The employees I was serviced by, Françoise and Deija were incredibly nice and very professional. Being transgender it is hard to find professional and well mannered people when having to do everyday things. I would definitely make this my regular Check City!

I was helped by Deija who I believe was the manager. She was awesome! Smiled and welcomed me as soon as I walked in the store! I had some questions; and a few people started to walk in the store when she started answering. I stepped to the side as to get out of the way and let her help the other customers. I have been going to check city for some years now and they’ve always had excellent customer service and Lorena has got to be the sweetest person you ever want to have the pleasure of dealing with she always makes me feel like family as does the rest of the staff but Lorena if not her caring personality and just her overall everything is what customer service is all about I love Lorena and not only do she treat me like family everyone that walks through those doors love her and I have witnessed people asking for her specifically because of how she treats people like family thank you check city for having my back

Worst Customer service!!!!!, I have ever received DONT EVER COME HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!! besides them doing fraud on my mother and charging her late fees because they messed up and wrote down the wrong account number instead of fixing it they pretty much just want her to pay for their mistake instead of fixing the problem that their incapable employee made!! and when they didn’t wanna hear it they just ignore you or hangup to avoid admitting the problem. I will never come to this place again they miss place your information and don’t care about their customers just how to make more money for the company so be careful and avoid all these problems by not going there!!! Iwould never recommend it and if I could put zero stars I would!!!!

Last few times I went to borrow money the ladies that work there were extremely sincere and friendly . I want to thank them for their services. They dont judge you because you need to borrow money or you cant pay your loan back right away. I want to thank them for all that they do. Keep up the good work.

CHECK CITY in this location ( 109 So. Rainbow Blvd and W. Charleston) has the worst if not the most unprofessional, staff especially the one by the name of sam...that woman should not be working there. Sam likes to call clients liars as if it was her money they are using etc... I will be contacting Corporate for Check City and Western Union and giving them a heads up on the goings on at this location and rude staff ...you can hide the bad reviews all you want but there is such a thing called lawyer who can get me alot further than putting a bad review on here...especially when I had to send money for a family emergency and you refused me without giving me the right information and facts instead just lied to me to get me out ..Shame on you...bad business tactics, and bad staff...The Branch Manager Bern had to apologize for the bad staff (Sam) and she also did not do her homework on assisting me instead of looking up the correct information sided with the unprofessional, misinforming Sam and refused to assist me. You can run but you cant hide (even the bad reviews on here)..My first experience with Check City was horrible! I am appalled by your bad business tactics and unprofessional demeanor.
