Their whole team made me feel at ease, even with the incredible amount of work that I am having done, Im comfortable, trusting, and also excited to get it done!Im thrilled and relieved that Ive finally found a dental office I trust and feel comfortable with, and (sounds strange to say, however) looking forward to my next visit!

Dr. Lee and Sarah and the rest of the staff stayed late on a Friday 2 weeks ago way past closing to take care of a very painful tooth and put a Crown in. During this whole procedure my whims cares and concerns came first. During the procedure always care humor and encouragement, all the way.Highly recommend this Practice especially the dynamic incredible duo of Dr Bell and Sarah.What a great team that treated you like family not just a Patient.Went back that following Friday for a a quick checkup and how I liked my temporary tooth made for my Crown. The doctor and assistant were adamant to making sure he felt no pain and made him extra numb and did everything to make him comfortable even brought him a heater and blanket to keep comfy during the procedure! A1 Dental is Great! Tesa (office manager) really helped me afford dental work that I of course kept putting off for way to long. She worked on pricing, which is such a nice thing to do. Many places in town will not go above and beyond to see if they can work out better pricing, especially for crowns. I highly recommend A1 Dental! The dentist was super kind, gentle and took his time while completing the work needed on the whole left side of my mouth. Great place!!

I called about a broken upper front tooth with a very large cavity in it. Four hours later I was walking out their door with the cavity removed the rest of my tooth reshaped, and a temporary crown in ; with the permanent one in the works from their lab. Fast, professional, and very reasonably price for first time and quick treatment.

A1 provided me with the best dental services that I have had in many years.Dr Lee, the Dentist was very kind, compassionate and caring.The entire staff in this office was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, humorous and generally created a positive vibe in this office.I dont remember all of the Ladies names, but, I do remember two of their names Karen was the hygienist that cleaned my teeth. Amy, from Cali, was Dr Lees dental assistant. Both went above and beyond the best to provide me with an outstanding dental service experience.All of the other ladies were also the best of the best, including the front office and receptionists.I had 4 caps that needed to be prepped. I also had a deep cleaning. Neither were as painful as I previously perceived that they would be...even today, the day after having 4 cap preps completed, the pain is minimal!I Am returning on 5/2/18 to have them put the permanent caps on my teeth and also to have the other half of my teeth deep cleaned. I am actually, looking forward to going back to getting my permanent caps/deep cleaning and to feeling the positive energy that was designated by Dr Lee and his entire staff.Their kindness, compassion and positive healing energy has left me with a great feeling and I do not fear having my dental work completed due to this.I will write another review after I my next appointment. This place is a scam. I came here often as they are near where i live. Recently, i have an extraction and a bridge. The lady in the front offer me a loan as i cant pay off the entire amount. (Take this a bridge cost me $3000) Applied and was approved the loan. A couple months later im having some issues with the bridge. Went back and they took care of it. A friend of a friend happens to be a dentist told me that the bridge was a fake . They used some sort of a cheap products costing probably less than $200 and they charged me $3 Grand. Wow, these Asian and Mexican people that work there are totally scumbags.

To be careful! They put in the money in front of patient. When your teeth need be filled, they would let you do crown. The new reception girls are not professional, she wouldnt give you a call when something happened. I spent thousands in this office, paid in full every time. Last year I gave them a notice that I wouldnt come back. They still set up an app for me and send a bill to me because I didnt show up.

It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. The staff presented themselves in a professional manner; the dental evaluation was complete and well explained, and the doctor appeared to have my best interest in mind. Prior to going I did my research, and am comfortable with Dr. Doan taking care of my dental health.

The office manager Jessica is so RUDE, INSULTING AND ARROGANT! Very unprofessional and will not budge if you have a problem. She can say Im sorry a million times and not mean it. Totally very UNCOMPASSIONATE! If you want to file a complaint, you will not be able to talk to the owner. They have a very tight fortress of staff that will block you. Totally scammed us! They are only nice to you if they can make money off of you but if you present a problem they will just brush you off. If you were scammed please come forward. We are filing a lawsuit!

Visiting A1 Dental was a uniquely pleasant experience. The work on my teeth was excellent and the service was exemplary. I was made to feel as if the whole office existed for no one but me, which is a level of service I am unaccustomed to anywhere.

This clinic will take care of you! Ive been looking for a dental clinic that i will always go to and this place is my choice. Ive been going here for 3 years now and still no complain. They help me get the treatment i need and give me financial options as well. People are so accomodating, they do their best to help me. They have really high technology equipments, everything is sanitized, theres a screen infront which makes it so easy to discuss the xrays and etc. I like how they sanitize what they use in front of me which makes me feel more safe. I love everyone in this clinic and i will surely suggest this to my family and friends ;)

Place was amazing, right when I walked was greeted with a heavenly smile from the receptionist. Prices are really fair they will give ou multiple options on how you can pay for our dental work. They will give you there honest opinion of what you should do but your the customer so they let you choose, however its doesnt hurt to get an opinion from the assistance. Tiana was great at making sure I was good during my dental exam and if I had any concerning questions. All in all best debtal office ive been to in Vegas I will be back soon 😊
