Desert IT is our IT provider where I work and they have always done an excellent job on keeping my work computer up and running. So when my personal laptop suddenly wouldnt boot and was making a terrible noise, I contacted Arc at Desert IT for help.It turns out that my hard drive was fried, but they were able to pull all of the data off of it and saved me. The new hard drive they installed is even faster than the old one and my computer is working better than ever.Im really grateful for the work they did, I know the importance of backing up my work, but of course, I wasnt doing it as I should. They really saved me by recovering all of my files and getting my computer back up and running. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Paid these guys about $1000 to handle a computer migration which left some bugs in it still. I call back a few months after, give CC info, and told they are not that busy and they would call within the hour. 90 minutes later....no call, I call them. Owner then tells me...yea...you are to0 small for our business model and cant help. Nice.....

There is a lot I can say about Brian, Kie and the Staff of Desert IT. We received a flyer in the mail. We were in search of a Professional IT company to help us with our technology needs. We called them and they were not only knowledgeable but made us a priority. I met with Kie and he looked at both servers and our entire network. They helped us move our entire system to a new office location. This was a huge blessing as me and my staff felt extremely vulnerable with the transition. We transitioned our phone system with them and they manage our phones. Recently, we had one Server which is extremely old start to fail.
