Network Security Associates, have provided excellent service to our office, DJ, Daniel, Ali, Jennifer and a couple of others that I dont remember their names, they have great work ethics, professionals and patience. I think I may have caused one guys hair to fall out, because hes bald, lol! only kidding great people there. I would give them more stars if I could.

Network Security Associates is the best IT company in Las Vegas. The techs are polite and knowledgeable. I am someone who doesnt know a lot about computers and I know that I can call, my questions are always answered. Jennifer is delightful when she answers the phone. I have utilized the responsive service of NSA for several years and have referred them to my clients as well. In one particular case, the client had an IT company work on a project for well over a year with excuse after excuse. Once the client realized the actual project had not been truly started, I was able to have the project taken over by NSA and completed in less than a month. NSA Team really knows their stuff. They rebuilt and upgraded our network infrastructure. Since then, we been extremely happy with our overall network. The whole team is great and very professional. I agree with the other review when they said Concierge services every time!!!.There is one particular person that takes very good care of us everytime we have a meltdown and that is DJ. He knows exactly how to troubleshoot and get us back to where we need to be. Very, very nice and humble and works great with everyone in the company. He takes pride of his work and it shows! With Microsoft discontinuing its support of Windows 7, I needed to purchase 2 Windows 10 computers. That was the easy part. Then I had to find someone to transfer my data and get me going on my new computers. I discovered Network Security Associates on LinkedIn and quickly established a relationship with Cameron, who scheduled Steve to do the work. The process was more laborious than I would have liked, but I found Network Security Associates to be extremely competent and honorable and I recommend them for your IT project.

I can’t say enough about NSA! I use VPN Hosted Quickbooks with Bakers Bookkeeping on NSA Hosted platform. Had an issue going from version 18-19 (completely an Intuit issue) but NSA got me back on my feet right away and to exactly where I left off with zero data loss! Thanks Cameron, Robert, and everyone else! Concierge services every time!!!I’ll add that if you are medical/ healthcare vertical, no one better for HIPPA compliance and other IT related needs!
