt for alingers wrong under general dentistry and they called to reschedule my appt day of. That is weird that they caught it so late. So its been an odd experience so far attempting to do business with this office.

Reggie & Claudine are the best people to see here! They are so friendly and caring. They take time to make sure everything going well and you are completely aware of everything they are doing. Dr. Beth is the best doctor there! She keeps you informed through the entire process and makes sure you understand why she’s making the changes at each appointment. This is the best place!

The best dental visit I have ever had. I was really nervous to go since it had been a long while since my last actual visit with a dentist. All the girls were awesome and made my visit enjoyable. As soon as I walked in Kayla greeted me with a smile. My assistant Alisa was very friendly and fun to talk with. Definitely made me feel more comfortable. Not to mention she was very quick taking my xrays. Dr. Wu was very thorough and took the time to explain everything and all of my options. You can tell she actually cares about her patients and loves what she does. Jordan made the financial part of things nice and easy. Last but not least Aubrie cleaned my teeth and I was surprised at how painless she made it. Definitely recommend this place and will be going back!

This is a great dental office for my 2 girls, 9 and 11. Dr. Wu was very kind and communicated well with both my daughters. She let us know that my kids were missing some areas when they brushed their teeth. So I went home and watched teeth brushing videos with them and worked with them to see how they can improve their brushing game. Jordan, the manager there, is so bubbly and makes the office light up with her smile and wonderful service. Would recommend.

I really like Coast Dental on West Flamingo. Penny the assistant Office manager is very knowledgeable and friendly and has treated me very well. She has helped me to understand the financial aspect of my Dental treatment program so I don’t feel overwhelmed by the costs involved.Dr. Wu is a new Dentist for me and she made me feel welcome at the first appointment. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Kayla with a friendly, warm welcome. Jordan is the officer manager. She takes the time to give personal attention and answer all questions I had. She is helpful in making me feel confient in what treatments I will have and what everything costs. My husband and I avoided the dentist at all costs before we found Coast Dental. We not only trust them with our oral health, but they offer fantastic pediatric services for our 3 sons. Weve had everything from cleanings to extractions, to wisdom teeth removal, gum infections, and our oldest has had his braces for over a year now. The office staff are friendly and understanding when we have to reschedule. They offer great oral health advice, and make sure youre comfortable during all procedures. They also offer a small retail area for any specialty products you cant find at the grocery or pharmacy. We cant recommend this place more.

I have been a patient in this location and with other relatives attending the same location, the office manager has her hands full. Always with a smile and patience answers all questions and addressed all concerns. It was so easy to deal with check-in, paperwork, etc. and did not made us wait long before the tech was ready to see us for treatment. I highly recommend this office for dental work.

Im not a fan of the dentist, its honestly been years since I been to one but the staff here are amazing and really helped me feel comfortable. This location is super convenient for me, its literally down the street. I didnt really have to wait long for anything. Everything was about 10-15 mins wait to be called in or to be attended too. Karen I believe is the receptionist, shes one of the nicest ladies Ive met and shes from Hawaii just like me. Faye and Dr. Wu are amazing. Theyre an awesome duo, super fast and efficient. I love that they explain everything to you. I highly recommend this team.

Dr. Wu is very friendly and an extremely competent dentist. I have been a patient of hers for several years, and she is one of my favorite dentists I’ve ever had. The hygienist was also very friendly and very gentle when she was cleaning my teeth.

A really great experience. I don’t really go to the dentist that often since most places I’ve gone to want to overcharge you. I was a little worried before going into the place but the whole experience was great from the start to finish. Kayla and Jordan greeted me when I walked in and they were super helpful when it came to answer questions I had over the paperwork and going over my insurance. The back office was just as nice. Dr. Wu and Alisa were really thorough and took their time to explain everything that was going on in my mouth and what kind of work I needed to have done. They both made me feel really comfortable with everything going on in my mouth. When it came to finally getting my teeth cleaned, the hygienist, Aubrie, was really gentle with my teeth. My teeth have always been sensitive and getting them cleaned usually hurts whenever a dentist uses that machine that spits out water and vibrates like a jack hammer. The hygienist was able to clean my teeth without using that machine and it was one of the best cleanings I have had. No pain, no sensitivity, and everything in my mouth felt super clean.Overall, the office and Dr. Wu were really great to me. I have never felt more comfortable with a dental office and the people work there. Finally felt like I was going to an office that cares about the person sitting in the chair. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I saw Dr Wu for a second opinion when I was having dental pain. She was very patient and thorough. She looked at my previous filling and explained everything to me in detail. She came up with a great treatment plan and has helped me so much! She is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Every single one of the staff members were so kind and very helpful making sure I knew what was going on every step of the way! I came in to get a cleaning also knowing I would need an extraction and definitely some fillings. I brought my daughter who sat patiently in the same room while they cleaned and filled my teeth. One of Dr, Wilsons assistants even went and got my daughter a cheeseburger and had her go eat in the other room during the extraction since I didnt realize how long we would be there (my sweet tooth got the best of my teeth). I am so thankful for Dr. Wilson and the rest of the staff for getting my teeth back in healthy order!! We are excited to come back we definitely have a great dental family now!

Started with the convenience of this location and end up being a great place with very knowledgeable doctors. I had issues with my teeth before and always weary about treatment but they put all my concerns at ease. I recommend this office to get your dental needs taking care of.

My experience was great, the front office was friendly, professional and helpful. Dr Kinfu rocks, very friendly and informative. The hygienist was gentle and did a great job with my cleaning. The DA’s, basically everyone, was super nice. I definitely recommend this office. I congratulate the office manager for having a great team.

Being in the hospitality industry, guest service is very important. I don’t mind the dentist, but to some people it can be the most fearful, dreadful experience they encounter. The new staff is very welcoming and upbeat from the front manager Jordan to the hygienist Fay. Dr. Wu is great: skilled, quick, and friendly!

Dr. Wilson is amazing! He made me believe he truly cared about my treatment. He put me at ease & I wasnt the least bit nervous like I normally am during a dentist visit. His assistants are also awesome. They kept making sure I was ok & asked if I needed anything. Switched to Coast Dental recently after a negative experience with another company. Immediately felt comfortable with this office and the staff has been nothing but amazing. I was a first time patient called Monday They got me in 1st thing in the morning Tuesday. They were all very professional go above and beyond to help you out in any way possible. This place doesnt even deserve a 1 star. I had an appointment today at Coast Dental. I feel they are running an unethical illegal scam over at the 8445 W Flamingo Rd. I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and x-ray. The doctor tells me I have prophylaxis disease. I was told in quote its illegal to get a regular cleaning if you have prophylaxis disease I said Illegal is a strong word. I called the ADA and they stated its not Illegal to get a regular cleaning it highly recommend to get a deep cleaning but you have the choice to get which cleaning you Want. I feel its illegal to lie to people about what what they can and cannot get. Yet telling people its illegal to get a cleaning is clearly a lie. $700 later because they refuse to let me use what was offered free on my dental plan. Im 30 years old and my teeth are in really good shape. I feel this place tells you you have stuff you dont then charges you thousands of dollars. Jorden in billing MANAGEMENT stated its illegal to let customer do a regular cleaning. I feel I should of been offered a choice. I understand they might think a deep cleaning would be highly recommended however its not illegal to do a regular cleaning. I feel they should of done what I asked for that fits with my budget. Not what they want deposited in there bank account. I was charge all of these obserd fees based on it was illegal if I didnt get my teeth DEEP cleaned on the high priced $700 monthly plan. I have 4 pages of fees when all I asked for was a cleaning and an exam. However its apparently illegal in Jordans eyes however not in the ADA EYES. Im meeting with an attorney tomorrow at 3pm. Until Im provided a refund. Its not about the money. Its about giving customers options I can see the more expensive service is better to them but I should not be lied to and told its my only option. Jordan says Im breaking the law if I am requesting a regular cleaning. Really?

We are visiting from Hawaii and in need of dental repair. The lady, Carol was extremely helpful and professional in explaining the billing process. She was so accommodating to our dilemma. UPDATE:It has been a month and Im still pulling fragments of tooth out. The tooth shattered while she was trying to remove it. Itll heal up and then another fragment will worm its way too surface. These 2 in the photo are just from tonight. Im up to about half dozen. No follow up visit schedule nor phone call received.My Valentines day got spent in chair. Removing 2 teeth. Unfortunately my insurance will not cover anything but yanking out teeth. However they were kind and worked with despite my anxiety. The one tooth took over an hour to remove. However she was patient and kept at it. Honestly no clue where she got the strength to get this thing out. Over all fantastic dentist. Great people who will make you feel so ease.

This Coast Dental office (located in West Flamingo) is an astounding place to be! The staff here are extremely sympathetic and friendly, they are also very solicitous about your health, especially Reggie,Claudine,Dr. Yamashiro, and Fe. I recommend this clinic as your preference for your dental needs. Everyone here is treated like family 😊

First off I would like to say that the dental staff is by far amazing and very experienced, but the treatment I get from the front desk staff isnt the best by far and completely ruins the experience for me. A woman would often answer the phone and would have an incredibly intolerable attitude which makes it impossible to schedule any appointments with and also they dont send out text message notifications on a reasonable time.Originally Coast Dental had 1 star for their services on google until someone from the staff started soliciting costumers to download google maps and write about their services on Google.Im not a HUGE fan of this dental office. Again, the dental staff is by far great but the receptionists are unbearable.

My children and I have been patients since 2014. Danielle (hygienist) is the only one who will i allow to deep clean my teeth. She has a light touch when it comes to deep cleaning. After 6-8 months of deep cleaning, prescription toothpaste and mouth wash my numbers has decreased from 4-5 to 2-3. Thank you Coast Dental and Danielle, ox!

This place has to be buying good reviews. Horrible for orthodontics, so unorganized. I know a couple people that have gone here and also had multiple bad experiences. Incompetent staff. Staff failed to inform me that I needed something done between my next visit and completely lacked in customer service. Proceeded to blame me for their mistake and said it was my problem. got a phone call 10 minutes before appointment and the lady on the phone told me they wouldnt be able to do anything for me during my appointment. Was already on my way so went to the appointment anyway. Showed up and she was completely wrong. Glad I didnt listen to her. This place is a sh** show.

She also very professionally and politely mentioned there’s an orthodontist there in the office if I were interested in braces or in invisaline as that was an option but she wasn’t pushy about making an appointment which was great. Clean and relaxing environment! 🙏 thankfully.I neglected my teeth for about two years and am now playing catch up with dental work so Im in this office pretty regularly of late.To boot, my insurance was whacky and confused the heck out me. Lisa, the office manager, was and is so patient and took the time to work with me to figure out the best way to pay which I felt like most other places would have just blown me off and mailed a bill. Glad to have found this team of dental experts, including Dr. Wilson, DMD. who instantly put me at ease and handled the crown procedure quickly, gently and painlessly.

The staff is super friendly, and Im always in and out in no time. Jordan at the front desk is super duper friendly, and always makes me feel welcomed.

Excellent staff! Dr. Beth Yamashiro is the best, she is very thorough and not without good help. Regie is gentle and still performs well. Although she looks 20 Fe is also a very experienced assistant.
