I advise no one to ever go to this place overpriced and the gentleman did not fix my computer matter of fact he made it worse.

Ryan upgraded me and my daughters laptops. They run better than when we first bought them. The turnaround was quick we dropped them off in the day and pick them up the following morning, great service.

This guy is a SCAMMER!!! He gave me back my laptop in the same condition it was in. He told me it would be done in a day but it was 2 weeks. When I tried to follow up with him he was so unprofessional and rude! Save your money don’t go to this guy

I would highly recommend using iFIX! I bought a new laptop and the screen cracked 6 days later. I was really in a pinch. Not only was my inquiry email returned within the hour (and it was after 8pm), but I had a new screen within 48 hours of dropping it off. AND it didnt break the bank! Great customer service. Fantastic job & for three right price! Im very leery of bringing my computer to one of the big stores repair shops.. I mean, wouldnt it be in their best interest for your computer to be unfixable so they could sell you another? That being said, I brought my computer he to Ryan & he rocked. Completely knows what hes doing, does it quickly & for a great price.

All of a sudden my computer wouldnt start up. (Nothing but a black screen) I tried over and over again to no avail. I called Ryan on a Thursday afternoon and dropped my computer off to him that evening. Early the next afternoon on Friday he was finished and call to say it was ready to be pick up. Now it works great and I would even say it works better than it did when it was brand new. Thanks Ryan I will refer everyone I know to you for computer service.

Called and talked to Ryan, he seemed to know his stuff, came over and fixed my internet. My netflix was doing the circly thing, he did something to my router which fixed it. My laptop is much faster on the internet now too and he installed some free security program. Great experience, Thanks Ryan

My laptop would not start, stuck on that circle thingy so I called some repair shops. Ryan is the tech from Ifix and he explained it could be my drive or a bad update but to look at it there was no charge. I picked it up the following day, fixed and so far running super fast:) Payed the flat rate it turns out my laptop messed up going to windows 10. Pretty quick service and my stuff where it was left and it didnt cost a lot. I will use him again.

Ryan was honest and trustworthy. He did exactly what he had promised to do. My laptop had a blue-screen type issue. The problem was overheating. Ryan fixed the problem at a very reasonable, if not low, cost. He even installed software so that I can monitor the CPUs temperature.

Terrible customer service!!!!! The owner hung up in my face simply because I told him that his phone was breaking up which caused me not to hear him. After calling back I realized I was purposely being forwarded to voicemail. This guy does NOT know how to treat his customers at all. I will never try to go here, I recommend Laptop and Repair in the Boulevard mall, these guys actually have customer service skills and common sense. DONT RUN A BUSINESS IF YOU CANT TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT JACK ASS!

I recently bought a new laptop that has Win 8 on it and I am not very pleased with it. I wanted to have the OS turned back to Win 7 so I called Ryan on a Saturday to see if he could help me. He gave me a couple tricks over the phone to make my Win 8 experience a lot better free of charge. This guy appears to know his stuff. He is definitely going to be my new computer go-to guy. Had a wonderful experience after the first guy ruined my laptop and deleted all my information😠 I originally heard from the guy from my stepdad that also went to supposedly get his laptop repaired. Then my laptop started acting funny. I told my step dad and he told me his laptop started doing the same thing . So I did my research and looked up some locations where I can go get it fixed and IFix popped up. I looked at all the reviews and saw all the satisfied customers so I thought I would give it a shot and the guy at iFix left it like new. My laptop is running fast and now my stepdad is thinking about taking it two iFix. I would definitely recommend this place. IFix isnt a shop but does the work better then the shop for a great price! And on top of that he gave me a 30 warranty. Absolutely a 100% satisfied.

Ever since running into Ryan and found out that he fixes and repair computers, I have not gone through anyone ever since, totally honest, wont tell you theirs an extra fee for something you didnt agree too, He will call you first to let you know about it and to get permission before doing anything extra.

Our internet went down yesterday afternoon, COX said that the issue was on our side and suggested that we try resetting our equipment. After that failed I started looking for companies on my phone. It was after 5pm and I was getting voice mail until the 4th company I tried, iFix. Ryan answered (which I later found out was the owner) and immediately tried helping me over the phone. He spent 10 minutes trouble shooting with me. When things still were not working he explained that he was finishing up with another customer and would call back. He called back 10 minutes later took my information and was on-site and had everything back up by 6:20pm. It was great service and will definitely be my 1st call next time.
