They took care of my car well. Ive taken it here a few times and everytime theyve been great. The car wash guys arent quick, but theyre good.

For the price. 4 stars. The workers here are good, but how Mich hustle can you expect from low wage earners. I get it. Its 100 plus today. And Im writing this review in the shade quietly observing the car wash operation.

DO NOT take your vehicle here. I took my vehicle to this place and it comes back with a big scratch in the tint. The manager Jose said my 2020 thats 1 week old already had the scratch, even though I show him pictures to the contrary. I tried to speak with the manager and received nothing in return but blame. I seem to have no other choice but litigation.A fair warning, dont go here, the staff is unprofessional and obviously dont care if they damage your stuff

Was not happy the last time I visited the car wash, about a year ago. Gave it another shot today, night and day, lets go with that. Great service, my car is very happy.

Neighborhood gas station with great service and an excellent selection of different beers beyond the normal domestic lager stuff.

MESSY STORE AND TRUMP MERCH EVERYWHERE. I live close to this establishment, but I will never go here at all costs. Service is poor, products are unorganized and messy. I use to go here to get a drink almost every morning until it seemed one exploded in the fridge all over the others. I told the worker and she stated she would get it taken care of. I went back again and it was still there so I brought it up to the manager who assured me they would get it cleaned up. On my third visit between the Trump for president merch everywhere and the poor management (as the mess was still there) the message was clear. This poor establishment is obviously ran by a Republican and then everything made sense. Never again on my blacklist for sure.

I love the car wash here. Ive had 2 chips fixed and they were free with my insurance. Theyve always been so polite and do such a great job on my cars. Theyve been so nice to my small kids. They presidential wash is what we always get and its a lot cheaper than other places that offer the same service. I will always go to this car wash. Plus they will run your card inside the store for $5 off so BONUS!!

Visited about 4 times and each time they do a horrible job at drying the car. Much better to go to the Get N Go car wash on St. Rose

I just had the WORST experience today at the car wash. My truck had to be TOWED out of the place!!! DO NOT take the chance of having your vehicle washed there. They sprayed some kind of liquid air freshener directly into my vents and it got the wrong things wet . My digital system is completely messed up and the General Manager Benny wasn’t even willing to pay the tow expense .He was RUDE, sarcastic, and completely irresponsible when it can to helping fix the problem, once I got a hold of the tow truck company and spoke to the police I went inside to find him to get necessary information and BENNY was busy gambling in uniform on the indoor gaming machines !!!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I wouldn’t recommend ever taking a vehicle there. I will also be contacting the better business bureau.

Had an issue with my windshield cracking during a recent visit, even after three weeks they still had the video, took the time to review it with me and show that it really was just my windshield cracking from heat and not the attendant. But from start to finish they were open to the possibility it was them and stood by, if it was, to take care of it. Danny and his crew really do everything over the top, best customer service and why I stick with Shell Gas Stations

The staff is always the best here! So helpful and nice. They are the only ones who carry my black and white iced tea!!!The car wash is awesome too! I always come here to get my car cleaned!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Its not so much about the actual washing of the car, but the customer service. (1) Their credit card machine is constantly broken, so the attendant needs to take my credit card into the gas station. Im not thrilled about my credit card being so far out of my sight, but thats a minor issue for me (2) After my car went through the wash portion, there was no place to park for them to dry it so my car ended up with water spots all over it while it air dried. (3) When a parking spot finally opened up after 15 minutes, my husband had to tell them that we were pulling in & not to let anyone else in there. Every single car that came through the wash was worked on before mine. My husband & I get our cars washed every week. Theyve lost both of our business. This place is so poorly run & disorganized that I cant believe theyre still in business.

It makes absolutely no sense to me that very few of their candy and snacks have prices on them so I asked the cashier why that is and she replied with no gas station markets have prices on their items. What?! Im a 46 year old woman, not a child - all other gas station markets have prices on their candy and snacks! That was the most insane response! Their should be prices on EVERY item in the store, period.

Seriously, THE best fried chicken tenders of all time at the cafe inside! The dude at the front even says hey when you walk in and makes small talk. I cant leave Vegas without stopping by this place every time!

The first person I met was totally unhelpful, he just wanted to rush me through the car wash machine, I asked him If they clean ALL of the car including the wheel arches, he said he only works there! He told me to talk to the manager, i asked everyone but no one knew where that person was! Shabby unprofessional service.

I was disappointed tonight. I stopped to pick up something to eat in the Deli and the man there could not get my order correct...after the 4th attempt he walked away from me to the pizza and asked me what I wanted again...excuse me but that pissed me off. On top of that the card reader was broken and if I did pay for my food I would have to get in line at the regular check stand. What a waste of my time and poor customer service!

I love everyone their but today the manger the one with the long black hair called out one of the car wash guys calling him an alcoholic and kept yelling at him in front of everyone she should have pulled him in the office to talk to him not do it in front of everyone one

I had to tell the young men how to do their jobs. I went to get my car washed yesterday. I have a 2014 so I like to keep it clean. I pulled through the line and the machine said the car wash was closed, so I pulled up a bit more and talked to a young man. I told him I wanted the gold package, he took my c card inside to pay, when he came back he failed to give me a receipt, he said I could go inside and get one. But that was a lie! The cashiers inside cannot give receipts for the car wash. I waited for my car to be done, I checked the usual spots that get missed, I had to instruct the young men on how to do their jobs. Basically, they had to rewipe the door jams as well as revaccum my whole car. There were still water spots on the top of the car. The whole front end had not been dried off or even cleaned. I will not return to this car wash. Basically this place is a MAJOR JOKE! Save your money and go to a charity car wash! Youll be helping a charity and your car will be actually cleaned!
