The wash cycle in bay #1 had no soap.Wash and rinse cycles only had cold water.Someone in another bay had no pressure coming out of the nozzle.He spent $5 for NOTHING!No bays with high bridge to wash roofs of tall trucks/SUVs.You have to buy their tokens.You cant use quarters like normal car washes do!Ill definitely be going somewhere else next time.

Been going here 5 years and over this past year this place has gone SERIOUSLY downhill!! Its BARELY a carwash at all anymore. The LEAST they could do is to make sure the automatic wash was working!! Only two wash bays now, so the truth is: DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, unless you want tint.

Garbage, no water pressure, no soap, water smells like sewage. Thankfully I only wasted $2.00 on this trash heap.

Cause we come here every time to find out the lazer car wash has been broke for over 2.months now. Can it be fixed please. And then head over to use the self service spray car wash and to find out that the rinse cycle sprayer didnt work right. 🤦🏻‍♀️ what can i say 2 ⭐⭐ all i can give. 👎🏽

Save your time and money, no pressure at all, couldnt wash off the soap and there was not tire cleaner, the delay between soap is very slow waste of time.

As others have stated the card readers do not work in any of the bays. The stalls are run down, signs are deteriorating. Maybe the equipment runs fine, maybe, the soap wax and so on are all full. But, forget these guys.

I used the self wash. Low pressure from the gun. It also took 20 seconds to start spraying. The soap from the foam brush smelled like rotten eggs. The vacuums were free, but there is no point because they had absolutely no suction. Also, the dollar exchange machine did not work. I had to get tokens from the office. Absolute waste of time. I hope the owners read this and invest in fixing these issues.

Trying to get a refund to utilize another machine as BAY # 8 had no soap or degreaser on gun which is what I needed, calling the # and no answer review won’t change unless it gets resolved

You need to take cash into the office to buy Tokens,1 token last 2 or 3 mins, so buy $10 to $20, Dont use the card swipe thing, I dont think it works,Takes a moment for water pump to get going, but pressure is good, employees are pretty cool, but please dont bring a mud filled off road truck, they may not want a muddy mess, I plan to use them again so I left 5 stars😄

I love their brushless, automatic car wash!

Used this location for the self serve car wash, it was my first time using one and the instructions were not very helpful, the digital display was hard to see and not all of the knobs were working (i.e. wax, spotless wash) I couldn’t tell if the dial didn’t line up with the selection or if it simply didn’t work. I swiped my card 3 times because when I switch to the next selection nothing happened, i couldn’t tell if I was out of time because I couldn’t read the display, after all of this I left hoping for a spotless rinse as advertised only to have hard water spots all over my car...now i need to spend time and money to have it polished/detailed 😡

I love washing my car at this location nice clean and quite place. With new free vacuums and all the bays work perfect with good pressure and foaming soap. And it has a toothless automatic wash. Love it cause a have my truck full wrap.

Vacuums sucked.. well actually they didn’t.

Credit card machines don’t work, automated wash is broken, token machines only count every other token(stealing 50% of cash), only a couple stalls work at all. If you bring cash- 1,5, or 10, you can get a wash if you’re patient with the broken equipment. Just expect a 15-minute wash to take 30.

Used to be good. Card readers no longer work. Barely any soap and everything else is questionable. I used to wash here weekly. I wont be back.

Best laser wash for those of us who have vehicles wrapped. Dont go anywhere else. Great price and free vacuum. Would recommend.

Maybe I have bad luck or they use invisible soap but tried this place 3 times and I have never got soap during the wash.

Great car wash I was happy with the wash my car was sparkling and fully dried off I choose to get the armor all and the pricing was low for such a good wash I see why the dealers use Fresh and clean!

Place is kinda rundown, and the vacuum hoses & surrounding area need to be pressure washed & sanitized.

Absolutely horrible experience first of all the automatic car wash was out of order second of all the pay with card option was out of order third of all their machines take tokens only and the change machine dispenses tokens only however the towel machine which appears to take tokens only takes coins so I lost $2 then I go to the self wash and wash my car and the whole system leaks from the roof dumping everything on to you as if its raining inside including wax and tire wash needless to say when I was done washing my car it looked worse then before I wash my car I will never go here again and I do not recommend that anybody goes here ever

I give it 3 stars. In automatic washing, they only have 2 washing options, when approximately 4 appear on the sign and when you arrive, only you are the deluxe option and another one. In the prices they seem to me very well within reach of all. Only a small detail plus vacuum cleaners do not suck very well, if they had at least a little more power it would be perfect.
