My oil change for full synthetic was very cheap because I used a Groupon and they took the Groupon with no problems. Oil change was quick and they were very honest about another repair they could not do instead of just trying to make more money. Will definitely go back and would recommend to everyone.

Even though they knew we were here for a 1 night stay took their time (2 days) just to look at problems then wanted 1/2 down before ordering parts which by then brought the weekend. Monday called and the parts had arrived but every time I called I was told they would call me back, never once did they. Very unprofessional! Then the work was sloppy and they didn’t really want to address issues but gave me the warranty info so I could get someone else to fix it later. Not a good experience to say the least!

I went in to get my computer repaired/rebuild and ended up spending over $1k for a new engine harness but come to find out it was used and I was charged for a new one. After I get my truck out the transmission wouldnt shift into 1st gear so I was recommended a new transmission for $2k. I spend a total of $4k at this shop and barely got positive results. The staff is great I have no complaints there, but the quality of work and how long it takes to get things accomplished is very poor.

Over the 35 years Ive lived in Las Vegas Ive gone to many different mechanics for my vehicle repairs. And yes I say many because I could never find one that was honest and that did a good job. At least not until I found Dons DI! They are the BEST and very professional and they do a great job! When you drive out of their parking lot you know your vehicle is in good shape. Their prices are very fair as well and they dont rip you off like most of the other places. I have absolutely no hesitation about referring Dons Di Automotive and have referred them to many people. Im new to the state and area. I combed through Google to find a trusted mechanic who could fix my air conditioner. To say its been hot here in Las Vegas is an understatement. Dons had some really great reviews and is close to where I am staying. It was Labor Day weekend. They graciously offered to let me bring my 97 Cadillac Deville Delegance in but didnt think they could look at it because they were closing early for the holiday. So we both decided Id come in Monday morning.First thing Monday morning I arrived and was greeted so nicely by the employees I encountered. I really didnt know if it simply needed a charging of the a/c or something more. They allowed me to wait while they looked at it. Something they told me they dont charge for!! In less than an hour the issue was found. I needed a new compressor. It was going to take several hours. They needed to order the part and install it. They kindly offered to let me wait. Knowing it was going to be at least 4 hours I decided to walk literally across the street to the comfort of my hotel.Much sooner than expected I received a call that my vehicle was ready. So back across the street I went. From start to finish I was so impressed with the kind and caring customer service I received. Something that is rare in Sonoma County, my hometown. The price was very reasonable, especially because my vehicle is a Cadillac. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I have found my new mechanic now that Ive moved here. I felt that everyone was extremely friendly, honest, and genuine. You simply cant go wrong bringing your vehicle here for simply maintenance to big repairs. Oh I saw quite a few RVs there. They do it all.

So I went to get my car looked at and they were trying to make me change my radiator. There was nothing wrong with it. I only needed a water pump changed which on my car also includes the timing belt. They quoted 1344 for them to fix it and tried to add more then what actually needed to be done. Way to pricey and seems like they want to get over on people. I rarely write reviews but this place made me not want to have them work on my car. Went somewhere else and paid half the price.

Well since I work on my own car I thought this was an expense I didnt need. I went in to have my new motor adjusted and when I drove off I had the same problem. But I did find out that my 2005 Ford Focus needed a new engine wire harness which isnt made any longer. Now I have a vehicle I cant drive and they still charged me. Oh well, live & learn.

Called late on a Friday and they had me towed in first thing Saturday morning. Diagnosed it as a bad starter, got all the parts and had it installed by 3: 00pm Saturday afternoon. All done quickly (on a Saturday!!) at a reasonable price. No complaints here.... Great job

Both of my cars needed fuel pump replacement even though there are thousands of places selling fuel pump between 40 - 100 dollars the only pumps they can use at don cost450 dollars bluepus another 300 plus to install it simple fuel pump replacement close to 1000 bucksdo this is after paying 1600 for fuel injectors 2 weeks earlierbasicly for a fuel pump and fuel injectors cleaned was 2500 bucks by far the most expensive shop I have ever went to

This business got an unfair review by a Youtuber called Caralyns RV Life. She did several videos on service by this company . First video explained how life on the road as a full time nomad requires money set aside for rig repair. She noted all the cost but never complained. It wasnt until a week later that she was losing her mind and stating in another video that she was ripped off . She doxxed this company and had many of her subscribers calling in death threats and posting fake reviews . She subsequently removed the doxxing video but the damage had already been done. She claims she received all her money back for repairs on her rig but she was allowed to keep all parts - including a full set of 6 tires. Now she posted another video in which she is giving the tires away to some lucky patreon/subscriber. She claims she was going to sell them but I guess shes feeling generous. Not to mention, it drives up views and possibly subscribers.In my opinion, it is grossly unfair to attack a small business with this kind of behavior. Its funny that her mantra is BE HAPPY BE KIND AND BE FREE. I guess the last (Be Free) is what she expects from diesel repair shops. Cost is relative .There are a lot of factors that drive price. The cost of actual RVs has gone up significantly since the pandemic. The cost of fuel has gone up. The cost of toilet paper has gone up. I could go on and on. Bottom line, If she didnt approve of the price she could have refused the work and gone to another shop. Just my opinion.

Dlthey did a great job we where traveling through to head to a offroad race in Cali. Blew a head gasket on our diesel truck Paul the manager got our truck in and got the problem fixed. Will not be returning but remedy thisRegarding how I paid dons auto 8/4/2020 for spark plugs service and 3mos exactly 11/4/2020 my car is unable to start and after being advised per tech to get certain piece to resolve issue due to pandemic it took 3 almost 4 months after 11/2020 to receive part. So upon request I returned to dons end of january for repair which took about 5-6 weeks just to get it back, And now be advised just 3 weeks after retrieval of my repaired vehicle that the spark plugs need replacing. Now maybe that would seem right if my truck was running but no it was parked unable to start for 3-4months then about another month or so in dons auto custody so essentially 50k-80k miles worth of driving to need spark plug replacement couldnt have been conceivable.I would have given zero stars but thats messed up and unlikeDONS AUTO ON BOULDER IN LAS VEGAS, NV Im not like that #FACTS#Update* after Going to the Better Business Bureau and getting them involved now they were able to provide me with how I can get my refund which I am now awaiting in the mail*

Convienent on a Saturday to get a tow off the road and diagnostic. Disappointing they charged 100.00 to put the reader on my truck though. That was a rip off. Said repairs would be about 3200.00 when everything researched for the repair said between 1000 to 2200. We chose to not use them for repair

Wonderful service. They looked at my truck that would not start, that day. And had it ready to go the very next day. Even was willing to drive it to my home and deliver my truck. My fuel pump, filter and gauge all had to be replaced. The price was reasonable for the parts and work. And a 2 year guarantee for their work was an extra bonus. This is a place, I am coming for any repairs I need on my vechiles here on out.

I went for a full synth oil change & to have my brakes done. As usual, friendly but pro greeting. Upon inspection, the brakes did not need addressing yet, so just had the oil change. At over 20,000 miles in the heat of Vegas, I fully expected to need brakes, especially since my other vehicle needed them every 10,000 miles (& usually rotors$$) They could have done so, made the money, but are honest, which is super hard to find here in Las Vegas. Thankful, appreciative, and already referred a clerk from my local Sams Club. A good mechanic is hard to find. An HONEST good mechanic even harder. I will be a permanent regular here even though I live on the complete opposite side of the city & I recommend Dons DI with full confidence. (And yes-they wore masks & enforced/encouraged social distancing)

Eric is just super. Really. After recently moving to Las Vegas I was VERY unsure as to where to take my car in for some brake repairs. However, I was completely at ease after meeting Eric and visiting his shop. Its incredible--lovely, clean and welcoming atmosphere, friendly and engaging servce, and my car was fixed THAT DAY, within a couple of hours. Eric gave me the complete lowdown of what needed to be done, was very clear, and he not only did an amazing job, but he also let me test some new wiper blades and took a scratch out of my windshield, just really a pleasure to work with and worth every penny -- I highly, highly recommend

Hi. Id like to say that this place is just not professional or organized. They are scam artists. They all watch eachothers backs. Paul super bad. Says he knows nothing. Erik did most the talking and straight lied about the work being done on our truck. Jack likes to hang the phone up when asking for employees names. And Keith shouldnt be handling vehicles if he doesnt know the right amount of oil to put in vehicles and kills them. This place is a joke. P.S. Paul, Erik, Keith, Jack.........you guys should get fired.UpdateToday is May 18th. And let me say the truck hasnt burned oil like you claimed. And we actually just noticed that somehow we are missing a bolt on our cylinder head. What you guys worked on. Nobody ever mentioned the bolt missing. Also the car had a small cup of oil that came out. We do not believe you didnt kill life from the truck. My fiancee was present and standing right in front of the truck when Erik took out the oil. In only 2 weeks our truck had no oil and all lights and signals where going out of control. We thought our truck would be dead. After Jack and Erik claimed we would get a new short block we spoke to Paul. We asked to please bring in Erik so we could clear up the issue. Well Paul wouldnt call Erik to the office to talk about everything he had told us was being done. I asked Paul if he ever found out who was in charge of the oil change on our truck? And he said he had no way of knowing because they have a lot of skeleton workers. Whatever that means. Anyways when my fiance saw Keith we remembered he was the one who was working on our truck. Erik had asked Keith to change the oil. And when we confronted him in the office Paul said Oh yeah it was him. All i could say was Do you drug test?? Was he high??? Our truck is missing a bolt and hasnt had any oil issue where all the signals are going out of control. Looks like a little bit of oil is there. But common guys......1 year warranty for this shop??? You guys are soooo baaaddd. Youre not to be trusted on our truck again. That 1 Year Warranty can go to the next sucker that trusts your shop. Just noticed yesterday. F250 v10 1999. Paul was fantastic at getting my car taken care of the same day I called for an appointment. He communicated with me throughout the entire process. We are new to town and Im happy to have found a trusted mechanic.

Went in for oil change and estimate of another job, very friendly service was within a reasonable time only gave a 4 because of cost of estimate other than that all good.

I had them do almost $6,000 in repairs and they didnt have it done on time. I wouldnt have them weld anything unless you dont care how the beads look. I almost lost my steering yesterday when a bolt almost came off completely but was wedged in, which they worked on last and could have went off the road pulling my 13k lbs trailer. They were also about a week late on repairs. Dont get upset with the weekend manager he will try to act big and tough like a 12 year old. I feel taken advantage of.

My go to for diesel service. They seem to be honest, ethical and competent.

I took my 6.4 F250 to Paul and his boys and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. After taking it to a different shop and being charged for absolutely no work being done (yes I was totally ripped off), I had a few reservations about having someone else touch my truck. Paul not only got it running better than ever, he re-instilled my faith in humanity. He kept me in the loop as to what was going on and kept me at ease after going through an absolute trainwreck with the previous shop. Do yourself a favor and look no further, Paul and his team are top notch.

They are a rip off service was really bad noting was done as they said all parts were used and abused parts all parts ere not the parts that were suppose to be installed in the repair contract they are a joke dont know what they are doing we have seen all parts and they were never replaced by new ones they put used ones in but charged alot they had it for 8 month they abused are vehicle they are scamers and they will rep you off in every way dont go there unless you want them to take you money and make many excuses they are not auto repair service they are cons!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I was supposed to take my truck to another place by my office and took a referral from my coworker to bring my truck here. I am so glad I did, after the other place told me I would have to replace my transmission I decided to get a second opinion and I spoke to Pam and she made me feel better she let me know they would do a diagnostic and then keep me informed as to weather or not I would need a replacement but they would trouble shoot from least expensive first. Paul informed me that he would give me a call once they knew what I needed to have fixed. Paul called me and it was a hose and a clamp under 200 out the door! All this done in less than 1 hour and I have my truck back on the road! This is the place you should go for an honest repair service.

It is cheating.. terrible experience. Our car ran into a bumper in Vegas airport on a Friday evening Jan 8 2016, then engine oil was leaking, the oil pan was damaged. They did not repair my car, but charged me $650 for only changing the lower oil pan. They did not fix the upper oil pan. They did not told me this. I thought they fix it all. However, on our way back from Vegas to LA, I found the warning light still flashing. I went back to their store. They just added more engine oil and let us go. However, after a while, the light is still warning. We are risking our life if continue drive back. So We went back to store, They are closed. it is Saturday evening. We have to call to tow our car back to LA, and we waited all night staying in Vegas. After LA, we have to repair by car again. It cost me 660$ more towing fee and extra repair fee for the upper oil pan 1000$.DI auto claim they are honest repair, as the logo in the store. However, they are cheating terribly !!Now I request them to refund my 650$ repair fee. If they did not, I will not remove my comments.Also I will definitely sue them in the court. If thing does not work well, every time when I back to Vegas, I will go to their store for a visit for sure, and claim my refund until they back to me.The story is not over, will continue.

Great people. Fair and honest. Brought in my 32 RV to have the gas tank cleaned and the filters changed they did the job in a day and had us back on the road without breaking the bank.

I chose this shop because they offered free towing if they performed the repair. I negotiated a deal with them to discount my bill by $100.00 off a $2,442.00 bill if I paid in cash. They did discount the bill by $142.00 after I agreed to have them install two new batteries, but charged me $75.00 for the tow. They said it was their policy to offer free towing or a discount but not both. Thats the first I heard of this policy. This is not a huge deal, but it is irritating for a shop to promise one thing in the beginning, and change theyre minds in the end. The truck seems to be working fine, but its only been a couple of days since the repair.

Did not know what they were doing, took vehicle in for diagnosis, a month and a half later and $2200, finally got vehicle back. The next day there is a hole in the block. They claimed it wasnt their fault.

Had a trailer hitch malfunction warning and went to Dons. He ran a diagnostic on the truck and was able to fix my issue without charge. He was authorized to fix the issue from my dealership autosource so he could have easily just ran up the bill if they chose. Thats honesty and all you can ask for from your mechanic. I will be using this place from here on.

We came into Vegas from AZ and discovered our waterpump was leaking. I called Paul with D.I. first thing the next morning and explained my situation. He said to bring it right in and they should be able to get it back to me that afternoon. I did, they did, and I had my truck back at the price estimated. It also carried a 24 month 24,000 mile guarantee. When you are out of town it is always a bit of a crapshoot finding a good mechanic, but we lucked out! Thanks Paul.

This place is like most shops total rip off scam. Paul the manager will tell you whatever to get your money. Soaked me for $600 right before Christmas and didnt fix the car. Then when I complained he kept my car for another 4 days claimed he fixed other stuff for free, which he did not fix anything, and guess what.... car was still broken. They take forever to get your car back to you and dont even fix it. When i called again he admitted it was a whole other problem and tried to offer me a discounted price of $1400 to fix the original problem which was the oil pump. Like most of these places Paul is not to bright because now Paul will never make money off me again. Oh and i was a repeat customer so be aware this guy will rob anyone. Look around. You might get ripped off a lot of places, but at least they wont have to keep your car forever to do it!

Brought my oil leaking car there for a new rear crank seal. a major headache of dropping the transmission,engine oil pan, etc. they quoted me $418. ive done enough similar jobs back when i was more ambitious to know it was a great price it. they had the car for a week, because they felt the front seal needed replacing as well. better replace both now, while the work is being done. they rounded the whole job off to an even $400 for the long wait. it was much appreciated. i also had a small vacuum leak in the intake before i brought it in i planned to take care of myself right after getting it back. surprise they fixed that too at no charge. actually, they never even bothered to tell me. i just knew what they did. not many auto shops like this one. make a good relationship with them.

We are Full-Time RVrs from the midwest. When we arrived in Las Vegas our truck sprouted a fluid leak. Initially, we thought that the power steering fluid was leaking from the pressure line but after further investigation my husband thought that it might actually have been coming the Power Brake Booster. We were in a hurry to get back on the Road.We took our truck to DI and I cannot say enough nice things about them. First, instead of just replacing what we thought it was, they made sure it wasnt something less expensive to repair. Then, since we had already purchased a replacement for the high pressure line - they installed that for free since they were already in there to replace the Power Brake Booster. It turned out that there was a ton of rust and that replacing of the high pressure line was way more work than anticipated - still, they didnt charge us for that. When we picked it up, they told us that they had some minor concerns that the power steering fluid pump may have been starved and that we should keep an ear out for problems.We picked the truck up around 1pm in the afternoon and immediately hooked up to our RV and took off down the road toward California. Paul called us later that evening just to check to make sure that everything was working as expected. Our truck is running great! We highly recommend going here - their service is beyond what youll get anywhere else. They really do care!!
