We were set up with Boss Plumbing through AHS, they were very flexible with their scheduling. Came out the same day, realized I needed a new water heater, once the home warranty approved it the next day they came to install it. Martin the tech was very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend them.

Came to my house 27th Landmark home warranty. I called because my toilet and washer drain is plugged. He tested a few things then told me my drain needed to be jetted but landmark wouldnt cover it. He told landmark there wasnt anything wrong. Landmark denied the claim. Dont go with the company they suck! If I could rate this company any lower I would.

There customer service is horrible. I was trying to set an appointment with one of the young lady representatives when you could hear in her voice that she hated her job and despised being on the phone taking orders. When I mentioned that she needed to check her attitude she hung up the phone on me. I call back and then they put me on hold for five minutes so I hung up the phone and called back again. Some lady picked up named Adriana and claimed to be a manager but her attitude was very poor as well. I asked would the representative who hung up on me be dealt with and she said yes but you can hear it in her voice that she was more protecting the rep like hanging up on customers is ok. Do not deal with this company if you have plumbing issues.
