Scott is the best! They can diagnose your car very quickly and then whatever it needs, he will get it done right away. They are very busy and yet they still can take care of anyone who needs work done quickly. They diagnose what you need, and they dont do things that are not important right now, unless you ask. Highly recommended.

I am 64 years old and Ive been dealing with a lot of mechanics in my lifetime, and I have to say that I am blessed that this shop is close to my house with a managing mechanic who is experienced and know what hes doing and gets all his mechanics to do the right thing. Scott should probably be teaching other mechanics how to do it right.In 2021, they are the exception rather than the rule. If you go elsewhere to have your car serviced, and you dont like it, its on you because Safe Auto is available to you 6 days a week 10 hours a day and they get it fixed right the first time at a price that cant be beat.

Absolutely the best auto repair shop ever! I have been to so many places that have ripped me off and given misinformation. Safe Auto Care is just what the name says. They are conveniently located on the SW corner of Pecos & Russell not far from where I live and in the same parking lot as my gym so I have passed them many times thinking they were a small business and most likely not able to work on my beautiful cars. I stopped in for an oil change as they were close and I was in a hurry. I will tell you now, even if they were in N. Las Vegas or Summerlin I would make the trip to have them work on my cars. Scott is amazing and honest with attention to detail. They are my forever car care specialist! Just recently I needed a upper radiator hose for my Jag, I got quotes (just for the hose), from $216 - to $68, Scott found the hose for $22.99 + tax and Installed it for less then the lowest price quoted for just the hose! I had my expedition there over a week and they called and said I needed a $300 battery because mine would not hold a charge. I showed up unexpectedly and the front door was not latched and the front window was down and it was parked outside. As the battery was under warranty I took it and had it checked. I drove approximately 6 minutes and they car restarted and checked out fine so to have further proof of this fraud I took it to another place and had the battery checked it also passed. They attempted to take advantage of a disabled senior citizen because they did not think I would check on them. I recommend you don’t take your vehicle there. I was fortunate and they did not get money from me but if they try it with me they may try it with you.

Horrible service… liars. Had our car for weeks waiting on parts charged more and more every day for e yea stuff not mentioned in the beginning. One day says it’ll be done then a week later still not done. Irritating beings I’m having to pay for a rental as well. Do not I repeat DO NOT give them your vehicle!! They have no clue what they are doing. I’d give zero stars if it allowed.

Do not go here. They do not know tanything about cars. They didnt do anything but poke around and said no sure what it is. Drive this dangerous car home and come back laterWell they only poked around again. They were totally worthless. Went to Meineke and they found out the wire harness was melted like I suggested to Safe Auto but they said no it cant be that. So good luck if you go there. You pay for nothing. I am out $1500 dollars because if their lack of knowledge. Safe Auto you suck!

I got a fuel pump done. It stop working after a month took it back to them now its going to take them over a week to fix because they mechanic dont wanna work. Where they do that at.

Just left this place, spent almost $2000 and the man was rude and condescending. He was nice up to the point I made a payment. I advised him that my bluetooth piece was missing and he told me that was sol...if you want to be treated with respect, I advise not to go here!

Ive been here a couple of times and let me tell u. Scott and his staff are amazing, very friendly. Im coming here from here on out. Fair prices and youre in and out. Got a good deal on a radiator replacement. This place beats any other auto shop. Hands down.

Had a lower Intake gasket repairs in my 99 Yukon,they did a phenomenal job...then took my 2011 avenger in for a blown head gasket great job on the repair..Scott is awesome office staff is friendly.. mechanic is very good and communication is great.. overall great experience..tip the mechanics take care of the people who serve you and lead by example.. thanks safe auto.. definitely recommend you

Had them replace timing belt and water pump. Timing was off, two ground wire not reconnected, hose cut, doesnt want to start after fueling up and my cruise doesnt work now..created more issues after the repair...Do not use them...period.

Came here way back in 2018 as it was the best priced and closest to UNLV. They fixed my alternator, my cables and something else pretty inexpensively as I was a poor college student (I still am).Came back in 2019 as I blew out my power steering belt and ruined the pump (I continued to drive on it), cost about $350 to fix, best price after calling around to other places. They also checked/filled my tires with air andNoticed some leaking and my fluid still leaking a few months later, and got that fixed, with an estimate for more work due to my failure to fix my pump sooner.All in all: they are decently priced, work quickly even when they are backed up with others, will let you pick and choose what you have done without pressuring you. Feel very comfortable coming here (young girl with a decent knowledge of cars) and feel they do a good job everytime. I would recommend anyone to come here instead of the dealership.

What is there to say but completely above and beyond great service. Before they could tend to our vehicle issue suggested that we go to the gas station across the street where to do our smog test being few dollars cheaper. I am assuming the gentleman we had was the owner, surprised us by this. Not many places will do that. After the smog test we headed back. Resetting our cars audio the problem was fixed and barely waited for more than a couple of minutes. To the everybody there thank you. Definitely will go back here again.

If you just need an oil change this place might be safe but for any major repairs DO NOT COME HERE. I have a 2016 Chevy Malibu, unfortunately my car wouldnt turn on and it happened to be in the plaza as I stopped for a smoothie at the cafe next to the shop. I had no choice but to come here. It took them about 2-3 hours to figure out what was wrong with my car. First red flag was when they couldnt figure out what kind of car I had. They said I needed a new fuel pump and told them Id bring the part myself. They double checked to make sure it was the pump and said it was. I came back days later with the part, got the call the next day that my car was ready. As soon as I picked up my car I noticed the check engine light was on for the very first time. The mechanics looked puzzled not knowing why. They used a machine to turn of the light but you could tell on one of the mechanics face that they did something wrong. They asked me to drive the car around and to bring it back if the light turned on. And it did, very unprofessional to have a customer test drive a car that was not fixed correctly. Had to bring the car back AGAIN and thats when one of the mechanics started assuming maybe its because the part you brought us was the wrong part so they put in a part in my car knowing it was the wrong one?Now the owner wants me to split the labor fee to see if thats the reason why the check engine light is on.Another red flag was when my friend asked a question about how hot can an engine get before breaking down and the mechanic had to google the answer.I ended up taking my car to the dealership and they fixed their mistake which turns out they ripped a part of the hose when they changed my fuel pump.This place needs to train their mechanics or should be shut down!

WHAT A JOKE!! After spending 2 hours here, I was told my car needed wheel bearings and an axle.I took it for a second opinion - my axle and wheel bearings are fine! All I needed was 2 new tires and some routine TLC.Never again... Yes, they offer free diagnostic - but who cares if its free when its totally wrong?!?!

This was THE WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had at a mechanic. They broke my door and told me they would charge me for the $10 of gas they put in my jeep if I wrote a good review after the $850 I spent. They lied about how much time it would take to fix my car and over worked their mechanics to get it done. Then on top of all that they left chapstick and drill bits in my car. I do plan on suing them.

MY FIRST VISIT: Best mechanic and great service ! Their easy to talk to. Fair to everyone and expedite service. I wish I could of tipped the mechanic.

My car failed a smog test twice for a “replace battery” code even after Autozone running a diagnostic test and telling me my battery was 100% charged and didn’t need replacing. Freaking out because my registration was due a few days later, I went to Safe Auto Care, and Scott helped figure out my problem! Turns out, my car has two batteries, and the code reader at Autozone didn’t pick that up, so although my main battery under the hood was 100% charged, I also had a smaller battery in my trunk (that I didn’t know existed) which was undercharged. Scott didn’t have the exact battery at his store, but took the time to not only find me the battery, but also have it delivered to his store so I wasn’t driving all over town. The greplace battery code was cleared and he even had me come into the shop the next day so he could run the codes again before my smog test to ensure it would actually pass. Scott went above and beyond to help me, and I’m so appreciative of everything he has done! 1000% recommend going there for car troubles!

I brought my 2010 Ram 1500 in due to exhaust leak from the engine block. A bolt was broken on the left side of the engine exhaust system. After repairing, another broken bolt on the opposite side was detected as well. Omar explained that because it wasnt detected initially, he will fix it absolutely free of charge which took an initial 1 to 2 hours to repair. Wow, they treated me with respect and had trusted my business for years to come. Great service and attitude.

They completely wasted my time. They kept my car for 4 days and didnt get the chance to look at it. I told them it was urgent and I needed someone that could to do the job in a day or two. They accepted the job to prevent me going elsewhere. I received no updates and they couldnt even tell me what was wrong because they didnt look at the car.

This shop was amazing. We were traveling back to Ohio after being here on vacation for a week when our car started to overheat. No other shop in the area would help us at all. Called Safe Auto Care and they got us right in and fixed the problem. Don was a true life saver and I would recommend this shop to anyone. The service and people were the greatest!!!

Trash took them a good running truck that needed some oil leaks fixed i paid 1700 dollars and now the truck wont run...dont take your vehicle there they will mess it up. Stay away bad work and huge scammers

If you are a women the machanics will break something on your car and give you an estimate to get it fixed there. This place is a money hungry rip off. They will not fix yout car. They will break it more, thinking you will go back to them. They are money hungry greedy alcoholics. This place should really be shut down. Its extreamly sad what they do to their community.

Can here for an ac recharge and to look at my brakes. These people didnt know what they were doing. Took 2 hours to look at my truck and tell me I didnt see what was clearly visible with my brakes. They quoted me $100 for a pad swap on my rear brakes( I had the new pads) then they tell me it would be $300 because the mechanic said he needed to remove extra parts like my axles to install the new brakes.I went to an other shop where they did the pad swap and didnt new to remove anything extra to do the job right. And only cost me $80DONT COME HERE OR TRUST THIS SHOP they are people that make your car leak oil when you come in for a new air filter

Very friendly, everyone from mechanics to the lady behind the counter. Very professional and courteous. She even called days later to make sure the oil leak had stopped. I would and always do recomend safe auto care to my friends and family.

This place is a good shop. They diagnosed my vehicle and got my check engine light to go off. Sometimes they can take their time to do simple things like change a light bulb.

Worst experience Ive had, went to change my crankshaft sensor and after they did the job my car had extensive problems with it, my steering was hard, car lasts longer on turning on and a loud noise coming from the bottom of my car when it drives and later that same day it was fixed my car overheated and smoke came out and one of the hoses exploded. So people just know that this is how they make there money, they mess up other things so you come back and they can make more money off of you. What a rip off now Im down 1 k in fixing my car. Safe auto Care is a complete rip off

Check engine light was on and I saw the place while driving home so I thought why not. Their receptionist was very nice and BJ and his mechanics gave me a list of problems and a quote on how to fix them. couldnt get the car done before closing and I left it with them over night.Called in the morning tellin me its done. Was a bit pricey, but thats cars for you.
