We suffered a terrible flood just days before Christmas. Our insurance company referred us to Copper Creek Construction and weve been grateful and thrilled ever since. Before the flood we were already thinking about a new kitchen and started calling people a few months earlier to get an idea. We had 3 (3!) licensed & bonded contractors to come out and start giving us some ideas and numbers to work with. One came, gave us a bunch of ideas and then didnt get back to us for a month. Another came and mentioned that he would probably have to use a ladder! And another came and said he would send a quote on drywall by Friday......we are still waiting, and he did our friends kitchen! Needless to say, we shelved the idea. But then we had a disaster.From the moment James and Alex showed up we immediately felt at ease. All of the worry and fears and even sadness we had, disappeared and we started to get excited! James was extremely thorough, laying out plans and keeping within our budget. I never felt I was being swindled. He spoke in terms we could understand and every now and then threw in his two cents which was worth its weight in gold because of his experience. Then we met Alex who was on top of everything. Copper Creek scheduled every step perfectly and made a point to give us options for cabinet companies and flooring companies so that we would be comfortable with our choices. In addition, they personally introduced us to the people and held our hand every step of the way.Our renovation/remodel was a few months, there was a lot of damage from a leaking RO faucet. During this time, Alex and James were always available. At times we would text them late, 10pm, not expecting them to answer until the next day. But they would answer within minutes. If we needed them, they would stop their day and fit us into their schedule.I know for a fact that we were not one of Copper Creeks biggest clients nor were we spending an obscene amount of money, but they treated us as if we were their only client.In short, we would not use anyone else ever to do anything in our home. We still talk about the level of professionalism and wonderful attitude and skills this company has. I dont even think my review gives them justice. Copper Creek is amazing and best hands down.

I cannot believe the experience I had with this company. Words fail me. I am not talking about a small job I am talking about an entire remodel of my upstairs. The contractor and architect not only did not bother to show up for the appointment to finalise the contract. Their office kept telling me they couldnt find either one of them. I grew so concerned I thought perhaps the fellows had been killed in a car accident? TWO DAYS OF THIS. No one followed up to bother to explain why the contractor and architect never showed up. I had to follow up and call them and they acted like they had no idea at first of what I was talking about from just the day before! I find it hard to belive this is a legitimate company! Unfreaking believable. I have lived in Las Vegas for 40 years and have done a number of remodels and I have never ever experienced anything is shoddy as this. EVER.

Blake and Nick are very professional and will keep in touch with you each step of the way. The transformation was stunning. The money was well worth it. The work progressed very quickly. All of the subcontractors they use were also very professional. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.

They remodeled our kitchen that required a lot of attention to detail. The work was nothing short of breath taking. My wife was so pleased that her dream kitchen was finally no longer a dream but a wish come true! Thanks Copper Creek Construction!

Left work early to meet them at my home to get an estimate. I called 30 minutes after our scheduled time and the person that was going to meet me went to a different meeting, wasnt going to be able to make mine and never contacted me. Not very professional.

Roger and his crew did an amazing job with the work I wanted done. Serjo, the person who did a bulk of the work was very detailed and took the time to explain the purpose of each step in the construction process. I will definitely call Copper Creek Construction for my future construction needs.

I just want to thank Copper Creek for a job well done! We had a kitchen fire right after Christmas. Blake and his crew came right in and started to go to work. They knew exactly what to do and who to call, every step of the way. They even helped us file our paperwork and deal with our insurance adjustor. Blake was extremely warm and caring towards our family. He put our minds at ease during a very difficult time.

After a spinal cord injury confining me to a wheelchair Blake and the crew from Copper creek Construction came into my home and did everything that was needed to get my 2 story home accessible and livable for me. Professionally and in a timely manner. This included building custom ramps at all of my entry doors, widening all interior doors, many of which they made pocket doors for better clearance and ease of use. They replaced the carpet upstairs and installed high quality water proof laminate flooring in all rooms for ease to roll my chair anywhere on the 2nd floor. They re-designed my Master Bathroom to make the necessary room for my wheelchair so that I could use every aspect of the bathroom such as the counter top height, location of the sink in the counter top, the location of the toilet and designed a roll in shower as well. A stair lift was also installed to get me to the 2nd floor. I cannot say enough good about Copper Creek and Blake and his whole crew for making it possible for me to live as normal of a life as possible!!THANKS Blake and the WHOLE Copper Creek team for a job very well done!

I clear my schedule for this appointment to get an estimate. I called 30 minutes after our scheduled time and the person that was going to meet with forgot about my appointment when hes the one who schedule it, Not very professional.

Someone came out for an estimate and I was told I would receive it a week later... Well Wednesday was that day and here it is Friday no estimate, no phone call nothing....Tried to call the office to notify them at their regular business hours and an answer machine picks up saying they are closed.... Will not do business with a company that conducts themselves as such right from the beginning. Sadly they have lost this opportunity.
