Wow this place is awesome. They do phenomenal jobs on the interior and exterior. If you get the steam and sanitize clean done to the interior it will take any smell you could ever think of away completely especially smoke smell. The prices are fantastic this place is awesome go check it out.

Paid for the silver wash on the options board. We waited 2hrs for the car to be complete. The issues I had is they didnt properly wash the under side of the body. Also the inside was hit and miss with cleaning. People were very nice.

AWESOME SERVICE!!! A little pricy ($26.00) now Ive been to all hand car washes before, but its never been literally two guys hand washing your car with no mechanical brushes, no automation, whatsoever except for the detergents being sprayed and water rinsed at the end. Did a great job on the car and they are eager to make sure you are 100% satisfied before you leave. Two managers came out to make sure I was happy before I left. One does the walk around with you before you get in and go. And they invited me to come back the next day if we missed something and I spotted it after. They do have a 72hr rain Re-Wash which is always nice, especially in this town. They do have an indoor and outside waiting areas available why you watch your car or truck being meticulously dried. Thanks everyone at Alamo, we will be back.

I got the $60 one they did good, I have found a place (truck wash opposite the side entry of target and dollar tree on blue diamond Rd) that is better on the outside and is a lot cheaper however this place does better in the inside

Not going to lie, My car looks beautiful as they are still working on it. I told them that I’m on my lunch break and I work across the street and have to be back at a certain time. The lady advised me it would take About an hour to an hour and 15 minutes at the most. I got here at 1245 it’s going on 230. They just now added someone to help after all this time. Do not come if you do not want to wait.

This place is the car wash of my dreams!! These guys are so good and affordable! We had a car that sat for a year and was super gross on the inside. They made it look brand new!! Highly recommend them!

They cleaned the spots off the seats and the car looks awesome. 100% hand car wash is the way to go. Service is great. I dont go anywhere else. Yes you have to sit outside but its totally worth it for a clean and sanitized car.

I like this car wash. The workers have done a good job in cleaning my vehicles here. Ive been greeted well by the females who take down your wash. But theres one older male (the owner) who is a rude a-hole. As long as he is not there, its fine. And hand washes are so much better than those machine washes that ruin your cars.

They took way too long and didnt do a good job this time....inside was not cleaned good, they didnt do the dash board either. Ill give them 1 more shot!

Friendly staff. Wonderful experience! My car was filthy inside and out. When the fantastic people were finished with the car, it was sparkling inside and out! The price was reasonable as well.I will be back for another car wash in the future.

I typically loved coming here. I won’t take my car through a brush wash. However, I went through last week on my way out of town I stopped for an exterior service. The girl who was drying was not a usual detailer and left spots everywhere and put so much tire shine on it was literally in clumps around my tires. I stopped just down the road to top off oil before we hit the road and the sides of my car were covered in tire shine splatter. That cost me a half hour on the road cleaning it off. Eh, not too big of a deal. I called. Let them know what happened and they said come on back when I return. Well, I went over today for a post trip wash and the guy told me I had 24 hours to bring the car back to address the issue. Since I didn’t, tough luck. So that’s the end of my weekly patronage. They’re great until there’s an issue and then I guess it’s your problem for not being able to rush back immediately to have it addressed. Time to find a new car wash for all of our vehicles.

I’ve been going to this car wash for years, 3 cars over the span of time.It has progressively gotten worse.The quality has gone down tremendously.They are no longer offering their bronze wash and have upped the price 10$ on each wash for “sanitizing” okay fine, I get it during this time, but charge me an extra 10$ to sanitize when my whole center counsel, gear shifter, armrest, and door handles aren’t even cleaned and wiped down.The whole car had water spots dried, hood, roof, and trunk. I had to asked for the windows to be wiped down because they were not cleaned. I went home immediately and had to rewash and wipe down the car myself after spending over an hour and half and hiked prices when there was only 4 other people waiting for their vehicles.Also, speaking on the hiking the prices, I had to buy the silver which includes more things. Their actual car wash breaks (rolling system) the guy told me to still pull up and they start putting water on my car they are hammering the rails 2inches away from my front bumper, throw water and soap and then rise it of super fast and then tell me to go around. Definitely not what was included in my wash. I understand if your car wash breaks but at least make up for the fact and wash the car properly.When the girl came to get me to let me know it was done (which they do an inspection with you over the car) I asked her what was the deal with the car wash and she just brushed it off and said she didn’t know what I was talking about, handed me keys and left. After I gave the guy a tip I start looking over everything and that’s when i asked for the windows to be wiped down and even had to ask for a towel my self to start wiping it down and clean the dirt still all over my panels. The girl that was suppose to “inspect” was no where to be found.Not pleased at all. Loss of time and money when I had to re wash my car myself.

IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE, STAY AWAY!!! Had my new truck washed. Attendant drying my truck did not use a step stool to gain access to my windshield. He climbed on my front tire and leaned on my hood. When he did this it collapsed and dented the seam on my hood. Since the hood on my truck is aluminum, it cannot withstand the weight of a steel hood. I could not see any damage from the drivers seat and did not report anything. I did notice the damage when I got home. I returned later and showed the damage to a young lady who appeared to be a supervisor. She went and spoke to who she said was the manager and said they would review video and get back to me. NOTHING, no return call, NOTHING...Finally saw video. Before pulling under awning, body line was crisp and sharp. The truck was pulled under awning and attendant pushed on hood to climb onto the tire to gain access to the windshield for the second time. Due to the reflections of the awning the body line could not be seen as crisp as in full sunshine. Even after pointing out the dent, it was reflections. There is not a the slightest scratch where a rock could of hit the hood to cause the dent, must have been dropped from something high. I left after basically being called crazy and told I was lying.I KNOW, GOD KNOWS

Alamo showed love to me as I entered the facility, and showed my car just as much love and the supervision was outstanding. They made sure I didnt leave the facility until my car was good to go! Such personal love!

The ladies at the office are so kind and nice. They have amazing energy. I saw the 3.6 out of 5 review rating and almost didn’t come but when I called the lady on the phone she was so nice that she won me over and I made my way to the hand car wash. Great decision. The prices for what they offer are way lower than other places offering the same service one of the best values your going to get if you are a car restorer and expect them to do that type of work for that low price you are tripping, if you are someone who just wants to avoide the heavy machine brushes and want to keep a car that already looks good to stay that way take it over to this place they do you right. I only started coming here for my convertible but now i take all my cars here

Had them deep clean my brothers car for Christmas, his was disgusting on the inside, stains, gum, nasties of all types, they scrubbed it super nicely and got it looking almost entirely brand new! They took their time to make sure it was properly done and did amazing!

Pretty good for $11, I just wish I could find a full-service car wash who wiped down a vehicle thoroughly, cleans the windows and vacuums the interior....wish the old days were back. Its all automation these days sadly.

Total exploitation of this pandemic. They are now charging an extra $10 to clean the inside of the vehicle doing absolutely nothing different than they did before.Good luck getting attention while you wait to get a car wash. The old man in front had me wait five minutes so he could clean his own car before acknowledging me.Avoid this shoddy business at all costs. Total waste of time!

This car wash did a GOOD job but expect it to be over an hour wait.They have added $10 to the price for disinfectant which I dont think happened and is not necessary. So $35.00 plus a tip is something I wouldnt do weekly. Hard workers

Ive been coming to Alamo for 6 years. The new owner has definitely gotten rid of a lot of the amenities they once offered for staff and customers. I understand business is business. Im sad to say I feel like they treat the staff bad. I feel as if the staff does a wonderful job, is super helpful and kind. Overall great car wash, nice staff, but I feel like the management can be nicer to their employees.My experience today was unforgettable.There was an older gentleman working so hard on a car being detailed. A lady whom I assumed was owner of car kept asking to wipe certain areas. The gentleman became frustrated and threw his hands up. Mind you this went on for over 10min. And even as far as to someone else coming over. Myself and other customers speaking saying the car looks great and that it’s literally not that serious. So being the person I am I spoke up.Me- I think the car looks greatLady- excuse me?Me- I think car looks great, and your being to hard on himLady- this is a detail, and none of your businessMe- sat down.She then came to me from behind trying to show me papers on a detail. I ignored her because she seemed so argumentative and seriously she’s really behind me trying to shove papers in my face. Not cool. I realize my car is done. Upon leaving 3 employees came up to me and said thank you and agreed with what I had done. That said enough for me.•Expect to be here for at least 1 hour or more for a car wash.•The car wash- great, over priced for add on services•Staff- Wonderful, they do a good job. Use to be my go to car wash for both of my vehicles for years but as of recent the car washes are not up to par and now charging an additional $10 per vehicle due to “pandemic cleaning”. Unfortunately now I have to look for a new hand car wash. (Post mngmt response) how do I know because I have been here twice since the pandemic started, remember I’ve been bringing two separate vehicles here, so don’t go off my recent trip. Again your (mngmnt) response only concentrated on the pandemic fees. If you read my post thoroughly you would see that the car washes are not as good as they used to be. Adding the $10 was just the cherry on top not to do business with you guys anymore. Btw I love the way you have an excuse for every post on here. As a business owner/ manager sometimes you just have to bite the bullet and try to gain the customers business back regardless of the situation.

This will be a long review but I beg you to read it all to understand how my experience went from a single car wash to a nightmare.I’ve been going to this car place for years, had minors issues but never this big. I went to the car wash on Saturday September 13 after the gym. Got there paid and was in line to drive my car through the wash. As I was waiting, two other cars lined up behind me and we’re all waiting for our turns. All of a sudden there is pick up truck staffs are trying make him cut in front of me and everyone else waiting. Mind you, the staff don’t explain to waiting customer why they’re trying to make this truck cut us off. They tell me to back up a little bit but there are two cars behind and one in front of me. I try my best and back up in the tiny space I have behind. All of sudden the truck hit my bumper on the driver side and chip off a big chunk of my paint. I’m sitting there in disbelief. Jessica came in and apologize and said they will fix it since they also have a collision center. I keep calm and agree. I have no choice after all. They ask if I still want the car wash. I was so disappointed and sad but I agreed since I already paid for it. Sure enough they tried to put all the blame on the other driver. No it was your company’s fault. After I get the car wash, which they upgraded to diamond, I filled up a form to document what happened. Jessica provided me with a place to take my car in for repair, and let me know to stop by there the next Monday. On my way home I called the collision center and the guy advise I should stop by on Monday for them to see the damage. I live by mountain edge and the place they sent me to was by the Orléans casino, 35 minutes from my house. I take my work lunch Break and quickly drive down there on Monday. They take a quick look and tell me to bring the car back on Thursday. The mechanic tells me it’s a significant damage and would take a lot of Time to fix, maybe a few days. We finally agreed if I can bring the car early right when they open they will be done by 6pm the same day. As I work in the education field, I cannot miss a morning at work. I leave my house Thursday at 6:45am and got there around 7:20 to avoid traffic and also make it back to work on time. Got there and waited until 7:30 and the place was still closed. I waited until 8am and No one showed up. I decided to drop off the key by the door to not be late for work. I called the The mechanic and he told me the car will be ready by 6pm. 5pm and I heard nothing. 5:30 I’m starting to worry as I needed the car for work the next day. He finally calls me at 6p to tell me the car is not dry yet and will be ready the next day by 12p. That’s fine but If I need to make plans to get to work the next day don’t you think I need to know in advance? The next day at 12 I still don’t hear from the mechanic. After many calls and texts, he finally texts me back that the car will be ready by 6pm because something else was broken. Not sure what but that’s the text I got. Not having much of a choice at this point I wait until 5:30 hoping I will get a call to let me know when to leave to get there. No call. I text, call, nothing. After many tries I get the mechanic on the phone and he tells me he is in Texas with family and that he will check with his guys if the car is ready.Texas!!! What??? Later on I get a call that my car is finally ready. Got there to pick up the car and it’s very dirty inside, dust everywhere on the driver’s seat and floor. But I’m just over it! This has been an emotional roller coaster for what was supposed to be a casual car wash. I will do a video on my experience and share on all Las Vegas groups on Facebook and YouTube. This is not okay. I’m very upset and hope no one else has the same experience. Alamo you can do better!!!

Normally theyre very good but I paid $90 and the exterior car wash broke down. They washed the car with pressure washes instead and scratched up the paint. I mean, the name even has 100% hand car wash. No refund offered either. I didnt tip as a result of the issue above and the guys threw up their hands at me, as if Im expected to tip with bad service. Of course that made me feel really bad b.c normally Im very generous. I think I will visit the carwash again because Ive had other good experiences with them in the past.

Nothing special. They used to be great, now I feel that if I want, I could definitely do a better job. Lazy, Just the convenience.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! They ruined the clear coat on my BMW. My car now looks discolored in places. I showed them the damage immediately and they did NOTHING. They tried to say that it was sun damage; which was not possible because the car is always kept in the garage. Then they tried to say that it was already like that which I can prove was not true because other people had seen my car that morning before I went there and I had just had the car maintenanced at a dealership. Plenty of people will say that the car was not like that before I took it to get washed. You can see the swirl marks that show that this was man-made. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Update ... Original Review: The first two years I went there this place was great, but it has gone steadily downhill in the last several years. About six months ago I spoke with the owner about this. I had earned a free wash, so decided to give them one last try a few months ago. When I got there I was told that, per instructions from the owner, they were not allowed to service my car. When I asked to speak with the owner, I was told he wasnt there. With such horrible business practices and what has become mediocre car washing, recent low ratings are not a mystery to me ... Updated Review: At the new owners suggestion, I called. She made good on the free wash and they did a very good job. The only reasons Im not giving a five-star rating now are because IMO the pricing is a bit high, and the free wash after 10 paid ones deal has changed to include only an exterior wash; in the past, it included the same type of service as the paid ones. The current owner told me that changed before she became the owner.

Am always pleased when taking my car to Alamo Car Wash at corner of Rainbow and Russell. Filippi is normally the greeter and helps you select the appropriate car wash and pricing.My cars paint job got faded and oxidized and I was so wanting to restore it to new condition. This Las Vegas sun is dreadful on some clear-coats.A greeter in training thought she could help me, but turned out the sun bleached damage is beyond repair, but to repaint the effected areas. Everyone there including owner/manager Catherine and Filippi, tried to help but it was finally decided the only solution was paint (which they obviously dont do).A prompt and courteous refund was made and I was on my way. I appreciate their honesty and courtesy in dealing with my situation and have and will continue to remain a loyal customer of Alamo Hand Carwash. Five stars all the way!!!

Did great job on my trunk

Wow- so shocked and disappointed! I have been coming here for over 10 years, but today they have lost my business. I noticed today they were completely dead. Thought I was super lucky and that it was the perfect opportunity to get a quick car wash. But nope - They we’re dead because their prices have gone up over double! $23 for a basic car wash! Not even remotely competitive with other carwashes. Will never come again.

What a pleasant experience! From the first gentleman who greeted me to the young ladies at the cashier station to the gentleman who finished the detailing of my Gold Wash...all done very well. I intend to go back soon to get the car detailed as the leather seats need a deep clean and if this experience is an indicator of what my car will look like I know I will be very pleased.

What happened to this place!? Was a great place to bring you cars to. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Now atrocious! Staff yelling at each other, using profanity in front of customers, staff standing around refusing to work, the poorest quality of service Ive seen in a long time. Dont waste your time or your money on this place. Go find a new car wash!!!

This place is terrible. The only good thing is they are quick to run your plate when you arrive, so they always greet you with your name. I am pretty fair and will give multiple chances to get it right. They have failed me too many times. Im done. Half the car was washed. The other half looked like it went through the mountains. The inside window was still marked with my lovely 5 year olds hand prints. Epic fail. Never again. $27 later and still same shape.

The quality of wash is much better than most. The service is excellent and the price is good. Nice waiting area and with friendly staff. Been going here for years and very happy with them. You also get a card for a free wash after 10.

Ive noticed some recent bad reviews but I guess it’s just the case of you can’t please everyone all the time because this place did an amazing job on my truck. It’s a black truck and super hard to get a great spot free wash and they did an amazing job, their techs Juan and Ramiro were very attentive to detail and blew away my expectations. Needless to say I’ll be back!

This review is for the big tall lady.This was my first visit, the First Lady at the register did her job very well but when I came inside the waiting room theres another register and started my nightmare. I toll her this is my first visit how do I get 50% discount as my friend told me. she toll me with very bad attitude You need to have a referral card . But I dont have one . And I answered My friend never told me to bring one, this is my first visit to the car wash Do you think Im coming back? With the attitude you giving me. What she toll me is absolutely unacceptable for any kind of business I DO NOT CARE IF YOU COME BACK, I AM ALREADY CLOCKED Out and she walk out. Fortunately there were 2 more employees, they heard and see everything what happened. Both apologize for the bad incident and Todd S told me that she doesnt represent the way the Car wash treat customer, he apologize one more time and offered me a free car wash in my next visit. Hand washed and great customer service. I was extremely happy with the job. A little pricey but was worth it.

The car wasnt dry enough, it left streaks of the wax, the driver that picked up my car thought THE ARE damages on the paint ! If only it was dried well, I would have given you 5 stars, it was until the streaks !

This place is great. I took my car to another place a few months ago and they told me they couldnt get all the paw prints off my seats without detailing it for extra money. I went to Alamo last weekend and they cleaned my car inside and out and it was spotless. There are no paw prints and they didnt charge me more. I will always go to Alamo from now on....

Normally wonderful service but unfortunately very disappointed today. Took my car and my wifes in for the manager special. The did a very poor job on my wifes mustang. Its burgundy and streaks real easy. They left it in the sun forever with the wax baking in. Only started removing after we questioned it. After there were finished I spent 20 min getting what they missed and I will have to do the trunk trim when we get home as it was not even washed.... sorry to see it go down hill so fast. Used to be the best in Vegas. I was not the only one as 2 other customers were out side saying the same thing

Decent for the price. Having to constantly remind the staff to do what I paid for got a little old though. Three separate times I had to remind the staff to catch something obvious and simple. Im also very lenient when it comes to my truck because its not the best. Still, simple things are simple to do.

Takes entirely too long. Of course they do a great job if you have the car for 2 days just to get a wash. Hour and a half and that was after I paid people off to push the car up and do it quicker. For as long as it takes it is still not a good job, in that long they could have taken the car appart, washed every part of it individually and put it back together.

I spent 160 dollars to wash the car here, the result was too disappointing, the carpet was clean, but the other details were really too unprofessional, the windshield still has sticker residues, it was not cleaned at all, the interior was not bright enough, and there was even dust, Wont come back again,

Great car wash, slow service and prices are high. Unfortunately for me they are the closest full detail spot to me. They said it would take 45 min it took almost 2 hours. I was late to work and my seats hadnt even dried. They paid close attention to detail but the price is really high

They seem to do a good wash and offer competitive amenities, but while sitting here (car almost took 2 hours) either the owner (or manager) got upset at 4 of the girls that work there and had a meeting AT THE REGISTER in front of customers and I easily heard every word. Very awkward and unprofessional. I would change management IMMEDIATELY. They have a good business going but I probably wont be back as to avoid more awkward register team meetings.

Id rate this location with no stars if I had the option. I usually go to the location on rancho, but today I was on this part of town. We pulled up and when someone finally did come to help the man spoke fast like he was in a hurry. We told him what service we wanted and he instructed we pay first. My boyfriend pulled out his card and before even handing it to him the man rudly tried to yank the card put of his hand. I will never return to this location, no wonder it wasnt packed.

Great hand wash car wash. We have had the express wash a few times and an interior detail with wax and pleased with the results. It is a drive thru on a track so be aware for lower vehicles.

I had worked here when i first moved here to vegas before i had got into the medical field, this place has top of the line products and they made sure us employees did the job right, there top of the line wash is better then terribles as the stuff is not watered down like terrible herbst, the manager here was a good manager and a good man, this place treats there employees and customers like family, i really have nothing bad to say about this place.

Highly recommend this car wash...They did a GREAT job

Opens an hour late due to employees not showing up. Came back to give it another try and my truck was partially washed, 45 min passed without anyone vacuuming or drying water before it left water spots on my paint. Finally got tired of waiting for no reason and left with an incomplete wash. They refused to refund my money.. definitely will not be back and will tell everyone I know how bad the service has become after using this business weekly over the past 5+ years.

Public centered hand dry, detailed extras car wash.

Paid $59 for their detailing service and the car was returned to me with smudges on the windows, dirt still on the body of the car and the wheels and fenders. The inside was vaccuumed but not wiped down as I found dust on the doors and dash when I wiped it down myself once I got home. They did not use the dressing on the interior of the car or wax on the outside of the car which was specifically the reason I paid extra for the detailing service. For the amount that I paid and the services that were promised I expected the car to be very shiny and clean. Very disappointed with Alamo and definitely will not be returning here.
